Dude, I LOVE your art style! So much nostalgia for Ben 10 too and I love the nifty idea of him.bursting through the frame. Awesome job!

Re-watched classic Ben 10 in early 2018 and, hnng nostalgia. XLR8 will always be my favourite alien.. but not favourite design. If you’re thinking “early 2018? Des did this take you a year to finish?” then, uh, yeah? I’m only allowing myself to post this ‘cause I’ve finally (sorta) finished the inking on the fav design one :p  (even though I hate how it’s turning out, but I did hate this while I was working on it but am happy with the results, so *shrugs*)

I’ve been stupid busy updating fics and doing ship week stuff, but it’s @lightdusk96’s birthday today, so here’s a little hot snippet of best couple, DickKory! Some ideas inspired by art and convos by the lovely and amazingly talented @dar-draws! ❤💙

Kissing her.

Like an intoxicating obsession, he can’t get enough of her lips.

She tastes like cinnamon fire, burning him in a delightful, tortuous manner. Giggling between his playful nips at her bottom lip, the tip of his starved tongue darts out to taste her, teasing.

The sound that bubbles from her throat is a rich addiction that makes his fingers ache to touch more of her.

Tonight, it’s just the two of them, some champagne, and no clothes. Although he finds himself drinking in more of her, alcohol poured out in two seperate glasses, but forgotten.

Endless red curls, tousled, splayed across crisp white sheets and framing her warm, golden face. She can’t stop smiling up at him - even from beneath his lips each time he dips in to steal more kisses - the love radiating off her tender expression whenever they lock gazes. She’s a sight to behold, and he’ll pinch himself to remember that he isn’t dreaming.

She’s trying to be modest, lying there on the comforter he’d spread out on the carpet, covering her ethereal nudity with the tangled sheets, their clothes having been discarded long ago. Her skin glows in the light of the fireplace, changing the jade green freckles across her exposed collarbone and chest - like the twinkle of stars in a constellation - into orange flame stardust. They glitter like the flecks of burning ember.

“God, you’re breathtaking,” he whispers hotly against her lips, eyes magnetically pulled to their swollen fullness like a famished predator. “How are you real?”

His hands are tired and scarred, but he finds a healing path along her body, the heat coming off of her making his palms tingle. Every curve, every dip, stirring a powerful emotion from deep within his loins; an unquenchable fire ignited and coursing through his veins.

“Kiss me.” She makes it a demand in her husky tone, her eyes a vibrant, neon glow when she pulls his face towards hers. He gets lost in emerald pools, enthralled by their eerie but striking nature. Not one to be told twice, Dick eagerly complies.

Their limbs are a tangle, fingers lost in one another’s hair, consumed by a fire never to be sated. Every time they touch, the marks on her skin pulse with light, in the same manner he is covered in goosebumps and all his hair stands on end.

Their love is magic; timeless, eternal, and everlasting.

He loses himself to her, utterly consumed by her fire, and Richard Grayson can’t imagine a better way to burn…
