I am honey and I am love, I am sweet and sticky but here on the hard days. I am ready to let go of my eating habits, my envy, my fear and my insecurity. 🍯🌻 Onward and forward and forever looking ahead.

🌛 Weight Loss 🌜
My new routine, my goals, my stats, my fears and my tactics.
🌼 Intermittent Fasting: I will do a 16:8 eating schedule, I can eat from 1pm until 9pm, however I can drink coffee (sugar free or black), tea, or a sugar free energy drink before 1pm.
🌼 Calories: My only goal is to be under 1900, no more than that. I generally am walking or moving a lot of the day, and during the 8 hour eating period I can likely do two meals and two snacks.
🌼 Diet: I am a pescetarian buy I am looking to watch my sugar intake a lot. I already very rarely drink soda but as a barista, I have a lot of coffee and carbs surrounding me. I need to work on getting in my veggies and fiber and protein. No more flour tortillas, bread, or muffins.
🌼 Water: I will drink at least 6 cups daily. Very important, especially with the caffeine intake I have.
🌼 Exercise: I longboard and walk and I am rejoining a karate studio which meets 3 times weekly. I may join a gym but I do also have home weights and a workout mat, I need to commit to doing a home workout at least twice weekly for 20 minutes at a time.
I’ll be posting several grocery lists and exercise regimens for myself soon xxx
🖤 Current State: I am 5'3 and 135 pounds.
🖤 Goal State: To be 115 or below.
🖤 Specific to my body: I hope to get a much more defined waist and to reduce the cellulite on my thighs, to grow my butt and to tone and shrink my arms and underarm fat.

i want passionate people in my life SO BADLY. i want to travel and do fun, wild, memorable things with people. i want to have great conversations about love and relationships and poetry, things that just set your soul on fire. i don’t want to waste my 20s thinking that nobody is the same as me and wants the same things that i do. i need friends that are the same as me. i crave deep human connection so fucking badly. i need people that are willing to get up and leave everything behind just for once in a lifetime experiences. i know there are people like me out there. there has to be.

I'm down to 131! Or I was on the 16th 🌸 I walked over 20,000 steps, did a twenty five minute workout, ate a bagel, saltines, half a muffin, and 3 meatballs, plus a lot of alcohol. A lot.
