If you purchase a Switch 2, in order to use it you need to agree to not sue them in a class action lawsuit (if something goes wrong) and instead do individual arbitration (which statistically almost always favors the company).
Apparently North American users *can* get around this by opting out within 30 days of agreement by sending in a handwritten letter to a specific address. Which is a very tight window.
Nintendo really tried to hide this (even on their own website). So i'm spreading the info here.
