In the case of Iceland, the tourism industry could be effectively represented by above figure. Every year, according to Tourtellot (2018), had ackowledged that Iceland had served for too many tourist every year which result in different voices. Some of them would not be favorable to the industry. In the situation, the destination management organization would serve as the service provider to cope with the needs of the industry. For example, the geographic region of Iceland makes the industry suffer from a long period of low season. The seasonality in demand of products of tourism would force the organizations to identify new demand from other market.
To cope with the need of adapting to the seasonality of demand, the regional authorities would implement measures to stimulate demand. For example, the local infrastructure such as road and traffic would be built to facilitate the access of tourists from other countries to the destination. In addition, collaboration with airlines to develop route for accessing to Iceland would be necessary for stimulation of demand. Furthermore, educational program would be launched to improve the staff quality. In addition, the regional authorities would collaborate with different organizations in private sectors to organize training programs to enhance the performance of practitioners in the industry according to Barnes (2019).
In view of the community, in the current situation, Icelander had been motivated to make the tourists feel as if they were at home. Though Tourtellot (2018 had acknowledged that some stakeholders in the country and the industry did not welcome the growth of the industry in excessive rate, the industry had create lots of employment opportunity to the Icelanders. In the situation, Pakes (2018) had acknowledged that the community would always take a favorable attitude toward tourists. In this regards, the economic growth could be achieved which improve the living standard of the Icelanders because of the inflow of the tourists which create job opportunity.
In the case of Iceland, most of the tourists were from Europe in view of the fact that direct access from continent would be difficult. For example, no direct flight could be available from the Far East. Nonetheless, Meyer (2018) had acknowledged large amount of tourists had flowed into the countries with population of less than 350,000. In the situation, tourists would be educated to understand the importance of sustainable tourism.
In view of tourism industry services, Iceland had been well equipped with hotel which could offer excellent services to tourists. Nonetheless, as being acknowledged by Barnes (2019), innovation had to be made in the segment of industry. For example, whale killing had been replaced gradually by watch whale in the distant. This kind of tactics bringing in innovation would enhance the performance of the tourism in Iceland.

Brim Hotel
Recently, the hotel industry in Iceland had suffered a lot from labor strike. Ćirić (2019) had reported that about 700 hotel workers in Reykjavík together with the surrounding area had went on strike after the Labor court had confirmed the legality of the strike, under the circumstance that the Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise had challenged the legality of the strike vote having been conducted by Efling Union. Nonetheless, staying at hotels in Reykjavík should be a wonderful experience.
We had came to Reykjavik in early March but late on the day. During our stay, we lieved in Brim Hotel which was several mile, may be ten, away from the airport. Unlike being noted in other blog, the check-in process had been very smooth.. Also, almost instantly, we get the room before the evening really came. In the process from being received by the staff to getting the room, the staff members had done the very best. Their efficiency and effectiveness should deserve merits. Undoubtedly, just like many hotels in the metros, the most important assets in the Brim Hotel should be its well trained and warm-hearted staff members. During our stay, all of them were very helpful with every things, from Maps to Tips and from advice to direction.
In addition to the good service quality, the hotel was very clean, with wonderful bed and linens. Though they were not elegant, they were clean and tidy and, needless to say, nice. We could enjoy the hot shower. Shared bath room were available in the hotel. Thanks to the well educated tourists from other countries but not from China, everything should be better than expected.
The hotel was small. However, the facilities were well equipped. Lounge area was available on each floor. In addition, a well-equipped kitchen was available. Also, we had the right to access to the good WiFi with speed comparable to the situation in Preston. Thus, we did lost to the outside world during our stay. If we had to blamed for the service, it should be resulted from the fact that no TV set had been installed in the hotel room. However, it would not affect the customers’ perception because we could not understand the local language. In addition to these, the luggage storage services should offer tourists lots of convenience who would like to stay at hotel for few weeks.
To judge the service of the hotel, the catering services should be considered. I remembered that Brim Hotel offered Continental breakfast every day. In addition to the cereal, we could enjoy the fruit and coffee. I was extremely moved by the offer of food. It is because having fruit at the hotel in the Far North on the earth should not be my expectation. In addition, thanks to the fact that most of the customers staying in the hotel were not Chinese, they had good table manner. To compensate for the lack of TV at room, a large TV could be found in the dinning area. Because of the food and services, I trusted that nobody would care about the information displayed on the screen of the TV set. However, we could get lots of the information for tourists at the front desk at any time. In this regards, the services on offering quality information to customers should be another merits to the customers at Brim Hotel
We could not drive, not in China, not in UK and so not in Iceland. However, there was a big parking spot just in front of the hotel. The parking fee was free. Other free services in the hotel should include the free coffee from the coffee machine. It should be very essential when the hot cup of coffee would help us get ease in the chilly wind in North Europe. Certainly, to the other, a cup of Whisky should be equally good. One of the merit to be given should be is free services and the availability of services in every hour in any day, at least during our stay.
Apart from the physical establishment and the service, the hotel should be attractive to the budgeted traveller in view of its location. It was just about 20 minutes from the shopping areas. In the area, there are pub and restaurant. Needless to say, everything was expensive to us. However, it deserved because it should be wonderful to chat in pub without ordering Vodka but a cup of Lime. I believed that the availability of the shopping area close to the hotel was not just to provide wine to tourists. It was because there were different kind of merchandise in the market. Some tourists could buy food and try their skills in the kitchen of the hotel.
In this regards, the location of the hotel should be very wonderful. In addition to the shopping area close to the hotel, we could enjoy walking along the shoreline because we were not far away from the harbor. However, I believed that Reykjavik should be very small though we did not have time to study the background before we arrived. The small town had offered us the senses of home because we could get everything we need in the shopping area just close to the hotel and enjoy the wind from the North Pool.
On the day we left the hotel, we found that the service standard of the hotel should be very good. The smile of the operation staff and the manager had enabled us to get the feeling of being at home. Judged from their smiles, we could be told that hospitality industry in Iceland should be very good and advanced. Furthermore, the staff training should be adequate to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient services.
Even we might get wet after walking along the wonderful shoreline, the facilities in the hotel would help us eliminate all of the trouble. There were Self-service laundry and Clothes dryer in the hotel. Undoubtedly, if we had get adequate expenses, we could be as tidy as we were in United Kingdom. Nonetheless, the services could be good to other tourists who were not so price sensitive. In addition to these, it should be remembered that the hotel had done the best to improve our sleeping quality which should be very essential after travelling in the daytime. The rooms were sound-proofed with good services in house keeping. Also, all of the toiletries were free and broad games were available. Everything installed in the hotel room had enabled us to feel as free as in our home country.
In view of the need of adapting to the local culture, the hotel had done the very best in term of facilities. First of all, there were staff with multilingual capability though I did not test their capability of communicating in Chinese, we could communicate effectively in English. In addition, we could purchase souvenir from the Newsstand. To the budgeted tourists like us, post card could be good enough to our friend in United Kingdom and in China.
On the last day, we had the opportunity to visit the hotel in detail. In the visit, we had explore the facilities. Though the hotel was small by sizes, there was the Boating and Golf course. It should be reasonable because of the fact that the hotel was located just beside the shoreline, about a mile away from Hallgrimskirkja. If we had enough time, we would have the opportunity to enjoy the landscape of the shoreline from the sea. I believed that it would offer us another kind of experience in view of the fact that we could only walk along the shoreline.
If we had to be dissatisfied, it should be the no smoking policy in the hotel. All room had installed smoke detectors and we had been informed that smoking would not be allowed in the hotel. Also, we found that no pet was allowed too. However, it was very common in the hotels in Europe and even in the United States. If we had to enjoy the scenery, we had to adapt to the local culture.
Overall speaking, the hotel should deserve a four star though it claimed itself to be of three star quality. In view of the marketing mixes, it had done the very best job in products, prices and place strategies. First of all, the well-equipped room and hotel property could satisfy most of the physical needs of the customers of the hotel. Also, the services quality of the hotel staff should be wonderful. In view of the price strategies, the competitive pricing strategies had enabled the hotel to maintain its competitiveness in the target segment of budgeted tourists. In view of the place strategies, the wonderful location being close to the shopping area of Reykjavik and the harbor had offered the tourist with lots of convenience. Nonetheless, I believed that the hotel should do more in promotion in order to get more loyal customers from other countries.

Blue lagoon
The formation of hot springs is actually a beautiful mistake. In the early Icelanders, in order to build power plants, they dug deep wells near the Blue Lagoon and used Iceland's abundant geothermal resources to heat the sea water, thus generating a large amount of water vapor for power generation. After sufficient supply of electricity and heat in the nearby area, the thermal water generated by the power plant is cooled down and injected into the surrounding low-lying volcanic rocks. Unexpectedly, the minerals in the rocks are unexpectedly dissolved and become white silica mud with cosmetic effect. Thereafter, the hot spring town has become famous as a world famous hot spring. Hot springs are only slightly warmer than human body temperature, which is maintained at 37-40 C all year round. Therefore, adults and children can safely soak soup. There are intimate waiters who will pass you drinks. They are happier than partys. They will let you enjoy the snowy mountains around you while enjoying the cool drinks and enjoy the unforgettable and relaxing moments.

Reynisfjara
Reynisfjara is adjacent to the picturesque, peaceful and harmonious town of Vick, accompanied by the Organ Rock Cliff. From Reykjavik to Vick Town along Round Island Highway No. 1, Vick Black Beach is 3 kilometers southwest. After the volcanic eruption, the high-temperature magma cooled rapidly in the sea water, forming fine particles of lava. From the black beach, the North Atlantic is boundless. Black sand and white waves form a strong contrast in the sunshine, "Bijiashan" reef and its across the sea, echo each other, showing a beautiful seaside scenery.
The formation of black sand beach is related to volcanism. In ancient times, a volcanic eruption occurred on the sea floor. The mud layers of the sea floor turned up and mingled with the mud of the sea. From then on, it was indistinguishable. With the action of sea water and wind for many years, the lava and mud were reduced to zero and finally became today's endless black sand beach. In 1991, Islands Magazine listed Vick Black Beach as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world.

Skógafoss
Skógafoss Falls is one of the top ten waterfalls in Iceland's popular movies. Due to the continuous production of water mist, double rainbows sometimes appear on sunny days. In winter, the mountains are covered with ice edges and fog. Waterproof should be paid attention to when approaching. The climate of tundra in cold zone makes the waterfall covered with bryophytes. Looking carefully, many white birds nest in the small caves in the cliff. On the right side of the waterfall, there is a path. Climbing to the top, visitors can overlook the coastline from the viewing platform and the spectacular view of the waterfall. In the small village of Skgar, there is the famous Skgasafn folk museum, which commemorates, displays and displays the farm life of the local people for hundreds of years.

DAY 5
On the fifth day, as the afternoon plane returned to Manchester, we had only the morning free time. My friends and I went shopping in the center of Reykjavik, rows of low houses, colorful, many small souvenirs attracted our eyes, drank a cup of Icelandic cappuccino, and experienced Iceland's slow-paced attitude towards life. It was very romantic. In the afternoon, we flew back to England, reluctantly saying goodbye to this mysterious land.

DAY 4
On the fourth day, we set out early to go to the Golden Circle. At the first stop, we came to the Golden Falls. The wind was really strong and it was hard to walk. We saw a huge waterfall against the hurricane. We heard that we could see a rainbow. But we were not lucky. We did not see a rainbow in cloudy days. It was a pity thing. When you come to the national park, you can see the bird's habitat in the open scenery, which is a good interpretation of animals and nature. Later, we visited geysers, which erupted once in about 10 minutes. The height of geysers can reach more than 20 meters, accompanied by steam. On the way back, we also saw an active crater, and a plume of smoke erupted from the volcano. Iceland is the magic island of the combination of ice and fire.

DAY 3
The third day is our most anticipated day, because we can sleep late and soak in the blue lagoon hot springs. In the hotel, I can't wait to change into swimming trunks, put on down clothes, and go by bus. When we reached the blue lagoon, the blue lake came into our eyes. The blue water was not as clear as the pictures, but it was also attractive enough. A stream of water vapor floated up from the blue lake. I really wanted to jump into the lake immediately. After a long wait, I finally soaked into the lake, feeling very warm, but my face felt cold. Very happy is that it also provides free drinks and facial mask, soaking in the lake is a kind of enjoyment. After saying goodbye to the Blue Lagoon, we returned to Reykjavik in the afternoon. We booked a local gourmet restaurant. We tasted whale meat once in our lives, as well as delicious goose liver, mutton soup and beef. The price is still very expensive, which is much higher than that in Britain.

DAY 2
The next day we got up early and set off at 8:30 to visit the southern coast of Iceland. On the bus, we saw the beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow mountains, animals and houses. Every 10 minutes, the bus presents different beautiful scenery in front of us. The first scenic spot we reached was Scoga Falls. It was spectacular. When we approached the waterfall, there would be drops on our faces. It was difficult to climb the waterfall from the side. The stairs were a little high. There would be obvious tiredness. But after climbing the waterfall, there would be more beautiful scenery waiting for you. I took photos immediately and took pictures with the scenery. Then we went to the very famous Vick Black Beach in Iceland. The biggest impression I had was that the sand was very special. It was black. I had never seen the black sand before. It was very snowy when I visited, and the snow hit my face with a dull pain. Then we went to a waterfall scenic spot and left a picture that I thought was very beautiful. At the end of the day, we got on the bus and went back to the hotel, a little tired but very happy.

DAY 1
We took a bus from school to Manchester Airport at noon. Fortunately, the plane took off on time. After nearly three hours, we arrived at Reykjavik Airport safely. As soon as we got off the plane, we felt the cold of Iceland. Snowflakes were falling in the sky, as if Iceland, a mysterious place, was welcoming us. At 8 p.m., we finally arrived at our hotel. After a day's rush, all the students and teachers were slightly tired. After putting their luggage away, they searched for dinner that day. My friends and I visited a hamburger restaurant. After tasting it, I thought it was very good. The weight and taste were very good. The price was slightly higher than that in Britain. It was acceptable.

Iceland in my mind
In my impression, Iceland is a very cold mysterious island. On the Internet and in some movies, I learned that Iceland is a very beautiful place. What I'm looking forward to most is the aurora. I checked the data. In March, Iceland has a very high probability of aurora. I hope we have good luck to see the aurora.
Iceland is an island country in the north Atlantic. Located at the junction of the Atlantic ocean and the arctic ocean, it has the smallest population density in Europe. The capital is reykjavik, which is also the largest city of Iceland. The southwest region near the capital accounts for 2/3 of the population of the country. Iceland is located on the mid-atlantic ridge, which is a country with many volcanoes and frequent geological activities. Inland is mainly plain landform, the territory of the distribution of sandy, cooling lava plains and glaciers. Although Iceland is located on the edge of the Arctic Circle, it has a temperate climate because of the north Atlantic current. It has the purest air and water in the world, and the best hot springs. Or perhaps it's because Iceland is a mysterious place: more primitive than the rest of northern Europe, it seems so close to nature. Reykjavik is the capital of the republic of Iceland, as well as the largest city and port in Iceland. Because of its superior geographical position, reykjavik has become the main port in northern Europe. It has a beautiful environment, few factories and almost no pollution, so it is called "smokeless city". The life of the people here is very comfortable and comfortable, quiet and peaceful, comfortable and free. Reykjavik has been named one of the happiest cities in the world for years.
