at her questioning, yisoo lifts a finger and his mouth gapes open before it closes and he ends up bitting on his lower lip for a second. “ i must admit that i didn’t think i’d get this far-- ” he chirps, he should be embarrassed but he isn’t as he’s no stranger to making a fool of himself and at this point, he has fun with it. “ but now that you mention having secrets i’m curious as heck, so what’s it gonna take for you to start spilling them? ” a tilt of his head follows his words, and he attempts to continue flirting by batting his eyelashes.

“ well, that depends. ” yisoo makes a pause to his response as he perches his chin over the palm of his hand, elbow resting on the nearest surface, never mind that it’s not the optimal place and he was left in an awkward position, but refuses to admit he didn’t plan to look that silly. “ if it’s working then yes. and judging by how your cheeks turned pink, i’d say it did. ”

“Don’t hold me responsible if they spread that in addition to stealing the money, you also took their ice cream.” Another chuckle surfaced, eyes attentive on every reaction coming from the other. “I also used your name when I accidentally forgot some… remains lying around. Wasn’t somebody relevant, so they’ll probably forget about it sooner or later.” The confession was made naturally, the worry was absent from his face, and in response, he lit a cigarette; shoulders up and down in a shrug. “You know, you make up whatever you want, only the bad rumors will increase and you’ll be known for them. Even if you give money to the kid you supposedly stole from, they won’t give a shit after all. And… which rumors would be awesome about you?”

the nonchalant mention of remains being associated with his name didn’t worry yisoo, sure the confession had an eyebrow twitching on his forehead out of sheer surprise but that emotion was quickly forgotten, the less he knew the better after all. “ well, guess at least i have to thank you for the heads up. ” he chuckled before doing a tilt of his head, eyes focused on the void ahead as he tried to come up with something cool and worth spreading. “ yeah this making things up sucks when you can not lie. ” he throws the comment out there more from thinking out loud than anything else. “ i don’t know, what is cool this days? smuggling drugs? maybe i can start the rumor that i became a drug lord or something like that. ”

“ oh, gossip! my favorite kind of conversation topic. ” he chirps with a bright smile that turns his eyes into crescent shapes, fingers lacing together that he then presses against his chin with the intention to give all his attention to the other. “ so please go on, spare me no details. i’ve got all day. ”

“Trust me, you wouldn't want to know.” Kayl let a chuckle off his chest and simply shrugged; not being a matter he cared about and he even ended up taking some advantage of the situation as well. “I heard they've been carrying out some crimes and blaming you since you got back. There's even a story about stealing money of a kid and they swear it was you.” To his liking, these stories were actually within the comedic gold field, but being a demon, perhaps his humor could be considered dubious, too.
