If a factor that promotes hair loss occurs (hormone disturbance, lack of vital substances, etc.), then suddenly an unusually large number of hairs change from the anagen phase to the telogen phase, i.e. also hairs that are still quite young and would have remained on the head for years under normal (healthy) circumstances.
However, all these hairs now remain on the head for the obligatory three months of the telogen phase and consequently fall out only many weeks after the arrival of the disturbing factor.
But who knows that in the middle of the worst hair loss event, he should first think about what happened three months ago or what could have taken its course three months ago? Hardly anyone.

However, if you implement the following tips, you will eliminate a lot of the possible causes purely prophylactically - without even knowing them.
It is not only about possible causes for hair loss, but also other hair problems, such as dull or brittle hair, quickly greasy hair, dandruff, or very thin hair.
Tip 1: Vitamin A for strong hair The fat-soluble vitamin A or retinol makes the hair appear solid and supple. In addition, it boosts hair growth and benefits fat synthesis in the follicles.

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is particularly helpful for thin, brittle, and dull hair and even acts against hair loss.
The most important sources of vitamin B include nuts, whole grain products, legumes, and oilseeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds or chia).
Biotin is found in yeast flakes, egg yolks, soybeans, oatmeal, walnuts, and mushrooms.
If you are not sure whether your diet contains enough B vitamins, turn to a vitamin B complex preparation, which you can take as a cure or until you have changed your diet to provide enough vitamin B-rich foods.
Tip 3: Vitamin C increases hair health Vitamin C is water-soluble and is also known as the universal vitamin. It contributes a lot to the health of the hair.
For example, vitamin C supports iron binding to the red blood cells, at which point the hair roots are also better supplied with iron and oxygen.

The daily requirement is 1.0 to 1.5 mg and can already be covered with 50 g cashews or 40 g chickpeas (e.g., in the form of hummus).
Tip 6: Zinc promotes hair growth Zinc is an excellent mineral for supporting hair growth. It activates numerous enzymes, from which the skin, hair, and fingernails benefit.
Zinc protects the hair roots from inflammation and keeps the scalp healthy. Shrimp is particularly rich in zinc, but so are nuts, corn, and eggs.
Front-runners in terms of zinc are pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, and linseed. The daily requirement is 7 to 10 mg and would be reached with 100 g pumpkin seeds. Since one takes, however, different zinc-containing food to itself, already a daily handful of a seed mixture is sufficient to bring the zinc household up to scratch.
However, if there is a specific deficiency, a zinc supplement should be taken to replenish the empty stores more quickly.
Tip 7: Silicon improves hair quality Silicon is a vital building substance for hair, nails, and connective tissue and is therefore considered a traditional healing agent for giving brittle hair a new lease of life.
However, organic silicon is also essential for building and stabilizing bones and connective tissue. Therefore, the mineralization process is sustainably supported in the entire supporting apparatus.
Millet, oats, and barley are good sources of silicon. In addition, medicinal plants rich in silicon help you increase your silicon intake.
Bamboo plays a unique role in this context; at over 70 percent, it has a higher high silicon content. However, horsetail and nettle are also good sources of silicon.

Why we sneeze and why its important
When foreign bodies irritate our noses, we have to sneeze. This reflex is sometimes annoying but valuable for health.

It's the sound of the cold season: Sneeze! Whether in the office, on the train, or in the supermarket - cold sufferers everywhere are sniffling and sneezing away. The sneeze is the loud attempt of our olfactory organ to get rid of viruses and bacteria. Although the mini-explosion in the nose is rather unpleasant and sometimes a bit embarrassing, it serves a good purpose. "Sneezing is a protective reflex of the body used to remove foreign bodies from the nose."
Whether the foreign bodies are dust, bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, pollen, insects, or nasal secretions is irrelevant - anything that irritates the nasal mucosa can trigger the sneezing reflex. Therefore, scientists assume a sneezing center in the medulla oblongata where signals from the nasal mucosa are processed accordingly. The volume of air in the lungs and throat is thus compressed, and at the same time, the abdominal and chest muscles tighten. In medical terms, sneezing is a kind of violent exhalation. At speeds of sometimes over 80 miles per hour - that's easily the force of a hurricane - we blow air and tiny droplets through our mouths and noses, hurling them several meters away. This is problematic because if you have a cold, you spread lots of viruses in the air by sneezing, thus increasing the risk of infection for others.
Anyone who sneezes into their hand and then touches objects additionally spreads the pathogens. Therefore, you should wash your hands thoroughly with soap after sneezing. However, it can also be easily deceived: Pulling on hair or eyebrows can irritate it so much that we have to sneeze, even though there is no corresponding stimulus on the nasal mucosa.  I ultimately had to return 3 of the cubes and that cost me time and money in the mining game, you want all your hashing power going all the time. I had PCI ports frying on these cubes and had to downclock from factory setting so the wires didn’t burn up and start a fire (this even with the beefed up y-splitter cables). Mining in a space you also live in can literally be hell during the summer season. This is because the heat these miners can generate, you are really better off investing the money you would buy the hardware with into buying the currencies and trading them to turn profits.

  Bitcoin has literally been on fire this last year, and it shows no signs of slowing down, but you have to be careful and really make sure you don’t end up losing when buying bitcoin when the price is so high. I have seen it crash before and I would say it’s definitely a high risk investment, however with much risk the returns can be worth the risk. Right now as I type this post, Bitcoin is still making record gains, last I looked over $6,300 USD for a Bitcoin, compared to just in January $1,000 USD for a Bitcoin. If you’d have bought a single Bitcoin in January, you would have over $5,200 USD profit, wow.

Bitcoin price is falling – Is now a good time to buy or should I wait?
When is a good time to buy Bitcoin?  We can see that Bitcoin price has been falling lately does that mean it’s a good time to buy into crypto, while the price is low? Maybe and maybe not. I have seen the price fall before and just tank and many experts are calling out the inflated price of recently a “ bubble ”. With any bubble it could pop at any moment and you should have taken that possibility into consideration at this point. As I write this post it’s down to approximately $6,800 mark, that’s close to a $1000 dollar drop in value from just a couple of days ago. So when is a good time to  buy Bitcoin? 
  Bitcoin has had its ups and downs , but this is the most valuable I have seen it in quite some time. I would let it fall some more, or see what it stabilizes out to, it really is a risky investment, so take great care and my advice would be to never spend more than what you can afford to lose with bitcoin, especially seeing as it may be in a bubble right now. I am still uncertain what effect China making trading illegal in December is going to have, this may be simply a temporary rally before then and once Chinese trade volume stops, we may see a massive crash, it’s very hard to speculate. You could buy now and hope for the best, but that’s your best assurance, it’s that uncertain. The best time to buy bitcoin could be right now, but it might be tomorrow, nobody knows for certain.

 Take a look at this 7 year chart, you can see it’s been all over the place but has shot up recently to unheard of levels. But is it just a “bubble”?
   I mean of course it’s not hard to argue that many people have probably made great profits, but that’s if they got in there early enough. Imagine if you had bought bitcoins in 2010 for literally pennies each and held on to them until today, you’d be a very rich person. Bitcoins are great but they are only worth, the trust people put into them by using them and  buying and trading them . You could also argue that paper currency is much the same, it’s the people’s trust in the system that makes it all work and have a perceived value, otherwise it’s just printed paper.

What is reality? Will we ever know or does physics make this impossible?
I want to know what we are but are we setup to fail from the start?  First off, this is nothing more than my opinion, I am not a theoretical physicist and this is nothing more than an opinion piece without sources, or even so much as a real point. All theories are just that, they are theories and as our understanding of science progresses we may not be constrained by laws like those that were generally accepted by the likes of Einstein. We only accept them as theory until something better comes along so, with this giant grain of salt I bring you my own personal theories.
 So the theory that we are presented with in modern times and is most generally accepted as of now is that the universe is expanding at the speed of light. This would prevent us from ever reaching the “edge” of the universe where we could possibly find out what is actually going on. Now I’ve never wanted to face the stark reality that we may be in a simulation, but it would seem that these “laws of physics” which are generally accepted, will prevent us from ever actually realizing what this all is.
 The reason that this would prevent us from ever fully realizing what’s actually going on in our universe, is that we accept that within the realm of physics we could only ever theoretically travel at the speed of light, so if this is true then we will never be able to get to the edge of the universe, even if we travel at the speed of light, for the time the universe has been expanding, for billions of years, we can never make it to the edge. Is this evidence of a simulation? Are we destined to fail to ever know fully what are reality is? We can never know what exactly is there, beyond this expansion, therefore we are destined to never know, in are accepted set of scientific theories that would claim it an impossibility to ever “get there”.
 I tend to believe that this must be a simulation because the laws of physics constrain us from ever knowing the truth of what this reality is. Someone asked me one time how I could explain randomness, if this was a simulation, I replied, can the seemingly random, not be programmed into reality? What even is randomness, I would argue that what we perceive as random events could be programmed to appear random, is that not possible?  According to physics we will never know, even if we started travelling at the highest possible speed, the speed of light, we will never catch up to the expansion, that we are told is happening at the speed of light, seems like we are constrained to never make it there, and never are going to be allowed to know. Even if we were travelling at the speed of light, the billions of years of expansion would mean that we are always billions of years behind this expansion.
 Say we take the most powerful telescope and peer into our universe, we only can see the past, not the now, we will unfortunately ever know what lies at the edge of this expansion. My friends, we are destined to fail, no matter what, and this leads me to believe that we may be in a programmed reality, made as such, so we never will know.

The truth is we don’t know for sure but the fact that nobody is able to hack Bitcoin and that it is coded so beautifully, that is every hole in it’s security is plugged seemingly before it can be exploited, hints at some sort of intelligent design or some type of AI that has not been pointed to yet. We really don’t know but some of the best minds in technology are unable to hack Bitcoin and it leads some to say this could be a possibility.

 Bitcoin is so much more than just a currency, it’s really a new way of living and one that knows no bounds with respect to the ginormous banks that have for so long dominated what we refer to as the monetary system. Bitcoin is not anything like a dollar and this is what makes its power so huge.

 What encryption does Bitcoin use?  Because the of the nature of SHA-256 encryption on which Bitcoin is based, it is inconceivable as of now to have the ability to break this encryption, but the advent of quantum computer of possibility of such computational behemoths may be able to break this encryption in the not-so-distant future, this could present a problem, however it may make Bitcoin “fork” and utilize a more secure encryption, or even image the possibilities of using the power of quantum mechanics for making possible unbreakable encryption in the future. This will likely be the topic for another post so this is all I will discuss it for now.
   There are issues with Bitcoin and there are many ways that Bitcoin being only as secure as the computer and user that is using it. Some exchanges utilize “cold storage” wallets where they store the Bitcoin, making it unreachable to potential hackers and if you lose your password for your wallet, you actually may be up the digital creek without a paddle so to speak. So you must be very careful and it is advised that if you have a Bitcoin instance running, that you backup your data often and make sure you never lose the password you have encrypted your wallet with.
 People have lost a lot of digital currency by their hard drives failing or losing the passwords. The has also been much scamming going on with Bitcoin and you have to be careful what online exchanges you are using, because if they are hacked and the Bitcoins stolen, most will not honor stolen Bitcoin, which means that you are out of luck. Mt. Gox is an example of one hacked platform where countless users lost money. Cryptsy is another platform that screwed me out of some currencies, and there’s no way for me to recover, so make sure that you use a reputable exchange or you may be sorry.
 Is Bitcoin more than just a form of digital currency?  Bitcoin is much more than a currency and another not so well known fact is that even messages can be hardcoded into transactions and through chains of messages you could even put files. Wikileaks even has used Bitcoin to attach all of the cablegate leaks into the blockchain which is super interesting. In fact, some of the first transactions that were done in Bitcoin were the hardcoded cablegate Wikileaks documents, which raises questions as to who may have played a role in the development of Bitcoin.
 Was Julian Assange the creator of this digital currency? Nobody knows for certain, but this points to how Bitcoin could ultimately be a great tool to stop censorship in its tracks, which is a great thing. Once hardcoded into the Bitcoin Ledger, it will always be there unless the encryption is somehow broken, super cool, right?

 Of course, that means for dieters who are serious about losing weight – no more soda and no more alcohol …   But what about green tea and black tea?  
 Are these teas good for you – or could they actually cause you to gain unwanted weight?

I myself have added it to my regular  diet just because it is more available today but I don’t know  if I fully believe the hype of the commercial companies. Is artificial intelligence a threat to the future of our species? Is the human race doomed to be integrated with life altering technology? Is bioengineering already taking place in human trials?
 Artificial intelligence is currently being implemented into technologies and we must be weary of such innovations and know what they represent for our future as humans.
 What happens when AI and mechanization take over, what does this mean for society in general? Well, it will make life easier, but this will have to come at the cost of the worker. So we can expect a future that is uncertain with respect to the status quo of where we are now with respect to western civilization. There will have to be a massive paradigm shift into a direction that moves us as members of society away from a dependance on monetary gain. We will no longer be capable of trading our labors for the fruits of capitalism. It is inevitable, but many questions remain and is our leadership even in a position of understanding the full implications this will have on society as a whole?
 Mechanization is already in action so to speak with regard to the auto industry among many others which are replacing highly specialized jobs already and have definitely had an affect on the current job market and will only stand to further displace highly specialized jobs. One must think as to whether it is ideal or logical to get a highly specialized education, with such a uncertain future for these specialized fields.
 Never before has there been such a threat to our basic human condition than now. Bioengineering is real and currently there are human trials underway for what can only be described as “vaccine 2.0”. The new round of “vaccines” have an ability to alter genes and basically change a humans biological make up, and permanently alter DNA to the point where synthetic antibodies can fight disease.
 This however presents another whole range of issues, human DNA would be permanently altered and passed down through generations, effectively reducing our natural human state to the point of genetic human hybrid. Would this form of bioengineering
 The questions remain and we need some tough discussions on what future we as humans will make for ourselves.
