a rift forms in the order of the Phoenix as both characters try to influence others on their views.

Idk why everyone hates those who are negative about certain ships and opinions on their blog (if they tag appropriately) why do people act like its ruining fandom? We are human. There are stuff we hate and stuff we love. We are never gonna agree on things. Hating smth doesn’t mean hating the person who loves it. It's a personal preference.

I am glad that not all marauders fans view Barty Crouch Sr as evil and call out the rest of the fandom for Scapegoating Barty Sr for the crimes of his son.

- A scapegoat is someone or a group of people who is blamed for the sins of others, used to deflect responsibility or negative attention -

Barty Sr is not responsible for the crimes of his adult son, Barty Sr did not teach his son to hate.

Barty Sr was a flawed, It was bad that Barty Sr was a perfectionist who expected the best for his son however being mad at Barty Sr is like being mad at a father who called the cops and warning the school once he found out his son was plotting a shooting

or being mad at a father for calling the cops on his son once he found out that his son wanted to join the kkk and was planning a hate crime

Barty had no excuse to join the death eaters, if Barty really wanted to get back at his dad, then there are plenty of other ways, that do not involve terrorism and hate

A father who lets his son commit terrorism is worse than a father who jails his son for attempted terrorism.

Marauders fans can't say death eaters are nazis, then act like joining nazis is excusable or okay

In the real world, nazism is rising with the youth. There are literally a growing number of fascist fight clubs of youth, preparing for a "race war"

we can't act like joining hate groups is okay because of bad childhoods.

Normal person : " My father is a perfectionist. Instead of becoming a doctor,lawyer, or engineer like he wanted , i am going to become a musician, comic book writer, or actor to get back at him"

Barty jr : " My father is a perfectionist, I am going to get back at him by joining a terrorist organization and taking out my issues on innocent people"

I like the fact that James was bully, some people hate the fact, but it makes sense and gives Harry personal conflict.

The Harry Potter fandom potrays James Potter in two different ways, James Potter is either the devil in disguise or a social justice warrior ( even though it makes no sense that someone with his privilege would care about social justice)

I see James Potter as a morally grey neutral character.

because Snape was going to be played by a black man, To make James Potter not look as bad, some fans suggested Siruis or Remus be played by a black actor, but then they realized that Siruis is a horrible godfather and a hypocrite, Remus was a coward who left his wife.
