A Quick Meeting - Korra/Tahno/Tarrlok
Title: A Quick Meeting Rating: NC17 Pairing: Korra/Tahno/Tarrlok (Is there even a pairing name for that? Tahnorrlok?) Summary: Based on this prompt from ficbending:
Tahno/Tarrlok/Korra Because it would be hot, that's why. Kinda up to you how this happens, but I'd prefer it to be consensual. (That being said, I don't think Tarrlok is above subtly using bloodbending to induce arousal, so if you want to include that...) Bonus points if they all do it on Tarrlok's desk.
-
It was supposed to be a quick meeting. Tarrlok was trying to get Korra to join his task force again, and she was going to go, shove whatever stupid gift he was offering this time back in his face, and refuse.
But of course, that couldn’t just go smoothly. Tahno – legendary pro-bending champion and complete asshole – was sitting outside Tarrlok’s office waiting for his turn and was not happy at all when Korra just got to waltz in right in front of him while he was still stuck in the waiting room.
“Woah there, where do you think you’re going?” Tahno said, putting a hand on her shoulder to hold her back, “There’s a line-up here, even for the uhvatar.”
She cringed. Was he saying it that way on purpose? Swatting his hand off of her shoulder, she shrugged and said, “I was told I could go right in.”
“I’ve been waiting out here for fifteen precious minutes and I was told he’d be ready for me in just a moment,” Tahno said, irritated.
“Oh, well, I technically had an appointment with him half an hour ago. I decided to be fashionably late,” Korra said, glaring with disdain towards the door leading into Tarrlok’s office.
“Well, then you can fashionably wait while I do my business first,” he said, giving her a pat on the head, “I’m sure it won’t mess with your day.”
“Stop it!” she said, shoving him away, absolutely livid. She was the avatar! No one patted her on the head!
Tahno just grinned that skeevy, lopsided grin of his, “Do you know who you’re talking to, little miss uhvatar?”
“I don’t care,” she said, one second away from punching that smug look off of his face when the door opened and Tarrlok stepped out.
“Are we having a bit of a disagreement out here?” Tarrlok said, eyeing them both up and down.
“I was here first!” Tahno said.
“I had an appointment!” Korra said.
“She was late!” Tahno hissed back.
“He’s an idiot!” Korra said, folding her arms in front of her.
“Now, now, I’m sure we can work out this little argument. Why don’t you both step in to my office?” Tarrlok said, slinking in behind them and leading them inside.
Tarrlok shut the door behind him and sauntered over to his desk, sitting down with his hands folded in front of him. Tahno stepped forward and Tarrlok waved him back, “Please. Stay behind the carpet.”
Tahno rolled his eyes and stepped back, “Yeah, yeah, anyways- “
“So, Korra,” Tarrlok said, eyeing a basket of expensive fruit and chocolate on his desk, “I was just wondering if you reconsidered my offer.”
“Not in a million years. Take your gift basket and shove it,” Korra said, stomping one foot down on the ground.
“I’ll take the basket if she doesn’t want it,” Tahno said, “I think the uhvatar’s a little scared to take on that Amon guy.”
“I am not!” Korra said, getting right up in Tahno’s face, “I just have to finish my airbending training.”
“I guess that’s why your team’s so terrible, you haven’t been practicing with them enough,” Tahno said, moving in even closer to her.
Tarrlok gave a little smirk as he watched them argue. He held one hand under his desk and gave the slightest flick of his wrist. Korra fell silent, mouth wide open, as she slowly backed away from Tahno.
“You are such a creep!” she said.
“What’d I do?” Tahno asked, before recognizing the familiar sensation in between his legs. What a day to wear tight pants. “I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to!”
Tarrlok didn’t really approve of bloodbending. Not in most contexts, anyways. But for this? He was willing to, just to make things s little bit more fun. Nothing wrong with that, right? Another flick of his wrist, and Korra stumbled back as if she’d just gone weak in the knees.
She blushed and looked away from Tahno. There was a burning sensation – a good kind – in between her legs right now and while she was a little sheltered back home, she was well aware of what that feeling meant. But for Tahno, really? Tahno?! It was his stupid fault, he started it! She was just having an involuntary reaction. Yeah.
“Wow, Korra, you look red as a beet,” Tahno said, smug smirk coming back, “I know I’m impressive but you can tone it down a little.”
“It’s not you, you awful, horrible jerk!” she said, grabbing him by his shirt and giving him a shake.
But he was still hard, and now that she was this close to him she could feel him right between her legs, and even with their clothes on the sensation was only making her weirdly aroused feelings even worse. Tahno tensed up as she brushed against him, and she couldn’t help but let a small moan escape as he pressed even harder against him. Then, it was Tahno’s turn to stare in shock.
“Wow,” he said, “I was just joking but I guess I was right.”
“No, it’s not like…that, it’s…” she trailed off, “You’re a moron!”
Tarrlok cleared his throat, “Excuse me. You are in my office right now.”
“Oh no, oh no, oh no,” Korra said, blushing even more now, “I’m so sorry, Councilman, I’ll leave right now.”
“Still won’t consider my offer?” he said, raising an eyebrow at her.
“Ugh! No!” she said, shuffling her way out. Now came the task of forgetting what just happened. She left and slammed the door behind her.
But as she was almost out of the building, she realized the was missing one of her hair ties. She must have been picking at her hair unconsciously while she was in there. She did that sometimes, when she was nervous. Part of her wanted to leave it there, but she knew if Tarrlok found it, it would just be one more excuse for him to pay her a visit. No thanks. Might as well face the music.
She went back and opened the door, about to apologize and say she forgot something, but what she saw next was rather unexpected and robbed her of any words she might have had. Tahno was sitting on Tarrlok’s lap, facing him, shirt partially unbuttoned, their lips locked.
“Councilman!” Korra shouted. She was more surprised at him than at Tahno, but it was Tahno who seemed visible shaken by her presence.
“It’s not what it looks like!” Tahno said, looking back and forth as if someone else would be there watching him, too, “It’s not anything bad! It’s just so he’ll close the beach for a few hours so my team can practice!”
“Wow, thanks for keeping that secret,” Tarrlok said, rolling his eyes.
“You take bribes?” Korra said, significantly less surprised.
“I’m letting him and his little teammates play on the beach alone for a while. It’s not exactly rigging an election, here,” Tarrlok said, “But anyways, what’ll it take to keep you quiet?”
“How about you don’t come nagging me about your stupid task force anymore?” Korra said.
“There’s nothing else you want?” he said, leering at her.
“Like what?” she asked, before realizing what he meant, “Oh! No! NO! Gross!”
But that lingering feeling hadn’t left yet (though Tarrlok hasn’t done anything more) and just from what she could see, they both had decent bodies, and…
“Tahno’ll let you top,” Tarrlok said with a grin.
“No I won’t!” Tahno said, shoving away from Tarrlok.
“Oh, please. He’s practically an addict. Pet him the right way and he’ll roll right over for you,” Tarrlok said, staring at Tahno, “Hey, you tell my secret, I tell yours.”
Well. That was somewhat appealing. She’d been kept on such a strict schedule that she’d probably never get a chance to experiment like this, but it was Tahno, and Tarrlok, and they were horrible, and disgusting, and rude, and kind of sexy and oh, her thighs were red hot now, she could barely contain herself.
“No one’ll find out about this?” Korra said.
“There’d be consequences for all of us if anyone told,” Tarrlok said as he started to remove his clothes.
“Will somebody just fuck me already?” Tahno said, already stripped right down to his underwear.
Okay. Yeah, Korra had to admit that all the athletics he did really paid off. She walked up to him, putting one hand on his crotch. He moaned and leaned back against Tarrlok’s desk.
“See? What did I tell you?” Tarrlok said, and Tahno was too distracted to fight back, “Alright, Tahno, I guess you’re in the middle.”
Tahno shook out of his underwear as Tarrlok pushed him aside, entering him from behind. Tahno reached back and stroked Tarrlok’s hair, leaning back to give him a kiss along his jawline. It was obvious that they’d done this before.
Korra removed her pants slowly, just mesmerized by the way the two men writhed with pleasure. She approached Tahno, nervously sliding onto him. Tahno reached one arm behind her neck and pulled her into a deep, passionate kiss that was nothing compared to the feeling of Tahno’s cock deep inside of her.
“Psst,” Tahno whispered into her ear, “It helps if you move around a bit.”
She had been standing there straight as a board. Oh. Yeah, that wasn’t how it was supposed to work. She began to buck her hips back and forth, first slowly, increasing in pace as she got used to the feeling.
It was like nothing else, and with her hands on Tahno’s shoulders as she slid up and down on his cock she definitely felt in control, and powerful, and just so good she couldn’t believe it. She liked him a lot better this way. With both her and Tarrlok working on him at once, he was barely able to think clearly let alone talk, and the only thing coming out of his mouth was incoherent moaning. Korra didn’t realize it, but she was being quite vocal about her pleasure, too.
“Enjoying yourself, avatar?” Tarrlok said, calm as ever.
She shot him a dirty look but couldn’t think of a good comeback, when suddenly the sensation between her legs heightened and she tensed up as the warm feeling spread all over her body, and she could feel herself clenching around Tahno’s cock with each wave of pleasure. It appeared to have some effect on Tahno as well, who moaned sharply and tensed up in a similar way. She felt him go limp inside of her, and she let him slide out.
“Done already?” Tarrlok said in a condescending tone as he slid himself out as well, and then turned to look at Korra, “The Team Captain here has to rest, but you’re a girl. You can keep going if you want, you know.”
“I know that!” she snapped back at him, “I’m not that naïve.”
She was more nervous about getting intimate with Tarrlok than she was about Tahno, but she still had a lot of energy left, and he looked surprisingly good. She didn’t expect someone whose job involved sitting around and talking all day to be so built, and she couldn’t help but notice that he was very well endowed, too. He had let his hair down (or rather, Tahno had pulled his hair ties out, but Korra didn’t know that) and standing there naked in front of her he looked almost like an entirely different person. Councilman Tarrlok was attractive, who would’ve thought.
Almost without thinking, she lifted herself up onto his table and leaned back, nudging at him with one of her feet.
“You want to go at it up there?” Tarrlok said, “I like it. You have good ideas.”
He climbed on top of her, pinning her arms down as he slowly slid into her. She didn’t know how she went from being on top to being on the bottom this fast, but it felt nice, too, just leaning back and letting Tarrlok do all the work. And boy, did he work it. She should’ve expected someone of his status to be experienced, but there was something strange about this; he was almost too good.
Tarrlok didn’t always bother to use his bloodbending during sex. But this time he had Tahno to compete with, and he was determined to be the better partner. He brought Korra to orgasm again in almost record time, and she managed to break free of his grip and wrap her arms around him leaning in to kiss at his neck.
To her surprise, he just kept going. She was almost totally inactive now; though she was athletic she wasn’t used to this, and all these new sensations were a little overwhelming. Tarrlok reached down with his now free hands and began to rub her clit, which gave her some extra energy at the unexpected rush of pleasure.
He slowed his own speed down, feeling her, listening to her moans, determining how close she was so he could time his own release as well. Tahno had only made her come once, so Tarrlok figured that two times including one coveted mutual orgasm should be enough to impress her.
And it was, although she wouldn’t ever admit it. She held onto him as the pleasurable feeling spread over her again, her back arched, both of them clinging tightly to each other as they came. Exhausted, she just laid back on the table as he pulled out and stood up, brushing himself off.
“You’re pretty good, uhvatar,” Tahno said.
“If anyone asked,” she said, slowly, in between breaths, “We never met here.”
“You got it,” he said.
Great, she thought, he’s probably going to try and taunt me about this somehow, later.
“Korra,” Tarrlok said, “We make a pretty good team, don’t we?”
“Mmhmm,” was all Korra managed to get out.
He took her hand and pulled her up, giving her a gentle kiss before leaning in and whispering, “Will you join my task force?”
“You’re such an idiot,” she said, although somewhat affectionately this time, “By the way, you might want to consider wearing something with a high collar for a while.”
A look of realization spread across Tarrlok’s face as he reached up and felt his neck. There was a tender patch right where Korra had kissed him. He didn’t realize it in the heat of the moment, but she had bit down pretty hard there.
“You’re clever,” he said, “Next time I’ll return the favor. If you want a next time, that is.”
She was taken back by that, “I…I haven’t decided!”
Suddenly nervous and full of energy again, she quickly dressed herself and left, not even bothering to shut the door behind her. Tahno was still lying on the ground, nearly asleep.
Tarrlok spotted something on the carpet and went over to pick it up, “Well. Looks like she left one of her hair ties behind. Guess I better pay her another visit, soon.”
“Can I still have the basket?” Tahno said.

Let Me Drown - A Legend of Korra Fanfic
Title: Let Me Drown Rating: PG-13 Word Count: 1,339 Summary: Tahno has his bending taken away, but reality ended up being a bit different from his expectations. Amon/Tahno hinting. Author's Note: This is self-contained for now, but I may continue. It'll be full-blown Tahmon if I do, because it's my favorite under-appreciated pairing.
-
Tahno was never prone to nightmares. There was no one in the world more convinced of his own perfection than he was, so what did he have to be afraid of?
And then, Amon came along. Amon, that bastard, who would take anyone’s bending if he got the chance. Tahno knew the Avatar could take someone’s bending if they wanted to – but that was a punishment reserved for crimes much more severe than haughty arrogance and cheating in a pro-bending tournament. But not Amon. He’d just take it, because he wanted to. Plain and simple.
In Tahno’s nightmares, Amon would always come to him on a cliff by the sea under the light of the full moon. The exact time and place where any waterbender should be able to fight off the toughest of enemies. And still, Amon prevailed. Pressed one finger to his forehead and tore his bending right out of him, as one might tear out any physical organ.
In his nightmares Amon was cruel; a heartless monster, his eyes filled with malice behind that terrible mask. He grabbed Tahno by the hair on the back of his neck and flung him off the edge of the cliff and into the ocean.
The ocean was cruel now, too. It could tell that he no longer belonged to it, no longer had any power over it. It longed to swallow him whole and he was yanked to the bottom, unable to even struggle his way out.
He would wake up in a cold sweat and be flustered until he leaned out his window and felt the ocean calling to him again – friendly, welcoming, kind. It was his element. It would never turn against him.
-
When the Equalists started their assault on the Arena, Tahno’s heart sank. Part of him knew that he was Amon’s next target. And yet, he was still taken off guard when the masked man slowly approached him, dodging his best waterbending moves like they were nothing as his Equalist minions threw ties around his hands and feet and held him down.
Forced to his knees, Tahno felt insignificantly small in front of Amon. He could feel the water beneath him, just off the edge of the arena – oh god damn, like the cliff by the sea, and on the night he’d won the championship at that. The night he was supposed to feel on top of the world. His night.
He begged for his bending to be spared. Begged as if he had no shame, because he was certain his tainted image could be restored with greater ease than his bending.
But Amon didn’t listen. Behind that mask his eyes were not cruel at all, not like in Tahno’s dreams, but rather so detached and emotionless that they may as well be part of the mask themselves.
He was not bloodthirsty, or vicious. Hell, when Amon placed his hand on Tahno’s forehead there was something strange there, something that made Tahno sick to his stomach, but he couldn’t quite put his finger on what it was.
Having his bending taken from him was less like being torn apart and more like being shocked by lightning, minus the pain. Well, the physical pain, anyways. He did not slowly and painfully lose his connection to his element, but rather it was cut in an instant. His heart may as well have stopped right there. He was too weak to resist when he was pushed off the side of the arena.
Here it comes, he thought, as his body smacked painfully against the water and he waited to be pulled under. He may as well drown, now.
Instead he just bobbed there like piece of wood. He was no longer embraced by his element, nor was he scorned by it. He was simply unnoticed, a mundane object like any other. He wanted to scream.
Above him he could hear Amon’s speech, denouncing him as a cheater and a bully. Tahno remembered pressuring the referee into making calls in his favor. How reluctant he was to take a bribe, how hesitant he seemed even during the match. Goddamn, if he would’ve played a fair game he might’ve lost and some other saps would be in his place right now.
Not just some other saps, though – the Avatar and her friends. The girl who might be the only one who could stop the Equalists, who could stop this terrible thing from happening to anyone else.
Could he really wish she was in his place right now, knowing that?
Fuck, yes, he could. And he did. Anything to spare him of this pain.
The next thing Amon said struck a chord with him. He didn’t even know how to feel about it. The words he used – he didn’t act like the loss of one’s bending was a negative at all. No, he called it being “cleansed of impurities”.
Cleansed. Like he was better off now than he was before. What a joke!
But the feeling of Amon’s hand on his forehead came back to him again, and he could place it now.
Affection. Amidst that soulless face and those cold eyes was an affectionate touch, like an artist putting the finishing touches on one of his sculptures, or a gardener gently tugging out a weed to avoid harming a nearby flower. The most painful moment of his life and that bastard was affectionate about it.
Tahno wasn’t happy. But he couldn’t get that word out of his head. He’d been cleansed. For whatever twisted reason it was, Amon thought he was ‘wrong’ before, and ‘right’ now. It seemed strange for Amon to speak and act in such a way if his only intention was to hurt and threaten benders. Did that misguided asshole think everyone would be happier like this?
Tahno swore he wouldn’t be happy again without his bending. He wouldn’t let Amon win. He’d visit all the healers he could tomorrow, and one of them had to be able to do something for him. Right? Right.
Then, he’d be happy again. Impure and proud of it.
-
That night, Tahno dreamt he was lost afloat on an endless ocean. The sky above him was dark, no moon, no stars. He could barely see his hand in front of his face. Another hand reached out from the darkness and grasped his, pulling him to his knees. Beneath him it was suddenly solid ground, a dim light above.
Standing in front of him was Amon, now so much less frightening than before. How could he hurt Tahno now? He had already done his worst. Amon was not a simple murderer. He’d taken everything he wanted from Tahno already.
Though he was not frightened, Tahno was still intimidated and, though he’d never admit to thinking anything of the sort once he was awake, awe-stricken.
He remembered the words belted out by Equalist supporters. Our Leader. Our Savior. Our Solution. That was who Amon was to them. Now that he was a non-bender, was Amon his savior, too?
As if Amon could read his mind, he reached up and stroked Tahno’s cheek as if he were wiping away a tear. There was no judgment in his eyes, no cruelty anymore, just calm, totally stoic.
“Why?” Tahno managed to call out weakly, more a whisper than his usual voice.
Amon said nothing, just moved his hand underneath Tahno’s chin and tilted his head up so they were meeting eye-to-eye.
“Show me how to be happy again,” Tahno said, “Can you show me that?”
Again, there was no answer. No change in expression.
And then Tahno woke up, disgusted and ashamed that he’d ever have such a dream. He resolved to get himself to a healer as quickly as he could and end this moment of weakness.
In his mind he saw himself – from outside, as if he were a spectator – kneeling in front of Amon, begging to be happy again.
He began to miss the dreams where he drowned in the end.
