Are you guys ever just sitting down and someone behind you laughs and you instantly fix yourself and check ur hair and the back of your shirt, pull up your jeans?
Do our ever just walk in the grocery store or shopping store and feel like ALL eyes are planted in you and nothing else, your being judged?
Have you ever tried and planned on wearing a really cute outfit one day and when that day comes, you completely change the outfit because your self conscious and insecure, you feel like your doing too much?
Are you ever just sitting down and you feel like there are just CAMERAS freaking watching you through legit anything from anywhere?
Are you ever in class and the teacher calls on someone next to you and the whole class just 👀 toward the person speaking and you get all awkward and your face heats up even though no one is even looking at you?
Because this happens to me and sm friggen more and I don’t know why but I hate it sm. It’s so hard to do basic things in life because I’m always getting paranoid. I’m always wondering what other people might be thinking of me or what could be happening when I’m not present/looking. It’s always ‘WHAT IF?’ Running through my mind. Then on top of all that my depression makes me want to not care about a single thing. It’s tearing my brain apart.

60 CAL COOKIE YALL
ghather around kiddos because i just made a cookie with 67 calories and you can even make that lower with LESS chocolate chips , it tastes so good so yea :
forth a tsp of brown sugar = 2.75 cal.
half a tsp of stevia = 0 cal.
half a tsp of milk ( you can use any kind you want ) = 2 cal.
forth a tsp of butter ( you can use any oil you want but i was treating myself ) = 8 cal.
tiny bit of vanilla extract ( for flavor ) = less than 12 cal.
1 tbsp of flour ( any kind ) = 28 cal.
8 chocolate chips ( i used milk cuz I’m a fatass ) = 16 cal ( 2 cal for each ).
mix everything except the flour and chocolate and microwave it for 10 seconds , stir in the flour and add the chocolate and microwave for 40-50 seconds ( no more than 60 seconds or the chocolate will burn ) , and enjoy <3 .

lol i started eating it and forgot to take a picture, ( it’s really good ).
