Need a little help. Making a RWBY OC with no arms, but I’m stuck on the kind of clothes to give them. Realistically, what kind of clothes would an armless huntsman be able to put on? I know the obvious answer is “anything,” but some huntsman wear lots of layers or armor. Would my OC be able to wear that? A teammate could hypothetically help dress them in heavier stuff, but I assume only a long-time friend would be up for that and not a huntsman they just got assigned to/put on a team with.

tiny little ramble because i made a sketch of an oc last night and I just kept looking at her in awe and it made me realize how far I've come in my art??? for reference

She just came out so beautifully, i love her so much ugh. But then I thought "wait shit I don't think I've even drawn like this before." so ofc I find my very first deviantart account and look at one of the very first things I've posted

Just a random anime girl. But the difference is just so STARK my goodness. THIS WAS 8 YEARS AGO?? its funny because I started drawing because I wanted to emulate the style of anime girls i'd see on those Blingee gifs, and I've steered so far off that direction (which is fine! I like where my style is right now!!) n e ways, looking back just kinda helped me realize how far I've come which was nice bc lately I've felt kind of stagnant with my art. Moral of the story, look at your old art even if its cringe.

I lost my baby after 6 months of hope… No words can describe the pain 💔💔

I share this update with a heart weighed down by sorrow and heartbreak…

We are still living in the heart of catastrophe. Ongoing starvation, fear, and the lack of safety have destroyed what remains of our humanity. We lost our home, our jobs, our dreams… we lost the life we once knew!

I lost my baby after six months of pregnancy. Six months during which I awaited his birth as a sole beacon of hope amid death and destruction. I held onto him as a symbol of a new beginning… but he left before seeing the light of day. 💔😭

The miscarriage was difficult and painful. My body could no longer endure. I became unable to move, and my health has sharply deteriorated. My heart tears apart every moment I remember that I lost my baby…🥹

My family and I are now suffering from severe malnutrition. We’ve lost a great deal of weight and can no longer find anything to satisfy our hunger. We need flour, basic foods, nutritional supplements, and urgent medicines so I can regain my strength and care for my child and family who are still alive and struggling every day to survive.

I know you have never hesitated to help, and you have always been a symbol of humanity. But today I write to you with the last strength I have left… because my life and the lives of my family are in your hands.

Your support now means life for us… it means we have not been forgotten in this hell.

From the depths of my heart, Please not leave us alone in these moments.

With Art Fight officially over, I shall post my last attack of the year @drawing-by-the-bonfire's Chatelle!!! I drew him during a plane ride back, and never have I been so locked in. Really happy with how it turned out honestly, bootleg Apple pencil will forever be the goat... While there was a bunch of people I wanted to attack and other folks I didn't get to, I liked what I put out for this year :D Here's to hoping Crystals win 😋😋
