Don't ignore me, listen to our sad story💔🥹🍉
Tumblr media
My name is Kariman Dohan, I am 25 years old. I was a committed and diligent teacher, and my husband, Ayman Olwan, 30 years old, is a business administration graduate, but due to unemployment and difficult conditions in Gaza, he was forced to work as a fisherman. We have a wonderful son named Hamoud, who is one and a half years old. We live in Gaza, specifically Khan Yunis, where the fishing boat, fishing equipment and the school where I worked were damaged🥹🫂💔😭😭😭😭

Hello, I am kareman Dohan, a Palestinian mother 🍉and educator for generations🧑‍🏫. I am writing this letter to you feeling a state of sadness and grief🥹, after the war on Gaza completely destroyed our lives. I was working as a teacher for children, 🥹but the school was destroyed and I lost my job.😭😭😭 My husband was a fisherman, but the fishing boat, which was our only source of livelihood, was badly damaged and did not return.💔💔 Usable. My young son, Hamoud, suffers from malnutrition due to the lack of food and the polluted water we drink😭. My husband, Ayman Alwan, and I are trying with all our might to survive, but the situation has become too much for us to bear. My son Hamoud needs care, treatment and food😭😭😭💔. Please, the situation here is catastrophic. Bombs fall on our heads all the time. It's terrifying here. We are desperate to escape to a safe place where we can start over, but we don't have enough money to do so 😭😭,Please consider our situation and help as much as you can by donating and sharing the link.💔🍉🥹😭😭😭😭

Hello, sorry I can’t donate to your cause. I wish I could help but really, I can’t. I don’t really have a following, but I guess it doesn’t hurt to share. I’m from Lebanon, and out here we all support you. No one should have to live in destitution like that, and no one should have to beg for humanity. I wish the best for your son, may he grow up to be healthy and secure. I know words mean nothing in such a situation but the knowledge there are people out there who support you

this pride, i learnt about the Palestinian trans woman Oscar Al-Halabiye, dancer and resistance fighter against the israeli occupation in Southern Lebanon. she named herself Oscar after Lady Oscar from the "The Rose of Versailles", a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Riyoko Ikeda.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
her story is documented in Cinema Fouad(1993). zionists use pink washing to reinforce their genocidal terrorist narrative when queer Palestinians have been fighting against the occupation since the very beginning. you can watch it here with english subtitles. long live the intifada!

My dear lgbt+ kids,
Laziness is often seen as a personal failure. Somehow we as a society decided that “I need to do this thing but I don’t want to do the thing” is a horrible, disgusting thing to feel, something we need to be ashamed of. But laziness is actually a good thing!
Yes, not just normal or common, it’s good. It sends you a message, encourages you to ask why. Your body and/or mind don’t want to do this task right now. Why?
Maybe the answer is “I don’t know how to do it” or “I am too tired” or “I am preoccupied with another activity” or “I feel uncomfortable doing it” or “It’s too many steps, I don’t know how to start” or “It’s no fun” - whatever it is, it’s worth listening to.
It gives you something to work with. When you look at the “why” behind your unwillingness to do the task, you can figure out a way to make the task easier to do. It helps you be a good friend to yourself and show yourself support and kindness - as opposed to “Ugh, I’m so lazy” which only makes you feel bad about yourself or even angry at yourself without solving the issue.
With all my love,
Your Tumblr Dad

And showing people kindness they don’t need can be some sort of signal to them that you are likely to show them the kindness they will need someday
I live my life under the basic principle that people know their minds, bodies, genders, and orientations better than I do so I just take them at their word when they say they are a thing.

A cool superpower: Sound Control
Imagine being able to control who can hear what sound and who can’t. For example if I’m having a super private conversation on my phone I can make the person behind the phone the only person able to hear my voice in the moment. But if I want to troll the president I can shout swear words and make him the only person that hears them. If there is a super important thing everyone needs to hear about, I can say something and make It so that everyone can hear my voice. If someone is saying stupid I can make it so that no one can hear their voice. Or if I’m watching the TV but my roommate is sleeping I can make the TV noise only heard by me.
