Thought up a little AU for Deltarune, made a doodle for it.
Beginning near the end of Chapter 1, Kris awakens to the sound of screeching metal and panicked breathing. Somehow, the SOUL had escaped the birdcage. Following a strange trail of red liquid downstairs into the bathroom, what stands before Kris is something... unexpected

The humanoid SOUL design isn't particularly original, I might change it at some point if I go anywhere with this idea.
