Maryniak Ihor is a contemporary Ukrainian artist, born in 1985. In the city of Lviv in western Ukraine.
Since 2008 He worked as a researcher at the Zhovkva Historical and Architectural Reserve.
From 2016-2020. took part in the activities of the association of painters named after St. Cyprian Metropolitan of Kyiv.
He took part in winning the Luxembourg Art Prize in 2021.

I'm sure I have a good classical art school of painting, and the amount of technical skills that give me more freedom to create contemporary contemporary art.
In my work I create a unique dynamic space, which is based on the idea of harmony between the forms of classical representation and the forms of the digital age that has come. This metanarrative can take the form of a portrait or a landscape close to abstraction. So in mood portrait compositions I convey the lyricism of mood, a rich range of feelings and emotions. In landscape I am interested in the transfer of changing moods of nature, the synthesis of abstract forms and the generalized image of nature.
In addition to experience in easel painting, I have thorough practical skills in creating artistic paintings in the interior. This allows me to easily work with both small and large sizes of work, and understand the role of painting as an integral element in the interior space.
Also an important priority for me is to choose only quality materials for painting. The collector can be sure that he will receive a durable and high-quality work.
