Star Wars Imagine

Imagine Kylo Ren trying to convince reader that he can take care of them. 

Inspired by this (x) imagine from @imagineeditsblog 

“Can you really protect me from all of this?” You yelled at the raven haired man with your bandaged arms stretched out in a look at all this stance. You had been attacked once more only this time, this attack, left more than physical scars. Kylo had been out on a mission doing god knows what leaving you behind in his crazy quest to kill the last jedi. 

“Do you really think that you can protect me from Snoke himself? What if one day, today even, he gives you an order to kill me? Will you go through with it, Ky? Will you kill me?” You held your voice strong not allowing it break, not like it wanted to. Tears, however, began to leak out of the corner of your eyes and you were mad at yourself for letting them do so. 

Kylo opened his mouth to talk, his face full of emotion, but you cut him off. “You leave this room, you leave me, on this god forsaken hunt for Skywalker. Each time you leave me to fend for myself where you know I can’t protect myself. These people, your generals, your soldiers, know that I’m sided with them, with Snoke, with The First Order. They know I’m not fighting your cause and they hold no respect for me, your other half or not, I am nothing but scum to them!”

You watched as tears formed in Kylo’s eyes. Your heart broke but the fear of him leaving one day only to come back to your body bag was far too great. You knew that the next time he left you were deader than a doornail. 

“I can’t stay here in a place where I know no one is protecting me.”

“Please.” His voice was small as he pleaded with you. “Please don’t leave.”

“I’m not safe here.”

“But you’re safe with me.”

“And when you’re not here?”

“We can work something out but please, Y/N, please,” His eyebrows scrunched as he tried to hold his tears in. Kylo’s chin wobbled and his chest heaved in silent sobs. 

“Please don’t leave me. I can protect you. I will protect you.” Kylo’s voice was strong and stern despite his raw emotion displayed on his face.  

“I can’t ever get hurt like this again. Promise me you’ll protect me.”

“I promise.”
