This quick-fix for the Supreme Court is too timid.

Make the Court into 3 panels of 9 jurists each, and have one of the three panels “riding circuit” for four months of the year. Scuttle the myth of the nine wise souls and make this a court like any other.

Congress holds the Constitutional power to do this. Oh yes. They do.
