Teacher feedback:

scale down 'Auckland Art Gallery Toi O Tāmaki' (minimum of 25-could be lower- as that's half of 'choose your perspective') move to bottom left

stack 'choose your perspective' and have to the right in line w/ 'Auckland Art Gallery Toi O Tāmaki'

After that move up main type (express etc) to balance

can left align both or left align and right align

make the 's's' have more identifiable/purposeful gap - leads into the 'e'

change the colour around in 'choose your perspective' - what's pink should be the most important part as depicted in 'express & understand' - both body copy can be flipped in order of importance as still has cohesion.

tracking on understand so the 'u' is further into the '&'.

animate '&' to tilt/fall similar to earlier concepts of picture frame falling.

Exploration of moving characters - no need for moving texture/bg as type communicates clearer/better as moving the texture as picture frame was more explanatory(teacher feedback)

Setting up pitch deck with panopto videos

moved the '&' and used the pathfinder to interact the '&' + 'understand'.

aligned type more (express and choose your perspective) and express to texture.

scaled up the &

removed some texture as it was overwhelming the design and throwing it off balance

smoothed type in express - lined up the x and p + moved the r down to seperate it from the p and line up with the e strokes

I'm going to expand on this poster - the texture works well - teacher feedback: be more creative with 'understand' and the '&' make them interact more could use the '&' as a visual element? Move the E down so it's in line with the other letters rather than above. can choose my colour for the heading later on (orange or pink atm) they communicate different vibes but both work.

Experimented with starting from scratch more/resetting my design. I tried another typeface but found my original communicated better although I might try some other ones in the future to see if there is something more crafted/bold that could work. I added bordering to focus the design and balance it better. The white in the middle was quite jarring so I changed the opacity with the red background under it (i could make this the pink of the type to tie it in further)
