家で作る料理はほとんど和食なんですが、たまに洋食もつくります。写真はチキンのトマトソース煮とハンバーグです。

Most of the dishes I cook at home are Japanese, but I sometimes make Western dishes. The picture is chicken simmered in tomato sauce and hamburger steak.

稲庭うどんとそばを鴨の汁で食べたら最高に美味しかったです。その他にも春野菜を使った料理を何品か作りました。外出できない分、食卓で季節感を味わいたいですね。

When I ate Inaniwa udon and soba with duck soup, it was the best. I also made some dishes using spring vegetables. Because I can't go out, I want to feel the season at the table.

自宅勤務中は時間がけっこうあったので、製麺からスープ、トッピングまで自作ラーメンにこってました。

I had a lot of time when I was at home, so I was particular about making Ramens from noodle making to soups and toppings.

自宅勤務の合間にけっこう好きなことやってます。エリック・クラプトンが好きなので彼の曲を中心に練習中です。

I do whatever I like while working at home. I like Eric Clapton, so I'm practicing around his songs.

長年使っている天ぷら鍋。これで揚げ物を揚げると上手く揚がる気がします。あと、油をたっぷり使うのも大事ですね。

愛機に乗って早咲きの桜を見にツーリングしてきました。世界中なにかと大変ですが、季節は美しく移ろって人の心を癒してくれますね。

I went touring to see the early blooming cherry blossoms on my beloved motorcycle. It's difficult all over the world, but the seasons change beautifully and heal people's hearts.

近所の中華料理屋。何を食べてもハズレがなくてメインの肉・野菜炒めはもちろん、サイドのマカロニのサラダも美味しい。サイドに手を抜かないのは良いお店ですね。

Nearby Chinese restaurant. No matter what you eat, there is no loss and not only the main stir-fried meat and vegetables, but also the side macaroni salad is delicious. It is a good shop that is also elaborate on the side.

コーヒーが好き���チェーン系の所でよく飲むんですけど、いわゆる『シアトル系』と呼ばれるようなカフェはちょっと苦手で、昔からやっている『喫茶店』が好きです。コーヒーにこだわっている店は大概フードメニューもいけてます。

I like coffee and drink a lot in chain cafes, but I don't like cafes called “Seattle” a little, and I like the “Kissaten”  they’ve been doing for a long time. Shops that are particular about coffee also foods are delicious.

昼飯はほぼ外食なんですが、中華、カレー、立ち食いそば等々、いろいろ好物が多い中、美味い魚の定食に出会ったときは格別ですね。

Lunch is mostly eating out, there are many favorite foods such as Chinese food, curry, standing noodles and so on,but when I come across a set meal of delicious fish, it's special.

先月、10日間ベトナムに出張してました。色々美味しい物を食べましたよ。

I stayed in Vietnam for 10 days as a business trip and ate a lot of delicious Vietnamese food.

実家から山形のメロンを送ってもらいました。『鶴姫レッド』という品種が甘くて、ジューシーで美味しかったです。

I received the melons made in Yamagata Prefecture from my parents' house. The variety "Tsuruhime Red" was sweet, juicy and delicious.

熟した梅をたくさん頂いたので、梅酒を作りました。(泡盛ベースの氷砂糖少な目)、半年後くらいが飲み頃でしょうか？楽しみです。

As I got a lot of ripe plums, I made plum liquer ( Awamori-based ice sugar is low), half a year later is the best to drink? I am looking forward to it.

朝取れの美味しいとうもろこしで、とうもろこしご飯を作りました。そのままでもいけるけど、玉ねぎ、バター、玉子でコーン炒飯にして食べたら最高でした。

I made corn rice with the delicious sweet corn gotten in the morning. Although it was enough as it was, I ate it as the corn fried rice  with onions, butter and eggs.

この前家の近所のレストランで食べたカレーは、家庭的でどこかホッとする味でした。

The curry I ate at a restaurant near my home was a homey taste and a nostalgic .

キハチの宇治抹茶＆バニラアイスと都内№1『しばらく』の博多ラーメン。共に旨し。

Kihachi`s Uji Matcha & Vanilla Ice Cream and the Shibaraku`s  best Hakata Ramen in Tokyo for a while. Both were delicious.
