Made a static website called Inazuma Eleven Birthdays for all the confirmed birthdays! Made it into one list so that people won’t have a hard time having to go through the wiki’s individual character pages etc… 

Currently posted it on tumblr but might move to github later when I start adding images and functions! (This is kinda a hectic week for me at work so I can’t really focus that much on it but expect updates in the near future! For now have the first version release!)

Update: This blog’s coming back!

Hello everyone, Admin Neo here! I am so, so, so sorry for leaving this blog hanging for… a year and two months? (Someone kick a soccer ball at me aaaa)

My plan to keep this blog alive last year didn’t fall through. It’s been a rough year, but things are definitely looking a lot better! With that in mind, I’m revisiting things I wanted to do last year but wasn’t able to, this included.

I will need to fix and change things around the blog (mainly the links), but for the most part it’s still the same little ask blog centered around the team we all know and love!

While you’re at it, why don’t you send in an ask or two? I already have some in the works, and the asks you all have sent so far are absolutely great.

Oh, and hopefully no one minds the style change. It has been a year after all. I might be redrawing some of the previous asks too? (Here’s my main blog for anyone interested in it.)

TL;DR: This blog will be coming back and will officially be answering asks starting May 21!

I hope to bring some content you all will enjoy! Sakka yarouze!

Side note about this blog relating to Inazuma Eleven Ares:

This blog is centered around the third arc of the original series. Any questions about the other series will be answered by the characters addressing it as an alternate universe since Ares is an au where in the Aliea arc does not occur.

Will I make an Ares blog? Maybe… not. Will the characters from the series appear here? Sure, if they’re in asks. Same thing goes for characters in Inazuma Eleven Go; if they’re in asks, I’ll include them, but they’re not the center of this blog.

1# : Shirou & Yukimura’s relationship

Hello guys ! So, I decided to post my first analysis, and I’m going to analyze Shirou & Yukimura’s relationship in the S1 of Go. I’ve seen many people saying that their relationship was “embarrassing”, and it gave me the urge to analyze it. Soo.. let’s go !

I warn you.. It’s going to be very long.

As you know, Fubuki Shirou became coach of Hakuren and so, of Yukimura Hyouga. We know that they’re pretty close thanks to a bunch of scenes. We’re not going to take all of them, but a few ones to understand the chemistry between them.

An important event to put spotlight on is Shirou’s referral. In the episode 25, that’s when he appeared and we saw that he has been dismissed by the Fifth Sector itself ‘cause of his friendship with Endou. Yukimura had no idea of it, and saw it as a betrayal from him.

“Practice or not, it doesn’t matter. You have to be serious at what you do, no matter what stage it is. Otherwise, you can’t move forward !” That’s Yukimura’s quote. No one of his teammates agreed with him, and he was left alone training. It was very frustrating for him, who was doing his best to improve. And that’s when he met Shirou for the first time, who has been the first one to really support him. For Yukimura, that’s thanks to Shirou he got stronger than before.

Let’s take our first scene. No one, even his teammates, really supported him and trained with him for real. What Yukimura really wants, is to get stronger. Shirou has been the only one to access at his desire, and train with him no matter what.

Now, it’s an hypothesis. If we take the third screenshot, with this sentence : “I sincerely thought that I’d found someone I could believe in for the first time”, we may think that Yukimura has been pretty alone for a long time, and didn’t trust someone easily ‘cause of an event in his childhood. Shirou is a character who sends good vibes, and with his sweet, kind & determined personality, it matched with Yukimura’s own. Both have been very determined to get stronger and better at what they loved. So, it was only normal for them to get along and try to reach his goals together. It’s obvious that Yukimura believes in Shirou ‘cause he’s the one to train with him, to support him, to try making him stronger, and there’s surely something else that makes Shirou special to Yukimura. And same goes to Shirou.

Here, Yukimura managed to success Shirou’s own hissatsu (or I should say, Atsuya’s own. But he doesn’t know it), Eternal Blizzard. And that’s a minor fact, but that’s a pretty good evidence of Shirou believing in Yukimura. He knows that he’ll come up with his own hissatsu thanks to him becoming stronger.

Personally, this scene has always disturbed me. This scene (in the episode 26) is when Yukimura is trying to complete this new hissatsu of his. And as he has difficulties of doing it, he’s doubting of himself. When Shirou heard what he said, as he was going to confort him, he suddenly stopped. I think that Shirou may sees himself in Yukimura, in the time when he absolutely wanted to be perfect. And maybe, he doesn’t want Yukimura to follow the same path. Also, it proves how motivated and serious Shirou is about what he’s doing : helping Yukimura to get stronger. And again, here he’s to motivate Yukimura and continue doing his best, which it worked.

And that’s when Shirou disappeared, the day after this scene. Yukimura seeing Shirou as the first person really supporting him and the first one he can believe in, felt his departure like a betrayal. Shirou told him that they will continue training to day after, to complete his hissatsu, but then he disappeared. For a kid like Yukimura, who may has gone through a difficult time with the result of trust issues with others, his feelings are understandable. Shirou is definitely someone special for him, and if the only person he actually trusts leaves him alone, it can really hurt. So he searched for a revenge.

Yukimura doesn’t care about which kind of sakka Fifth Sector is promoting. He joined them to win against Shirou, and “because Fifth Sector will never betray me.”

This scene is one of the most important ones to bring on. Just by Yukimura’s voice, you clearly know he has been hurt and is angry about what Shirou has done to him. And his words punctuate it. The word “together” is, in my opinion, very important to have in mind. They form like a duo, with Shirou supporting him. He knew he could trust on Shirou ‘cause he thought he would always be there for him.

But let’s continue. When Shirou tries to explain him the situation, that the Fifth Sector is behind all that, Yukimura doesn’t trust him. First, because he doesn’t know what happened before. He has no idea that the Fifth Sector is truly the culprit. And since he saw his departure as a betrayal, why would he trust him anymore ? For him, Shirou is making excuses.

Let’s take the first screenshot of this scene. He swore from his heart. It proves how much Shirou hurt him. He truly felt pain from what he has done, and wants to get his revenge against him. With his sentece, we understand that he wants Shirou to pay for what he has done with the same way Shirou did to him. And again, with the second screenshot, it reinforces his goal : win against Shirou.

Let’s concentrate on the second screenshot. “I’ll beat down Raimon with the hissatsu technique I came up with on my own.” The last three words are, for me, pretty revelant. I may think he wants Shirou to understand that he still came with a hissatsu without him, and also, to dig in the wound as he wasn’t there to help him this time, as he promised. And even if we don’t know what was going on in Shirou’ smind, it may have hurt him.

And as the game between Raimon & Hakuren went on, Yukimura was slowly understanding what Fifth Sector was for real. And thanks to Raimon, he understood his own mistake he made toward Shirou. He “trusted” Fifth Sector, which he thought that he would never feel betrayed. But then, with what he discovered (that Fifth Sector’s sakka, was to hurt others), he understood that Shirou was right and in the end, he didn’t lie, this scene showing it well :

Yukimura, from this moment, tried his best to win the game against Raimon, with his teammates. Then this scene comes :

Like Shirou always did, he supported Yukimura with all his heart. And even if Yukimura didn’t score a goal, Shirou’s support gave him AGAIN strength to do his best. And again, it proves that Shirou is always there to support Yukimura, since the day they met. He really wanted to score, but he didn’t do, which didn’t really matter in the end ‘cause everything was okay between him & Shirou again. And I want to bring a scene from the episode 25, with the last screenshot. It seems not so important for you, but I do think it is ‘cause it shows again that Shirou believes in Yukimura as well as he does with Shirou. He motivates him (I don’t put it here), and Yukimura succeeded to complete Eternal Blizzard.

And it ended by this scene :

Their relationship definitely strengthened by these trials. And I may think that this time, Yukimura told to himself that Shirou was truly the one who will always be there for him, and he could believe in him.

So, personally, I don’t think their relationship is embarrassing. Yukimura truly admires a lot Shirou, and feels something for him. Their bond is special. And I have those headcanons that it may be linked to his past, that Yukimura sees Shirou as someone very special to him. So, it’s subjective, but what I think is totally true, is that Shirou is very important to him as Yukimura can be for him too. He can see him as a father, a brother, a friend or maybe more (the last option being the most plausible one for me). That’s what it makes their relationship my fave coach-player relationship.

but why is reposting BAD?

i thought i’d make an faq filled with every excuse in the book about reposting, for those who still don’t understand why it’s bad…or for people who don’t know what to say in retaliation to these! so here we go. 

first of all, an artist doesn’t even NEED to explain themselves. in the same way with someone who says “dude, make sure that soda is diet” or “please don’t tickle me”. they don’t want you to do it. you don’t need to test them by ignoring them. the reason doesn’t matter: it’s the person’s wish with THEIR things. if you had any respect for others, you’d just take it at that. 

BUT for some people, they don’t want to respect others at face value, and want their reason. (which, i might add, is rude.) so let’s get into that: 

but i’m giving you exposure! isn’t that good?

no. 

you’re not giving artists exposure. for people like myself, freelance artists, you’re hurting us. about a year ago, i sent my portfolio off to an indie game. in it, i had a piece of work that had been reposted (that i didn’t even know about). i was told much later that they “looked into it” and saw that my work was posted by someone else, which means now they have no idea who the artist was, and THEREFORE can’t be sure my work was legit. i lost a potential job to a repost. 

doesn’t matter if you say “i didn’t draw this”. sometimes, they don’t even look. they just look to see if it’s on any site other than your own. and that’s terrifying for artists. so don’t endanger our livelihood for instagram likes. 

besides, you’re not even giving exposure if you didn’t credit, cropped out the signature, or somehow made the resolution so low to where you can’t even see the signature. which brings me to…

but i credited you!

some people still don’t want it reposted even with credit. the last answer should show you one of the many reasons why. 

you’re dictating what i can/cannot put on my page! this is MY page!

and it’s MY art you posted. you can’t take something i did and do whatever you want with it. imagine if you took someones drawing, photocopied it, and spread it all around the town without their permission. they’d have every right to be angry, right?

but you posted it online, which means anyone can do anything with it. so if you don’t want it reposted, don’t post it online!

i have to post my art onto my websites to build a fanbase, something crucial to an artist. it shouldn’t be on ME to not post it in the first place, it should be on YOU to not repost it. you’re just echoing victim-blaming arguments. 

you’re basically saying “if you don’t want to be bullied, don’t exist.” which is a terrible thing to teach people, rather than “be nice and respectful towards others.” yes, i know our world isn’t perfect. but that’s no excuse to contribute to vile things. 

well i would be honored if someone reposted my art. and my friend doesn’t mind reposts, so why should you?

good for you! good for them! but did you know there’s more people in the world other than just you and your friend? we have wishes and feelings too, so you don’t get to project your own emotions onto what WE should be feeling as well. i love peaches. some people don’t like them. that doesn’t mean that now they have to eat peaches because i don’t mind them. 

what an artist creates automatically belongs to society, though. 

go steal the mona lisa and tell me how that works out. 

everyone can VIEW it, yes. artists want others to view their work! we just don’t want you to do stuff with it we asked you not to do. 

WELL THEN SPEAKING OF THAT, since i can’t put your work on redbubble and sell it for myself, why do you have an umbrella of the starry night?? huh?? you STOLE van gogh’s work! (yes people have legit said this to me) 

putting my work on items and selling it is totally illegal. van gogh’s work is owned by companies now, who have authorization to print it on things. and i’m just ONE freelance artist who is, you know, still alive and not giving permission to do that. you can’t compare a dead artist from the 1800s to a digital artist in 2017. apples to oranges, my dude.

well i SAID “credit to the artist” so i DID give you credit!

because saying “the artist” really tells people who i am and lets them visit my websites! thank you so much! 

but all sarcasm aside, that doesn’t do anything other than show you were too lazy to find the artist. same thing with “source: the internet” and “who drew this xD” or misspelling my url on purpose or putting the credit under a cut. OR cropping the image to cut off my signature! you didn’t give me credit. 

it wasn’t on the website i wanted it on! you should have more social media.

i’ll have the social media i want to have. not up to me to make more accounts on more things just so you won’t disrespect me. 

but i don’t remember where i got it. besides, i reposted SOOO much work and saved it all a long time ago. how can i find it now?

also, if you didn’t know the artist, that’s a HUGE reason not to repost it in the first place!! you didn’t even know if it was okay since you never got to see their position on that!!

take down your video with stolen fan art. take down your entire fan art twitter account. i don’t care “how hard it was to save those images” or “how many views you have now”. you got all that attention from someone else’s hard work. searching for art will never be as hard as making it. if it were that easy, you’d be drawing all the art yourself. 

but i asked the artist and they didn’t say anything! i assumed it was okay. 

yeah, i feel you. it’s the same thing as when you ask your mom if you can borrow some money, she doesn’t answer, so you just steal it from her purse. no answer means the answer you want to hear, right?

wrong. don’t take “unresponsive” as a yes. that’s disgusting. 

well i honestly don’t care. artists are just selfish. i’ll repost their art if i want to, just to show them how much i hate their stance on reposting. and (insert another really edgy statement here from someone who only says things to get a rise out of people since their life is empty) 

one day you’re gonna come across an artist who has no chill and wants to sue, and can actually do it, since some people put their work under HEAVY copyright. and i’m gonna kick back in my chair with a nice capri sun and watch it all happen, since you have that kind of attitude towards people. 

yes, this whole thing seems a bit. well. “salty”, as some would put it. and i have every right to be irritated over this. all these questions are asking “WHY should i respect their wishes? give me a reason” or “but here is my excuse rather than just taking it down”. time after time, artists are villainized just for telling people not to repost. 

like i said, the artist not wanting you to repost it SHOULD be reason enough! we’re so tired of having to fight people just to have respect for our art. we have to deal with tracing constantly, so can you please take reposting off our plates? i know bad things will always happen, but that’s no reason to make it worse by contributing. 

artists are generously putting our art out there for free. if you want to keep seeing our art for free (btw we don’t HAVE to, all the big artists could just up and leave and go to patreon), maybe show us some respect? because we get pretty dejected when we see strangers getting attention from something we did, and it makes us want to remove everything we show you guys. you say “don’t post it then!” but would be mad if all fan art disappeared. 

if you want to keep the art, respect the artist making it. there’s a real person behind that drawing.

Here are the first pages of the manga Inazuma Eleven Ares, which begins its publication in Japan next week.

Also, like in the manga Inazuma Eleven with Gorou Tamano, it seems that the manga will introduce us a new character that will accompany the team Raimon.

All those pages come from CoroCoro, which contained a preview of the Inazuma Eleven Ares manga, so those pages.

The first chapter will be published in the issue of February, which will be released next week in Japan.

If I’m not wrong the Ares manga comes out tomorrow or is already out?

The point is, PLEASE tag your spoilers !!! I’m not sure if I’m even in favour about the manga coming out before the anime, which is the real big thing, but well Level 5 does whatever they want to do I guess.

Idk if the manga is weekly or monthly but I really do want to start the anime knowing from little to nothing (I hate hate hate hate hate spoilers. What’s the point of watching something if you already know what’s going to happen?).

People have this awful habbit of posting spoilers without warning or consideration and it’s just enfuriating (guess who was spoiled the newest SU episodes ?? Yes I was) so let’s all be careful please >_<
