I just realized canonically ziggy can’t be trans, because he canonically has XY Chromosomes (The Dome Dolls) but he also took longer to fall asleep then others, and came up with a lie for why it didn’t affect him. I have a few headcannons explaining this

1. the gas didn’t affect chromosomes, but high testosterone levels. As dr. k only said it seemed to be chromosomally specific.

2., since radiation affects compasses in this world, maybe HRT changes your chromosomes

3. The gas affected chromosomes as a quick method, but slowly attacked testosterone within the body. Cis women didn’t have enough for it to affect them, but ziggy, on hrt had almost all his testosterone attacked and dissipated.

Every Green Ranger is at least a little bit queer. This is both true and non-negotiable.

Except Joel. Joel Rawlings, Sky Cowboy, is thoroughly and unwaveringly heterosexual. In fact, he's the only straight person on his team.
