My Name is Indy. It is short for Jennifer (long story, but true :-)). I have an affinity for the classics, whether they be film, stars, styles, music, art, literature, decor or architecture. http://indypendent-thinking.tumblr.com/ That handsome man in uniform watching over you on this page is my grandfather in his Naval uniform in 1941. He was part of the Greatest Generation in every sense. **DISCLAIMER** Unless otherwise stated, I do NOT claim to be the sole and exclusive owner of the Content that I make available through the Site, nor Application and Services or any of the rights, licenses, consents or releases.

I am, for all intents and purposes, done posting to this blog. I don’t have the time to truly dedicate myself to finding quality images full time, but will continue to post historical images when I run across them on my main blog: http://indypendent-thinking.tumblr.com/. I hope to see you there!
Thank you for all of your support over the past few years! I appreciate each of you!
