this summer isn’t about watching life happen. it’s about having a life.

start small:

no phone during your morning routine — give yourself a quiet hour to exist before the noise.

delete apps that make you feel worse after scrolling (you already know which ones).

swap 30 minutes of doomscrolling for 30 minutes doing literally anything else: a walk, a nap, a playlist you actually love.

stop documenting every moment — not everything has to be seen to be valuable.
