in retrospect i was probably only obsessed with jim and pam (so much so that i even published one chapter from my fic which is something I'm still find the guts to do for everlark) because they got the treatment that i wish nick and jess got. they got to be the heart of story and the main couple and everything while after their break up nick and jess were never treated right again.
