CBSE Class X Board 2020
10% of Critical Thinking questions will be considered in the 2020 CBSE Class X Board 2020 slight change i the pattern
The 10% of questions on the CBSE class X exams will focus on critical thinking: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that the class X Board 2020 exam would include 8 to 10% of the questions based on critical thinking, analysis and competition.
These questions can be based on cases or passages of understanding, focusing on high-level skills. The board made this change to assess students' ability to analyze, reason and communicate their ideas effectively.

Here are some things you should be aware of when trying out the role of Tip 10:
1. Start by reading the questionnaire well
The first thing to do is to read your newspaper well, to understand it well. When writing the answers, you must first understand what you are asked for and the number of marks it contains. The answer must be written accordingly, logically and completely.
2. Use the first 15 minutes effectively
At first, you have 15 minutes to read the question paper; Take this time to do exactly that, read. Read the 30 questions in 15 minutes. While reading, check the questions in categories that are wise, easy, manageable and difficult. This is done to get a general idea about the questions and make a rough plan.
3. Do not worry about the most difficult ones
At the moment you discover that there are difficult questions; It is natural that you start worrying about them. This is not mandatory and it will only hurt your performance.
The fact is that they may seem a bit difficult on the surface, but when you really work on them, you will find that most of them are a lot easier than they seemed. So be happy with the easiest ones and do not worry too much about the tough ones.

4. Ensure speed and accuracy
Use faster methods in calculations to make sure you do not waste your time and that your answers are correct. For example, if you make a mistake in the sign of a term (+/-), you may not be able to solve questions with quadratic equations or linear equations. Therefore, it is very important to avoid stupid mistakes to save time. Always follow the tips we discuss in speed strategies.
5. Avoid thinking too much about a question
Thinking of the questions before trying them is essential; but not to the point that you are wasting a lot of time on a question.
In addition, you do not need to write a very long answer to a question simply because the question is easy and you know it very well. Remember, you just have to answer the question and nothing else. Any excessive attempt will be a waste of time.
6. Check your answers
Usually, the question papers are set up so that even after trying all the questions, the students have 5 to 10 minutes at the end to review their answers. Do not waste your time and check all your answers.
7. Choose your options wisely
In some questions, several options will be provided. Do not hurry and make your choice wisely. Read the questions carefully: Before you start writing the answer, read the question carefully. See what is asked in the question.
8. Use plain language
When writing your answer, be sure to use language that is easy to understand. An examiner will be more impressed by a conceptual response written in simple language than by a non-conceptual language but written in flowery language.
9. Avoid using slangs
The use of slang words or whatsapp language will be considered as a misspelling and will be penalized for the same.
The jury made it very clear that some changes were made during the preparation of the Sample Question Materials (SQPs) to prepare students for future challenges.
The Commission also asked all schools to consider changing the SQP and prepared students based on the final examples of questions. In order for students to clearly understand the new concepts, the pre-meeting question papers must be prepared in accordance with the new sample documents.
The Commission has also reduced the number of subjective / descriptive questions to give students enough time to think and write creatively.

what do understand by Teaching? is it really a profession.
But teaching is a profession that only attracts a particular type of person: a person who cares about others, a person who wants to touch the lives of his students and leave them better than they were. . The richest rewards of teaching occur when a teacher can observe the growth and development of his students.
One of the largest professions, teaching employs more than 2 1/2 million people a year. However, it is sometimes difficult to find work because of the large number of people currently prepared to enter the profession. In the field of social sciences, for example, opportunities are almost non-existent. On the other hand, the primary placement is still quite high.
We often use the term "profession" generically, in reference to your job / vocation. The profession derives from the word "profiteer" which means to profess. The connotation here is that a professional is a person who has a knowledge of something and who is attached to a particular set of values, which are generally accepted characteristics of the professions.
An important feature of teaching as a profession is its scientific nature. Since teaching is a science, teaching techniques are systematic and involve some steps to follow. It is easily communicable by its wide application.
A nation or society is moving towards development if teachers are better at bringing change in many ways. Teaching instils teachers with a sense of service because teaching is essentially a social service. Self-interest diminishes to give way to the general interest. He gives a high premium to social service, the heart of the profession.
The teaching profession has a common code of ethics that guides the behaviour of teachers in their institutions and abroad. A code of professional ethics is a letter of rights and duties for the protection of professional autonomy and freedom. An educator is different from a teacher in many ways. Ordinary teachers are instructors who focus on school activities, prepare students for exams, and help them succeed in their studies. Educators have something called "teacher + qualities", which makes them different from ordinary teachers. They analyze problems critically and allow students to become critical thinkers. They go beyond the curriculum and focus on preparing students for life. Ordinary teachers make students dependent on them, while educators allow them to be independent and interdependent. If good teachers are considered noble people, critical educators should be considered more noble people.
This can guarantee the development of a high degree of recognition, respect and social status of the profession, so that a real professionalism is created. He / she is engaged in his profession in a real perspective.
In the past, teachers thought they were sources of knowledge, but now, thankfully, everyone knows they are not. Thanks to technological development and easy access to the Internet, teachers and students have access to information from different sources and can turn this information into knowledge and become co-creators. Teachers who have experienced a paradigm shift believe that students are also able to create knowledge. When there is a positive change in teachers' attitudes towards students, they can communicate better with students. This connection helps teachers and students to experience that teaching is a noble profession.

Why did I always want to do journalism?
Many people who want to write in a professional manner generally consider journalism as a way to start a respectable writing career. They imagine going to exotic places to cover stories or win an Awards. Although these things happen to reporters, it takes a lot of time to create credibility before any news agency sends you interesting tasks.
Journalists collect and disseminate information to the public. The most popular careers in this field are journalists, editors, newspaper editors, columnist or public relations officers. Most employers require a degree in journalism. Some major newspapers and magazines prefer to hire journalists with many years of experience or a master's degree.

A journalist is someone who reports events in a timely manner. Timing is everything for a journalist. Whether you are writing for a periodical or newspaper, you need to make sure your articles are up to date. Its purpose is to keep the public as aware as possible of news and events that may affect it. This is the basic concept of the journalist profession.
The minimum required to earn a degree in journalism is 10 + 2 and for postgraduate courses a degree in journalism. Some institutes also offer one-year journalism certificate courses for which the eligibility is 10 + 2. There are also courses in specialized areas of journalism such as sports, television, press law, etc.
Responsibilities of work
Reporters collect information on events of journalistic interest through field observations, research and interviews. Some radio and television journalists report live from an event. Specialized reporters may cover city council meetings, business openings, celebrity appearances or political events. Some journalists specialize in areas such as health, sports, fashion, commerce or foreign affairs.
Information analysts interpret information from many sources and transmit it to an audience through a television or radio program. Correspondents report news from around the world. Some larger media report to journalists specific rates such as crime or politics. Small publication reporters can also take on design, administration and editing tasks.
Regardless of the specific tasks, all journalists must abide by ethical policies and strict deadlines. Accuracy and punctuality are essential aspects of information gathering and reporting. Journalists must increasingly possess a working knowledge of computers and databases. The skills, tenacity and flexibility of people are other important characteristics of a journalist.
If you remember these three rules, your journalism career will be successful. But if you constantly break the rules of journalism, your career will suffer.
As a journalist, your job is to reveal information to the public. It must be impartial, timely and truthful. To enter the computer system of my first job in journalism, the password was "true". You have to write the truth about what you see and hear and let the audience form an opinion.

You should be able to work in a difficult time as a journalist. This is not only important if you are writing news, but it is also excellent training for any writer. The more you write, the more concise your work will be and the better you'll be able to produce in record time.
Personal Attributes: To become a journalist, one must have the spirit of research, the will, the ability to present information accurately, concisely and efficiently, to organize one's thoughts and to express oneself clearly, orally and in writing.
At the same time, a journalist must be discreet, confident and organized when interviewing people from all walks of life. They must have the ability to separate relevant facts from those who are not. The ability to accept criticism and the desire to rewrite considerably are also necessary.

How to manage the work politics
The political arena is not the only place where politics develops. This can be seen in different ways in any office, large or small. When it comes to people, remember that these are not creatures of logic, but creatures of emotions.
Most people who participate in politics do it to move forward. As they do? Rumors and rumors are the most popular form of politicization. Others include the merit of others 'work, the sabotage of their colleagues' work, or getting favors to suck the boss.
You can not avoid office politics. It's a fact of life. You can have negative feelings about it. You may think that you take the high road by ignoring it. However, her lack of attention to what is happening in the workplace can be extremely dangerous, especially if she is an ambitious woman who works in a competitive business dominated by men.

The culture of the company, like any culture, evolves and changes. Instead of reacting to this, know that you have the power to influence those around you. In fact, you are probably more influential than you think. Concentrate on changing the culture of your business from the inside, even if it is rather small, through the example. The good old golden rule is powerful enough. What we bring to the world tends to come back to us. Play the political office game in an authentic and positive way. You can even change the game itself along the way.
So, what should you do to move forward? What should an ambitious woman do to navigate successfully in a predominantly male organization that has landmines everywhere?
The answer is that you must be politically intelligent. And the good news is that political knowledge is a skill and not a trait. You can learn it and you do not need to compromise its integrity.
You should not feel that you have to participate in negativity, even if it is part of the culture. If you are a good guy, this is probably not the first time you leave the crowd. Of course, you see how others use the system to move forward. But that does not mean it's the only way to get what you want.
First, commit to being your kind and ethical person. You will relax and give up some tension once you have firmly decided not to lower yourself to that level. You will do your own course. Remember that you can get things done a little differently.

The political arena is not the only place where politics develops. This can be seen in different ways in any office, large or small. As Dale Carnegie puts it, the reason is simple: "When it comes to people, remember that these are not creatures of logic, but creatures of emotions."
Most people who participate in politics do it to move forward. As they do? Rumors and rumors are the most popular form of politicization. Others include the merit of others 'work, the sabotage of their colleagues' work, or getting favors to suck the boss.
Advice
• Do not be afraid to showcase your own accomplishments to your boss and colleagues. A strong personality is hard to break.
• Do not go too far in the path of partnerships. All that is needed is a change of personnel to change the balance of power. Having allies in all areas (rather than in a faction) is therefore the most effective.
• Watch over-competitive colleagues who might feast on their own demise. If the balance of power becomes too difficult to bear, it may be time to look for a new job.
In the meantime, be aware of any confusion in the office that may be addressed to you. If a boss or coworker is working to sabotage his career, or if he feels sabotaged, for whatever reason, it can be difficult to manage. Complain, and you are no longer considered a team player or you may be accused of imagining the situation. Sit down and do nothing, and your career progression could be in danger.
If a colleague is trying to denigrate his character, blame him for something he has not done, or steal his credit for his work, be sure to stay calm. Do not confront the saboteur. Start by carefully evaluating the unpleasant possibility that your assumptions about the person are wrong. Make sure you are not the problem. If in doubt, consult a trusted colleague or mentor. If you think you are right, talk about this problem to your boss in private.
