Kid ear piercing in Gatineau

My baby got pierced today, for the second time, lol - baby is how I call her, she's now 5 years old.

Well...first was not that easy to find a place in Gatineau to do this (it must be something cultural ?)...In Brazil almost every pharmacy, in each corner, does this. But most important, I've noticed how important it is to have someone to really knows about your company to answer a phone call.

Anyways... let me start from the beginning! I had listened from other moms that the Shopping @LePromenades de Gatineau used to have a place to do this. My first reaction? Call them. Hum...maybe not the best option.

A very badly informed lady answered the call and told me that "Ardene used to do this" (whaat?), but now she didn't knew it who did and that I should be "calling a Lash bar salon" there to "check if they would be able to do that". #wrongmove

First, we need to better train our customer service employees. They should have more information about our companies! They're the first impression, the first "face" and/or voice of our companies. That's not something that anyone should do. Give them more motivation, training and power to do more! Find a better people, or simple improve your system.

Second, don't send your customer elsewhere if you don't know anything about it. Customers don't like to lose their time. Well certainly I don't like to lose mine. So as I imagined, I decided to call a regular beauty Salon there and found myself one that did the job.

Salon Christopher Roberts ! I've paid $70 with taxes and a piercing disinfection product to use on my daughters' ear's on the following days. They had an awesome customer service from the booking appointment, until the end. My baby loved, and she left the salon with a lollypop and a beautiful little pink piercing on her ears.

It would have been super cool and easier if I had found a mom blog in Gatineau to send me direct, right way, without the hassle of dealing with that weird phone call, haha. But at the same time it's also good to be here talking about our cute French Gatineau community and services. See you next time!!
