CASE STUDY #2 — 24/03/24
Interliminality has been recorded throughout human history, and can very well have roots dating back to prehistoric times. The cause of such anomalies are not known, but are speculated to be some sort of inter-dimensional phenomena. The scales of these disruptive anomalies vary from molecular, to even spanning several astronomical units in length. One of such large-scale anomalies include what is commonly referred to as “dark matter”.
NATURE:
The existence of dark matter itself is a relatively new concept, after the behaviour of galaxies were modelled. Spiral galaxies, where regular matter is most densely concentrated towards the centre, should theoretically rotate at a faster speed in the centre, slowing down in the arms of the galaxy. However, observations show that the entire galaxy rotates at a constant speed, implying that the mass is evenly distributed across the entire galaxy. But the majority of this mass is invisible on the electromagnetic spectrum, and only interacts with regular matter through gravitational force.
According to the investigation launched by the International Institute for Interliminal Research, “dark matter” can be described as the ghost counterpart to regular matter, which is siphoned from other dimensions in order to create clusters of matter in our local dimension. This was measured through the slight variations within the Cosmic Background Radiation, which can effectively produce an accurate model of matter distribution in our neighbouring dimensions.
This also provides us information on the nature of our neighbouring dimensions, which are now visualised as cards with varying widths at different points on the plane, the thicker areas being areas of higher mass, and vice versa. These “cards” slot on top of each other, effectively creating a “stack” of dimensions. This challenges previous notions, where neighbouring galaxies were thought to be parallels of our own. This new research suggests that cards within the same stack follow the same laws of physics, with different stacks having different laws.
Therefore it can be inferred that our dimension is affected by both cards in the same stack, as well as cards in other stacks. More research is required to understand the full nature of cards and stacks.
Dark matter is one of the grossly underrepresented beneficial examples of interliminality, as the formation of galaxies would not occur without the gravitational force of dark matter holding it together.
FINAL CLASSIFICATIONS:
Class H — highly beneficial
Invisible, non-psychoaffective, gravitational.
Name — P999240324
Plan of Action:
N/A

CASE STUDY #1 — 25/03/2024
The most common case of interliminal activity is reported multiple times every day, regarding a relatively harmless entity that thrives within a domestic environment. After a relatively recent report in Brisbane, Australia, a decision has been made to study the true nature of the entity. This report will fully outline the nature of the entity and measures that can be taken in order to reduce the likelihood of disruption in our plane of reality.
NATURE:
This report studies a case of this entity in a suburban three-bedroom, two-bath townhouse in Brisbane, Australia. The main victim of this entity in this case is a 13 year-old female (referred to as 1F13 from here on), as the entity has taken residence within her designated bedroom. Other less-affected victims include her mother (1F39) and father (1M42), the two other people within the residence. The entity does not directly affect them, but rather the distress faced by 1F13 is causing disruptions within their expected functioning.
The effects described by 1F13 include insomnia, anxiety, fear and paranoia.
“I can feel its presence at night… it’s like it’s watching me. But when I check under my bed with my torch… nothing’s there.” — 1F13
According to both 1F39 AND 1M42, these effects are negatively impacting her ability to stay awake during the day and focus in school. This has also caused weight-loss. Initial medical reports state a phobia of the dark for 1F13, but upon further inspection, the entity shows other anomalous behaviours.
One of such behaviours include the full or partial consumption of items dropped underneath the bed. Such examples include the disappearance of clothing such as underwear or socks, and the partial consumption of dropped food items such as sweets and crumbs of packaged foods.
These anomalies are well recorded within literature regarding this entity, which can also occur in closets of bedrooms. This entity mainly affects the age range of 4–13 years, and affects males and females equally.
However, an anomaly not recorded by literature includes the increased intensity of background static within the affected room. This was tested with a sound level meter from 4 angles of the room, and compared to the average background static of the other rooms within the residence. This testing was done during a relatively quiet hour [23:47, 12/04/2024]. While the average of each of the other rooms equalled to around 31 dB, the affected room averaged at about 35 dB. This experiment is yet to be replicated with other entities, however, it can be safely assumed that this increase is caused due to the entity as there are no other viable sources for this anomaly to occur.
Final classifications:
CLASS D — minimally disruptive.
Invisible, slightly audible, psycho-affective.
NAME: E1001150324
Plan of Action:
Satiate entity with nightly offering of consumed items until exposure therapy to the entity proves effective or until the victim ages out of affected age range. Nightly offerings reduce primary symptoms induced by entity, and exposure therapy can help build a tolerance to this entity. At this point in time, there is no way to expel or destroy the entity.
