For the earth energies, for earthy people, ordering their day and their thoughts can seem to show a rigidity, a strictness that others may find unnecessary, but it doesn’t have to come from a place of restriction or harshness, but something to ground them, something to anchor them enough so that they can stray in other ways, follow a more intuitive path. Their rituals and their routines do not have to bore, but give them freedom in other ways. It is a way of holding space for themselves enough so that maybe they can do the same for others too.
