Are You In Love?
Love, what is love? If I ask to google about the definition of love, I will get a lot of it. Here the definition of love from www.goodtherapy.org - 
love is a complex set of emotions, behavior and belief associated with strong feelings of affection, protectiveness, warm and respect for another person.
 Now I want to ask you some question, do you understand love after you read the definition? If you ask me whether I understand or not, my answer is no. I don’t understand by just reading the definition. I want to feel it and if I can, I want to taste it, but never mind love is just emotion so I think there is no flavour in it. Am I correct? Umm, I don't think so. My friend tells me that
love has flavour but the flavour depends on what you put inside it.
 If you put good friends and family in your life, your love will taste sweet and if you put some hate, anger and sadness your love will turn bitter. What does even mean? Here let me explain to you more about love, but before I start I want to tell you that I'm not a professional love doctor. I will give you some tips about love and it is based on my experience and reading. If my tip work on you, congratulation but if not, you can ask your friends or you can do more research about it.
Love yourself.
I always tell my brain and my heart to love myself before I started to love people around me. I give you some example, you hate yourself therefore the level of love inside you are lower than everyone around you. If you trying to love another person rather than yourself, you will find it difficult to do it because the level of love inside you is not enough. What are the activities that you can do to love yourself? I always look at my face in front of the mirror and say "You are pretty in and out. You have beautiful eyes, pretty lips and perfect skin tone". I will say this every morning to myself and it makes me feel more confident and reduce my insecurities.  
Next, if I have a bad day or feeling down, I will tell my friends about it and they really help me to solve some problem or make my day brighter again. If you ever faced the same situation as me, tell your friends about it, don't keep it to yourself, because it will prevent you from getting stress and depression. 
The last thing that you can do to love yourself is ignored negative vibes. If someone throwing hate to you, don't take it. Please remember my words, don’t take it. Do you want to know why? It is because there are many people around you that love you. They giving and sharing their love towards you. Just ignore the crazy people that hate about you. They are just jealous of about your life and that is the reason they giving you some hate. Just need to remember to surround yourself with people that love you. 
Money can't buy happiness but love can.

Dream
“I have a dream, a fantasy To help me through reality And my destination makes it worth the while Pushing through the darkness still another mile”
Have you heard about this song? Or have you singing this song when you are in elementary school? I did it. Yup, I sing this song because my teacher said to me that this song will make all your dreams come true. During that time, I want to be a doctor, live in a big castle and marrying a prince as a Cinderella did. It’s funny, right? I read too much on Disney princess book until I do not know which one is real and fantasy. A few years later I started to realize that I’m not a Cinderella so I can't live in a castle and marrying a prince like Cinderella did but I can still be a doctor. 
To be a  doctor is the only dream that I have in my mind.
The pediatrician is a doctor specialized for a kid. Why do you want to be pediatricians? It is because I love the kid and I want to take care of them like manage their health or treat their disease. Therefore pediatricians are my choice and apart from that, I want to work at Perth Children's Hospital. Are you even real with your decision? Yup, I'm so real about it. So during high school and I take the science stream subject which contains all the killer subject which is biology, chemist and physicist. Between all the three subjects, the chemist is my favourite, biology I still can understand it but physics is nope for me. I feel like physics and I am not meant to be but what can I do. I want to be a doctor so I need to take all the three subjects. For me, all the subject is really tough and I study really hard to get an A for the test. When the result comes out, I felt very shook because my physics score is higher than what I expected and higher than biology and chemist. What do you feel about it? I feel sad because I'm not getting an A for each subject and I realized that I can’t be a doctor anymore because of my grade. 
Although I feel sad about it, I put a smile on my face and I said to myself that life needs to move on. I can do better next time and I need to try harder.  
A few weeks later, I do a reflection about my struggle and I realised that I did not set goals for myself. That is the mistake that I have made. I just put it in a dream. Dreams are just a thought that I create in my mind. For example, my dream is to be a doctor, and I just dream about it, I’m not put any direction and goals on how I can achieve it. Therefore I became an ordinary girl that just have a dream to be a doctor. If you read my blog, please do not repeat my mistake. Set a goal in your life, you will do anything and sacrifice everything to achieve your goals. The most important thing is to surround yourself with positive people because they will help you to achieve your goals. Trust yourself that you can achieve your goals and you are better than anyone else in this world. Do you want to know something? My mother always said this to me, “If they can do it, why can’t you do”. I know you know this sentence if you are an Asian. Yup, that's right, typical Asian mom. But her words keep running in my head and it gave me motivation for me to keep success in my life.  I’m not saying that I already became a successful person but I’m on my way to become it.
 I know and I believe that I can do it. Keep faith in yourself.

Perfect Body
“Oh wow look at her, she has a beautiful body” “Awesome, I want to have a body like her, where she get it?”
 When you have a beautiful body, everyone will be amazed and I think every man want to be your man.
 36 inches for bust, 24 inches for waist and 36 inches for hips is a perfect ratio for women. 
This perfect ratio is also known as the hour-glass figure. It shook right? Can you imagine if you have this type of body? You can wear anything that you like, you can be anything that you want and the most important thing is you can eat anything that you craving. (Seth Thurston, 2016) only about 8% of the female population naturally has an hourglass figure. Is it true? Yup this is the fact that I read from trainerarizona.com. I feel so sad after I read the fact, and I don’t want to look at my mirror. Do you want to know why? Can you just try to guess or something before I tell you the reason? Oh! You already knew it. Yup, that’s right! 
I belong to 92% of female that doesn't have an hourglass figure.
Is it important for me, and for women out there to have an hourglass figure? For me, it is not important at all. Just appreciate what you have either you have a pear shape, apple shape or banana shape you are beautiful on your ways. But if you want to have an hourglass figure, I have some idea on how to get it. First thing first, you need to control your food consumption. For example, you need to eat more vegetable than carbohydrate. You can also get more info about this healthy diet at healthline.com or your doctor. Another tip from me is exercise. I love to exercise but I'm not doing it every day. Usually, I will do my exercise three times per week and I will be focusing on my belly and legs. Fitness blender is a channel on YouTube that help me to lose my weight and sculpture my body. You can try it on.
