some times, i feel sad because my top surgery scars dont look how theyre “supposed” to so i dont see myself represented even in media that makes a point of depicting and celebrating top surgery scars , because they are always double incision (i wasn’t a suitable candidate for double incision and had peri with extensions or “fishmouth” technique)

i get over myself eventually haha because realistically i personally am represented in almost every other way . but i do find it interesting how even some others who have had top surgery are unfamiliar with techniques other than DI
