Hope you realise that the strength you need to keep going is inside you and has been there all along. You are so insanely powerful, your mind is everything. What you tell yourself is how your life manifests. Tell yourself you can do anything, you deserve the best, tell yourself that every day you keep going is a day closer to being where you want to be in life. I hope you feel like you deserve the things you want most and I hope you get there.

How To Relax After A Bad Day - Boost Your Mood
Reflect : Write down your thoughts,feelings and generally whatever is bothering you on paper. Ask yourself : ‘’How am I feeling?’‘ , ‘‘What went wrong?’‘
Accept it : We all get through bad days and it’s okay. Do not let a bad today ruin a beautiful tomorrow . After all, it’s those bad days that make us stronger.
Communicate : Call someone you trust and talk about your problems. It may be your mum,your bestfriend etc We all have someone that we can run to when we’re feeling low.
Meditate : Meditation has helped me and millions of other people deal with anxiety and stress. Focus on your breathing and let your mind clear.There are tons of apps that you can use if you’re a beginner.
Take a bath : If you’ve got time, throw on a face mask and take a long hot bath. Self care is really important especially on bad days when you feel like your body isn’t strong enough.
Have a good laugh : Watch some episodes of ‘Friends’ . ‘Big Bang Theory’ or ‘Sex & The City’. Chooce a series that will cheer you up for sure.
Read a book : Make yourself a cup of tea , burn your favourite candle and get lost in a book.There’s not a better remedy to a bad day than reading a good book.
Unplug : Turn off your electronic devices and stay away from social media for a while. Being ‘on’ all time requires and takes a lot of energy.
