Isaac Blake was imprisoned by the order under the accusation of involvement with death eater activities and other alleged counts of bodily harm to other members of the wizarding community, deceit and trickery.

The male would be lying if he said he wasn’t shocked by the smile that occupied the wizard’s face. It wasn’t the sadistic smirk he’d seen, it was a smile that took him back to his years in school and the friendship they had shared. He wasn’t exactly sure how to reply to the male so he just gave a shrug before clearing his throat and nodding. “Yes we do. Did you know?”
Isaac shook his head in response to Owen’s question, brows drawing together. “No, I thought the same as you - that he was gone.” A hand fell back through his hair, shrugging his shoulders as a deep sigh passed his lips. “You think his family knew? They were the ones who identified the body.. Surely they must have know that he wasn’t really gone..” Teeth captured his bottom lip, chewing on it gently as his gaze fell to the floor once again.

Violet pursed her lips. “Hmm, I’m not sure. I didn’t think that far ahead.” She replied with a small laugh. “I don’t know, what sort of things do you enjoy? I mean, we could go for a few drinks or something. Sorry, I don’t usually go out much with friends.”
“I mean we could always watch a movie? Well.. If you have any.. Or a TV for that matter.” Isaac laughed, awkwardly scratching the back of his head. “Or we could go for a walk if my guard would allow it?” He shrugged.

“Come on, we should do something fun! I feel like most of the time we spend together we’re always discussing something serious let’s go enjoy ourselves for once.”
A smile crossed Isaac’s face and he cocked his head to the side. “What did you have in mind?”

Owen wasn’t quite sure what to say or do when he opened the door to his old friend. The last time they spoke it didn’t exactly end on good terms. “Isaac.” He stated before scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. The male found himself wondering whether he’d heard the news about Jesse, or whether he knew it all along, after all he was part of the death eaters.
As soon as the door opened, deep brown pools moved up to settle on the face of his former best friend. “Hey..” A slight, crooked smile crossed his face, soft eyes taking in Owen’s every feature. “Look, I know the last time we spoke I was a complete asshole but I just- I’ve not been feeling myself. We uh- We need to talk about Jesse.” A deep sigh passed his lips, pain radiating through his entire being at the mere mention of the name.

feat @owen-jones
It had been quite some time since Isaac had last seen his former best friend and yet, he still wasn’t too sure if he should be going to see him. But with Jesse’s return, all he wanted was to see the friend that remembered him. He had managed to bribe his guard into letting him free from prying eyes for a few moments, only so he could visit the other male. Walking up to the door he then tapped his knuckles against the wood and waited for his former friend to appear.

She gave him a smile in reply, “No problem, my dad used to tell me and Andrew that hot coco solves everything.” A sad smile made its way to her face as she thought of her parents. She missed them terribly, she was just grateful she still had Andrew. Violet swallowed the lump in her throat as the male touched her arm. She was just glad there was material there as she still hadn’t let anyone see it yet. She’d been too embarrassed – too ashamed. The blonde shook her head, before clearing her throat which had suddenly gone croaky. She opened her mouth to say something but the words got stuck in her throat.
Isaac offered her a gentle smile before taking another sip of the warm drink. “He definitely wasn’t wrong.” He smiled for a moment before placing the mug down on the counter top beside him. The young male watched the blonde’s reaction to his gentle touch on her wrist and felt a wrinkle form between his brows. His apology likely meant nothing, after all there was nothing he could do that would take back what he did to her, or to remove the scar that was a constant reminder of his actions. The pad of his thumb gently moved over the material that covered the scar, if Violet didn’t know him.. It could have been seen as him admiring his handy work, but he wasn’t - more the opposite actually. His chest tightened as he peered back toward her, seeing the embarrassment behind her eyes he then retracted his hand. “I’m sorry- I didn’t mean to overstep I just..” Running a hand back through his hair Isaac then caught his bottom lip between his teeth. “I want to be able to comfort you..” He spoke softly as his, now free, hand moved to delicately place itself over hers.

Seeing the wizard alone at a table in the corner of the room, a frown found its way to Lex’s lips. It was true that these days she didn’t know Isaac very well, and possibly true that she shouldn’t want to know him either, but there was something about him that caused her legs to start walking towards him before she had even realised. Placing her cup of coffee on the small circular table, she drew the seat back and slipped into it. “You look like you need one of these, too.” She raised her brows, and her eyes searched for his.
Seeing a familiar face approaching the table, a smile crossed Isaac’s face as he connected his gaze with that of his ex-girlfriend. “Hey, Lex.” He greeted her then laughed lightly in response to her statement, nodding his head slowly. “Merlin, I must look worse than I thought.” Another light laugh passed his lips.

It was almost as if it was a sick joke to Isaac, something that Jonah could not entirely relate to. His life he had been reminded of what happened, what he had been put through at the hands of him. He remained silent, eyes narrowing over at him, he sighed. “I definitely wouldn’t call it luck.” He spat out, eyes locking with him for a moment longer, hoping to show he had grown mentally stronger since their last meeting— he was no longer threatened by him.
Isaac frowned in response to the male’s hostility, shocked to hear such a thing come from an order member. “Well, that’s not very nice.” He laughed awkwardly then ran a hand back through his hair. “You haven’t even got to know me yet.” He said with a shrug of his shoulders.

A frown laced his lips and he took a deep breath as he listened to the other wizard. The irritation that he had felt was replaced by frustration at his situation more than anything. He should have known that exposure to more people would result in something like this and yet he still wasn’t prepared for it. “I don’t remember much.” He shook his head and sighed. “But I’m fed up of people assuming I’m dead. And too many people are lying to me about the past. So ust stop. Please.”
“Jesse please.. Just listen to me - hear me out.” Isaac spoke, taking a step closer to his former best friend, his heart pounding heavily against his chest. “We’ve known each other for years. It was always you, me and Owen.. We were the holy trinity. We were best friends. We thought you died, your family thought you died..” Isaac explained, eyes searching the other male’s. “I know this is likely to mean absolutely nothing to you but.. This isn’t a lie Jesse - you’re one of the good guys. You’re not who they say you are..” A deep breath passed Isaac’s lips as he shook his head, breaking the connection between their eyes, knowing it was no use - Jesse had obviously had his memories taken with no hope of returning them.

violet-danes:
The male just looked defeated and it upset Violet to know there was nothing she could do to make things better for him. She just hoped her friendship and support would be some kind of help for him. She gave him a smile before leaving the room briefly to make him a hot chocolate while also making herself a fresh one. She opened the cupboard above her head looking for the cream and mini marshmallows to put into the cup. Picking both drinks up, she made her way back into the living room and passed him his drink before taking a seat next to him. She nodded her head, giving the wizard a sad smile as he came to the realisation that he could have hit his head without even knowing. That probably didn’t help, in fact it could have made things worse because how would he ever know that answer. The blonde shook her head feeling guilty. She had a feeling she was making things worse rather than better. Violet met the male’s gaze, nodding meekly as Isaac spoke about the night he attacked her. She only wished she could say about not remembering the event - though she couldn’t hold that against him. “Maybe that’s for the best.”
A light sigh passed the young male’s lips as Violet left the room and he once again placed his head back into his hands, fingertips pressing into his temples as he tried to regain some form of clarity to his thoughts - yet there wasn’t much to be found. Isaac was scared, terrified in fact. He didn’t know what was happening to him, why it was happening or how to fix it. Everything about his entire situation was scary and confusing.. The former Ravenclaw let a deep sigh fall from his lips as he removed his head from his hands once again and allowed his gaze to slip over the room, landing on various photographs that littered the area, his lips tugging into a smile with every glance that landed on a photograph of the blonde female who he had begun to grow closer to. Her purity was something to be admired, her kind and genuine nature was something that Isaac wished he could have had, yet it was so suited to the person she was. Everything about Violet was just.. Genuine. He knew that he was able to trust her, even if he hadn’t quite gained her trust for himself just yet but.. He knew that part would take time. As soon as the blonde returned, Isaac turned to peer toward her with a gentle smile crossing his face. Taking the mug between both of his hands he offered her a wider smile. “Thank you.” He spoke before taking a sip of the warm liquid, humming in content as the taste fueled his senses. Biting down on his bottom lip, Isaac tried to think back to the night of the attack, yet all he could really remember were the snippets and mainly the scar that was likely still prominent on the ivory skin of the young blonde. “I know.. I just - all I really remember is..” He slowly, cautiously reached out to gently trace his fingertips over the sleeve that covered the scar, his eyes glazing over as he did. “I’m so sorry, Violet..” Isaac spoke softly, his voice cracking as he moved his gaze back to meet hers.

Ruby shook her head, shrugging as she blinked away tears. “It’s fine… It’s whatever– We, erm, we weren’t all that close anyway.” She replied pretending that it didn’t bother her. It wasn’t as though she cared for him or was in love with the male, so what did it matter. “I should probably go, let you get back to your friends or something.” The brunette stated forcing a smile to her face.
Isaac watched the brunette, feeling his heart ache in his chest, a feeling of loss for her - yet the feeling only confused him. The mind he was in at the moment had no idea who she was, yet his alternate one ached to show himself and take the brunette into his grasp, to hold her, to apologise, to tell her he remembered. But he couldn’t - not anymore. Biting down on his bottom lip, Isaac saw the sadness behind her eyes and felt a similar feeling show itself behind his. “I’m sorry, Ruby.. Truly I am.” He spoke softly once again, he honestly didn’t know what to say to her.

Isaac and Jonah
@isaacbehindbars
He was not prepared, his mind dazed for a moment, eyes glazed slightly and a lump had begun to form in his throat. He thought he was braver than this, facing his inevitable fears, but now he had done so, he felt more fear than before. He could not let it show, and he had to face it, he had been set to guard for the night, even if he had begged not to. He had begged for any other task, but it all lead to this. He sat down a meter away from the male, choosing this distance as the last time, he was not lucky without it. He chose not to meet his eye, not giving him the satisfaction, and he had no time for games. He eventually looked up, moving from where he stood to collect the plate the other guard had given him, moving to place it in front of Isaac, with a glass of water. He shook his head, choosing not to speak, afraid of speaking in fact.
Isaac sat on the edge of his bed, foot tapping impatiently as he waited for his guard to appear for the evening - he didn’t know who he had been paired with just yet but he had managed to become at least a little friendly with some of them.. What with his attitude change and all. As a male appeared in front of him with a plate and a glass of water, Isaac offered him a friendly smile. “Thank you” He grinned before picking up the glass and taking a sip. “So you must be the lucky guy who gets to spend the night with me?” He asked the male with the same kind smile playing on his lips.

Violet hated seeing the male so worked up, the blonde struggled to see anyone upset let alone someone she considered a friend. She stood there listening to what he had to say. It surprised her to hear he didn’t remember Ruby, she’d heard about the brunette before and she’d known that the two used to be friends - or so she had heard anyway. She chewed her lip trying to work out what was going on. It was clear to see he was frustrated and she couldn’t blame him. “I know Ruby….” She paused before continuing, “I know that you used to be friends with her too.” Violet wasn’t sure whether this would distress the male further but she knew even though it may frustrate him it would be useful for him to know the female wasn’t lying or messing with him. “Come sit down, I’ll do you a hot drink. Do you want a hot chocolate?” She asked leading him into the living room where she was previously sitting. The witch new a hot coco wasn’t going to solve anything, but Andrew had always made her one when she was upset so she hoped it would help calm him a little as they discussed what was happened. “So, there numerous reasons you might not remember her. It could be that someone has messed with your memories or you hit your head… or it could be something to do with your other situation.” She stated softly hinting towards the conversation they’d had not long ago about his personality changes. “Is that the only blank spot in your mind, or is your memory fuzzy about other things.
Isaac felt his heart thud to the pit of his stomach as the blonde spoke, he trusted her word yet it still somehow made him more frustrated at himself for not being able to remember. Surely he must not have been such great friends with the brunette woman if he didn’t even remember her. The young Death Eater honestly felt as though he was losing his mind, he didn’t know what was happening to him or why it was happening - everything was a blur and he didn’t know how to solve it, he struggled to see clearly anymore. Nodding his head in response to Violet’s invitation to sit, the dark haired young man slumped down on the sofa and placed his head in his hands. “Hot chocolate would be great, thank you Violet..” He sighed softly as he removed his head from where it was placed so he could send the blonde a gentle, thankful smile. As she began to speak once again, Isaac listened intently, more willing to consider the possibility that there may be something deep in his mind that was wrong, that shouldn’t be the way it was. “I don’t remember hitting my head.” He protested immediately, but then shook his head as he thought about the statement. “But I guess that’s how concussion works.” A lighthearted laugh passed her lips before he slowly shook his head at himself. As the blonde questioned him once again, Isaac peered toward her, his eyebrows knitting together as his deep brown orbs softened under her gaze. “I- Yes.. I don’t really remember anything about.. That night- the night I-” He cut himself off, swallowing hard he then snapped his gaze away from Violet, unable to look at her, not even wanting to imagine what other things he could have done to her. “I only remember snippets, but everything else is fuzzy.” He explained, his voice laced with sadness.

violet-danes:
With Andrew still in the hospital Violet had found herself feeling bored and slightly lonely. She’d been entertaining herself with a book and a cup of hot chocolate as she curled up on the sofa when she first heard the knock on the door. Her brows knitted together wondering who it was. Setting the book down on the armrest she stood up and made her way to the door. The blonde was surprised to find the male on the other side of it, she was even more surprised as she took in his appearance - noting his red puffy eyes. “Isaac? Is everything okay?” She asked stepping forward concerned. “Come on in.” Violet instructed stepping aside while holding the door open. “What do you mean you’re losing your mind?”
As Violet questioned him, Isaac quickly ran his hands back through his hair, head shaking from side to side as his fingers curled around a few bunches of his hair, holding his hands there tightly. Once she invited him in, he dropped his hands and slowly made his way forward and into the house, exhaling deeply as soon as he had stepped past her. “A girl called Ruby came to me today, she claimed to be my best friend but..” Isaac slammed a hand to his forehead as he closed his eyes. “Violet I don’t remember anything about her, I don’t remember anything-” He cut himself off as he allowed his gaze to fall to the floor.

Jesse’s brows drew together as the male struggled to get out his words. Little bits and pieces was all he managed, and frankly what Jesse was hearing, he really didn’t like. Mourned him? Buried him? That wasn’t possible. He swallowed before clenching his jaw. “Look, I’m not sure what joke you think you’re playing, but it’s not funny.” While a part of him was inclined to believe the wizard’s pain, given his reaction, there was a large part that was telling him it was just good acting. “You and that other guy – you need to stop.” The irritation in his voice was evident. “The fact you’re even friends with him is –” He shook his head, sighing.
Isaac shook his head as the male protested then quickly took a step forward. “It’s not a joke - we.. We thought you were dead. You don’t- You don’t remember us?” The young Ravenclaw shuddered at the thought and found his brows knitting together in sadness as his gaze fell to the floor.

feat @violet-danes
Isaac didn’t quite know how it had happened, but he had been able to slip past the guards and make his way to the home that he knew belonged to Violet and her brother. Before making the journey, he had made sure to check that Andrew was still in the hospital - surely bumping into him wouldn’t be the best thing at the moment. After his encounter with Ruby, Isaac was worried for his sanity and the only place he knew to go was to Violet. He reached her home and gently knocked his knuckles against the wood, shifting from foot to foot as he waited for her to answer. As the door opened, puffy red eyes moved to settle on the figure in front of him. “I think I’m losing my mind, Vi..” He spoke, brows drawing together.

She gave the male a small smile. “You know you don’t have to keep thanking me.” It almost made her feel that he owed her something, and she didn’t see it that way. She wasn’t doing this for the male, the only reason she decided to try and give the male a second chance was because it was what felt right for her. She couldn’t hold onto the hate, and she wanted to prove to herself that he wasn’t the same person that had attacked her and even if he was she needed to show herself that he was a person just like her - not some scary monster she’d built him up to be in her head. That’s how it started, and since then she’d found herself actually enjoying his company and his friendship. She looked up smiling at the male’s reply. It was weird to hear when she considered what he’d done to her, but she believed his words. “I won’t push again but if you change your mind and want to hear more about what I suggested or you want someone to go with you to query it, well, all you have to do is ask.”
Seeing the blonde smile made Isaac relax ever-so-slightly. Taking a breath he then nodded his head as she spoke. “I know, but I just - I’m grateful that’s all.” The young man laughed lightly then scratched the back of his head awkwardly. As she spoke again, Isaac offered her a smile then nodded his head in response. “I’ll keep that in mind.” He told her before catching his bottom lip between his teeth as his gaze flickered away from her. “You should probably go check on Andrew again, I’m sure he’ll be wondering where you are.” Isaac suggested with a slight smile as he looked up to her once again. “I’ll see you later?” He asked, hoping her response would be a yes. His smile widened seeing her nod before he watched as she left the room, shutting the door behind her.
