I feel like if Cetus met Hound he would be very concerned

because Hound doesn't speak either so he has no way to communicate that that's not actually blood it's just a pattern on his chest

Hound has such a wonderful, fluffy design! If he can't somehow convey that it's not an actual injury, Cetus would use his nose instead. Big sniff. Hopefully it doesn't spook him. :,)
