NEED HELP AFTER DAD'S PASSING

you may or may not know this, but my dad passed away on 02/20/25. he was only 64, and he was the sole income for my entire household, which now consists only of me and my brother. we need help with our bills for march because it'll take my brother a while to get a job and for us to get to a new normal.

i do not at any point in time want to be in a dark house, because i am autistic, prone to suicidal ideation, and don't do well with my source of distraction being taken away. if that resonates with you, you probably know exactly the feeling i'm talking about when it's taken away.

i had this in my wip folder for ages and im posting it as i have nothing else rn xd

nonsensicalpixels converted the mesh and its monique-hacked, the mesh is included. there's a subset for the computer and then also the sticky notes so you can mix and match

(it's quite low res but out of my control due to the mapping and the texture itself, soz)

Day 3 of Project workout 2018! Women this time! This is just a short sporty hoodie. I separated it from a Yuxi outfit here, but Fanseelamb’s recolours from here worked as well, so double the trouble! :D 

These are for AF and TF (I promise EF is coming soon!); 

AF has fat and preg morph; TF has only fat.

They come in a variety of colours, most of which I made after taking preview pics as a last moment thing heh. Added some previews of new colours. There’s Fanseelamb’s recolours + Yuxi’s + some of my own. Here’s a swatch. TF is slaved to AF!

They’re categorised as everyday and gym clothes.

IMPORTANT NOTE, again: There are two meshes included for both ages. One has the original hoodie and one has a smaller one. You can see the difference here (side) and here (back).

Download. Files are compressed, clearly named and tooltipped. Remember to keep only one mesh!

You know how you can play this game for 20 years and still find new things? I only recently learned this interaction existed, and now I love it! Romance Sims with the aspiration benefit can smooth talk people, and give them a rose. Except it just visually presents a rose, that then disappears into the ether. Why not disappear into the pocket of the recipient I wondered? So I made that happen!

Thanks to some guidance from the wonderful @episims and studies of their functional camera mod, I was able to figure out turning this accessory into essentially a deco-object once it is taken from inventory. It'll rotate and fit neatly on a surface.

I recommend @pforestsims' default rose, it is way prettier and it's what I use in the pictures, but the mod will also work with the maxis original.

Did it need to exist? Maybe not. But I wanted it, so here we are!

No conflicts that I know off. Seems unlikely given the niche nature of the mod and the fact that it only edits resources in the accessory rose, but HCDU+ can tell you if you are worried.

Spoopy Ghosty Witchy Candle for The Sims 2

Hello beautiful people! Today I would like to share with you with my recolor of Changeable Sim Portrait by @deedee-sims ! So, frames

they come in 15 colors from TS4 (no TS4 wood texture) Wood Palette by @silverhammersims

and 22 colors from Friday Palette by @glumbut.

in total 37 recolors of the frame

about the background, it also comes in 22 recolors from Friday Palette

The recolors work on every size of the portrait.

I have also included a PNG file for the recolor for the frame. It is not perfect but works with colors.

When you want to recolor, you ONLY have to select the frame part, not the whole PNG.
