I really did mean to come back on and do some threads for Archie, but it’s just too much of a challenge. I have way to much muse for Henry, and I can’t really juggle two blogs right now. So yeah I think I’m going to stay on Henry and not do much with Archie right now. It had been a rough day for Jiminy. His parents would not be pleased with the minuscule amount of money he’d been able to collect. They would want at least twice of what he’d earned, and he already knew what was coming when he went back to them. They would call him lazy, or weak-willed, and say he could have gotten more money if he tried harder.

The truth was, they were partially right. But how could Jiminy force himself to steal from peasants who were already having trouble saving up enough coins to survive the winter? Simply, he couldn’t. Jiminy couldn’t condemn another just to satisfy his parents’ greedy desires.

However, he could steal from the wealthy, and the man he spotted up ahead on the docks was certainly that. From his outfit to the way he held himself, Jiminy could tell he had more than enough money to spare. He might even have enough money to stop Jiminy’s parents from lecturing him.

Jiminy walked close to the man, swiping his coin purse without any difficulty. He pocketed it, and prepared to make his escape, when someone grabbed his arm. Not his mark; but someone who had been walking behind him. Jiminy recognized this man; he worked at the docks.

“Hey, sir, this man just took something from you! I saw him do it!” Jiminy tried to make himself appear as small as possible. This was the last thing he’d wanted; and even worse now that he was in danger, he was paying much more attention to the man’s weapons; a sword and a hook. If this man wanted to; he could punish Jiminy harshly for his crime.

Archie had already ordered his meal before realizing just how crowded the diner was. There was nowhere for him to sit down. Of course, he could always take his meal back to his office, but he really didn’t feel like doing that today. He wanted to get out of his office for a bit. But he couldn’t stay here; all the tables were full. However, one was almost empty. There was just one occupant, so Archie walked over to him with a small smile. “Hello, do you mind if I join you? All the other seats are taken.”
