Starting Over
So basically over the past 4 months or whatever, I've ended up gaining about half of what i had already lost, mostly over Christmas because a lot has gone on and my diet was the last thing on my mind.
In the last 5 days I've got back on track and I'm going to focus on being healthy and getting fit rather than the obsession i had with dieting etc. I'm currently on day 4 of insanity and i can feel my muscles crying ;)
