#TheRongbuzzShakeup

on August 19th, our arts and crafts group called RONGBUZZ (রংবাজ) , from Sylhet Engineering College arranged an exhibition on our campus premises. It was a welcome event for our new recruits. 

first to its kind, we were a bit excited, nervouse anxiouse and all.. we planned it way back, bt it was the time to exicute. we made our plans, gathered our ideas. bt still, u have that butterfly flying in your stomach. but when the works started to come and we began our work...we knew , it will be a great exhibition.

trust me, it was. all sorts of art form was exhibited here, and the perticipation was unexpected. everyone was involved with their artworks and decorative stuffs.

people from our campus and also from other campus’ , gathered here, inspiring us. we thought one day exhibition will be enough, bt the hell, it was extended to one more day. and people also gathered the next day as well.

Eid al-Fitr (Arabic: عيد الفطر‎‎ ʻĪd al-Fiṭr,"feast of breaking of the fast") is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). The religious Eid (Muslim religious festival) is the first and only day in the month of Shawwal during which Muslims are not permitted to fast. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan. The day of Eid, therefore, falls on the first day of the month of Shawwal. The date for the start of any lunar Hijri month varies based on the observation of new moon by local religious authorities, so the exact day of celebration varies by locality.

Tour To Lalakhal (final part)

it was an amazing experience going there. we have never seen this kind of colourful water. it was fresh, and cold.it flows from the streams near the border hills.

the funny thing that hit me, was the difference between the water colour. the Indian part was red,and Bangladeshi part was blue. (in the picture section)

the people around the place is relativley poor, they mainly earn their livlihood by working in tea states nd collecting coal from the river. they also collect stones and other stuff. this is the border area of bangladesh and india, so people from that side, also does the same.

we went there on a local boat, swam for a few hours, thn ate our lunch,nd visited a tea state there.

Tour to Lalakhal (1/2),

Sylhet, Bangladesh.

So last night i wrote about our team called HOTTOGOL, nd now its time to spread our wings for the first time... nd we planned (actually not planned, heard about this place, nd went there :p ) . it was December nd Its winter in our country, so what more to say?? just packed our bags with a Tshirt and started our journey. obviously the bumpy roads, the lack of vehicles added some extra thrill to the adventure. but with 12 of our member already on board, it was bound to be awsome ^_^ 

we sang all the way and when we got there, the nature gifted us with this view..... 

nd just on the way, i took the phone, opened its front camera and started to vlog (!!) trust me, i wasnt ready. :p you can see it in the vlog ...

Hottogol.

a bangla word that represents the meaning FUN. a chaotic word but with a positive meaning.

this name was chosen because of our chaotic group of friends. we love to hangout, eat-a-loooooot nd most of all, we love to travel a lot. 

so we came togather with a plan, that we will travel to differents parts of Bangladesh and vlog about it. and as planned we started of our tours nd making vlogs with our little knowledge nd huge xpectations that one day, our grandchildren will watch our videos :p 

we put on a lot effort in these videos. we r not there yet, but we will progress day by day…. hope fr the best :D

so this is my first attempt to do a journal.

for my first page, i chose LIFE. u see, this life is full with a lot of emotions, feelings,events… nd heck a lot of heartbreaks, lies, devestations, breaks ,downs… but come to think of it, there is also truth, ups, relations that makes u feel alive. :D 

i never talk so intensely, my frnds will drop their jaws if they ever come to read this :p 

so um just gonna njoy tumblr, nd post my photographs, arts, sketches, notes and journals. :)

my stencil work of Walter White from the famouse tv series BREAKING BAD .

my art_hand is not that good, i just try my best with these stencils. its easier to draw for me :) 

i usually use pencils, signpens, markers to skecth. soon i will bind them nd decorate my personal space. just a bit short of money at the moment, ;)
