Go for a walk, educate yourself, journal, pet every stray cat because they are deserving of love, pick strawberries or flowers, go out, and laugh because you deserve to be happy and free.

It is now the month of love and everything hearts. I may be spending valentines day single like the past 18 years, but my family had always had a tradition to eat at ihop for valentines and giving little baskets to each other. Remember you don't need a boo for valentines, love the people around you and most importantly love yourself because you are worth it. ❤️
