i redid some issue 19 pages in one of the ways i would’ve preferred to see this scenario play out rather than… what we got

some notes:

i kept in mind that sonic isnt allowed to show excessive emotion and tried my best to not do that while also setting up a scene thats meant to be emotional 

i tried to emulate the general pacing of idw so its still a little fast

im operating on the hypothesis that zombot shadow only works well in the case that he makes sonic realize the weight of his actions (shadow didnt want eggman free. sonic convinced him otherwise. now shadow is a zombot, because of sonics persuasion. that is a BIG DEAL and sonic needs to HAVE THAT MOMENT.) especially since sonics only seen cheese and chocola turn, and im sorry but i dont think that carries as much weight as seeing one of your close friends turn (he didnt see charmy turn)

this is very dramatic but come on, this is literally a zombie apocolypse setting, i think it calls for some drama 

i do NOT think im a better writer than ian flynn, nor do i think im great at comic composition (i dont even think im competent at it, my pages arent dynamic at all)
