Sometimes in order to get that workout in, you gotta risk the hair and makeup. You may not have the time to find the perfect IG-worthy workout outfit either. Lol that’s not important. What is? - Caring more about your health and life than fitting in some box that says you gotta look a certain way when you workout. My kickass moms do not mind getting a bit sweaty and messing their hair up a bit to feel strong and healthy. We get our workouts in between responsibilities, between jobs, during nap time, when kids go to bed, or before kids wake up. We make it work. It’s so important to take some time to just rest. I’ve been sick the last few days and today I felt much better. So what did I do... I went for a run 🤦🏽‍♀️. Not the best idea. Too much too soon to say the least. Honestly, I felt like I’d fallen behind. The illness and my resting had put me back. So the first chance I got, I headed out the door. And man did my body give me a piece of its mind.
