I love your blog and my new gut, the first picture was about 4-5 months ago when I was a lot fitter and active while the other three are now. I don’t do any physical activity and eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I have gained 30 pounds in 4 months just from being such a pig and my friends make comments and jokes when I go shirtless.
