Jake here. Fresh out of college and somehow stuck running things by a beeper at the supermarket. I'm usually hanging around with Esthra, Wes and sometimes Cami. ----Before slipping through the cracks, Jake was Abu, Aladdin's most trusted—and wacky—companion. His love for all things shiny and climbing into places most people can't reach has spilled over into his Storybrooke incarnation. ----[[RP account, not officially associated with Dev Patel or Once Upon A Time.]]

Deal. Don't ask me to braid it or anything, though, I don't roll that way. [chuckles awkwardly] I mean... you know what I meant.

That's just it. They're problematic because they're... well... a bit less than sturdy. I end up checking them after. God knows he'd throw a fit if she ever drifted. Don't tell him though, his pride'd never recover.
I'm facing the age-old dilemma
I think I’ll grow it out. Just long enough to show you how bad it can get, and we’ll both stay away from sockets.
[smirks] Now those aren’t problematic knots. He says he knows what he’s doing. I don’t believe him one bit but he claims they’re fine!

All right, keep your hair on. Or don't, I guess. But yeah, sockets, no.

You think you've got problems with knots? Uh, Exhibit A, Es tying up Genie. [shakes his head] Lord.
I'm facing the age-old dilemma
Shut up! It’d be a huge change! And yes! I’ve seen something better than that! Just you wait! I turn in my sleep and it knots up my hair!
I don’t think you could pay me to do that, so we’re safe on that front.

[smirks] You've always been the odd girl out, so no change there. You got something better than when I fall asleep after a shower? You'd have to stick your finger in a socket.
...Please don't, um, actually do that.

I'm facing the age-old dilemma
I’d be the odd girl out in our group of short-haired folk.
You do? It’d give more opportunity for bad hair days. I could terrify you.

Depends. Growing it out might mess up the short-stuff dynamic we've all got.
But I dunno, I think... long would suit you.

I'm facing the age-old dilemma
Do I cut my hair back to the pixie cut? Or do I let it grow out and start taking care of it again?

Might? Since when did it become a hypothetical?
And nope. I think the nice weather has also turned everybody nice. Haven't heard a peep out of Es and Wes for a few days.

It's kinda nice but kinda weird.
I'm Back!
Oh I assure you, no one else will be getting sick anytime soon. Although, I might get sick of your company.

Mm. And your darling face really hasn’t been up to anything at all? I find that rather hard to believe.

Better make sure that cold is gone for good. Wouldn't want you contagioning up the rest of our law enforcement, hm?

Not much, beside your favorite darling faces.
I'm Back!

Well, I’m terribly sorry for not being around the past few days. Caught a bit of a cold, actually. But I’m back now!
-smiles brightly-

Wing it, then. Or no chips for you.

Besides, wouldn't you, like... rather hang with Ruby than Camille and old me?
Just found my old Stars Wars trilogy set.

YEAH BECAUSE YOU'VE DONE SO WELL WITH THAT IN THE PAST APPARENTLY.

Maybe I should put you through the fathering exam BEFORE giving you access to the chips. [points and grins] Now there's an idea.
Just found my old Stars Wars trilogy set.

GOD, I HOPE NOT.

If you manage to keep a bowl of food full for longer than a minute or two, I think you qualify.

Dancing, obviously, just, ah... making sure!

So, um, we cool? I mean... we're okay? Movie marathons are still a thing?
Am I ready to give up my cozy sweaters to prepare for spring?

Oh, good. I was worried I’d been horribl—yeah, I was talking about dancing. What were you talking about?

Oh. Oh, that makes sense, yeah. Sure.

Bad? No, no, I mean, I thought you were—pretty good, actually, I was worried about how I— [stops suddenly, ears turning red] Ah... You were talking about the dancing, weren't you?
Am I ready to give up my cozy sweaters to prepare for spring?
Like help Penny and Wes, I think?

It was a stupid idea, I’ll admit, but I was tipsy and… [rubs the back of her neck] Was I a bad partner?

Well, yeah, I guess forward is one way of putting it.
Help? Help... how?

I mean, not that it was unhelpful, I just don't know what it was helping, and, um... [swallows] I'll shut up now?
Am I ready to give up my cozy sweaters to prepare for spring?
[blushes, looks down] I…oh…God. That. Yeah.
Uh…I don’t know. Is there something to talk about with that? I mean, I know it was forward of me. It’s just…I thought it’d help…

Well. So. [clears throat]
I thought maybe we should talk about... the ball?
And... things that happened?

Am I ready to give up my cozy sweaters to prepare for spring?
Depending on the marathon his joining in is a definite possibility..

Yeah, sure. Shoot.

...See, I was gonna say Es would kill me, but I think that's actually debatable. He might even join in the kidnapping.

Also, can I, um... can I ask you something?
Am I ready to give up my cozy sweaters to prepare for spring?
[smirks] Yeah, I guess so. Or, y’know, you’d have to kidnap me.

Exactly. So, um... I guess I'll need a different excuse to force you into movie marathons. [laughs awkwardly]

Am I ready to give up my cozy sweaters to prepare for spring?
I would hate getting sick again, honestly. Guess that’s a plus to loving my sweaters too much.
