Proposal for a chik-fil-a drive thru milkshake challenge
Proposal for a Chick-fil-a drive through challenge
I like consuming chik fila products.
I love consuming chik fila products.
The other day I was in the drive though line for chic fila and had just finished ordering a large order and drove up to the front of the pick-up window where I received my drinks first. One of those drinks was a vanilla milkshake. I secured my drinks but picked up my small milkshake to sip while I waited for the rest of my order, (it was a custom family order). As I sipped my milkshake from the signature chik fila red straw I had a couple of thought occur to me:
Wow this milk shake is good!
Why can’t Chik-fil-a give milkshake straws with milkshake beverages instead of regular straws so that a person does not have to spend so much effort to sip their milkshake?
Is it possible to finish a  small milkshake before one receives their full and complete order from the drive thru lane? And if so can such a person who performs this feat receive a free refill on the spot at the drive thru receiving window? Unfortunately, according to “Get Eatin” (2024),” Chick-Fil-A will give free refills on all of their regular drinks such as soda, tea and lemonade when you get a dine-in meal (not if you get your order to-go and leave the restaurant). However, they don’t offer free refills on any of their specialty drinks (coffees, frozen drinks, or milkshakes).”
This is my proposal for a Chick-fil-a milkshake drive through challenge:
Give a free refill to any customer in the drive thru that can sip their milkshake to completion before they receive their complete order.
So far I myself have tried to do this but twice I have failed, once because the Chik-Fil-a straws are too thin and the second time, though I did bring a milkshake straw, the shake was too thick and I gave myself brain freeze from drinking too fast.
How feasible is this really under these specified parameters?
I personally think this is a way more fun and safe proposal for a viral challenge in comparison to the tide pod challenge.

US Supreme Court so corrupt
So the US Supreme Court made their decision. And I am again disappointed, So disappointed because the justification of the US Supreme Court for ruling against the States assertion of States rights in determining who should be kept off their ballot under the 14th Amendment for insurrection must rest rest with congress because other wise the result would be “patch work decisions and determinations  across the country among the states of who is on the ballot or not. But wait… don’t we have that with abortion? Didn’t the US Supreme court rule that the states have the right to decide and determine on their own what their policies are going to be on limiting the individual rights and freedoms of individuals seeking to get an abortion, thus creating a status quo of “patch work decisions and determinations  across the country regarding where abortion is illegal versus where it is not illegal? I feel like a contradiction in decision, determination and judgement was made here. Am I wrong in that? The US Supreme court is supposed to operate in determining questions of constitutionality not undermining the dual federalism status and sovereignty of the states. This was and is judicial overreach of the work kind: judicial activism from the bench. Am I wrong in concluding that the US Supreme court has delegitimized themselves again? And now they have the nerve, the gall, to ask congress for more money for security for their own private police force of over four hundred, almost five hundred federal law enforcement officers. That is literally the size of a battalion. A small private federal army, answerable only to the US Supreme court. Why does the US Supreme court feel they need these additional funds for security all of a sudden? Was this a quid pro quo for ruling in the republican party’s favor?  Is this in preparation for getting ready to rule in favor of the immunity case that is on their docket and there is concern that the ruling will ironically put them in mortal danger?
On that note, why should the US Supreme Court be allowed private security? This makes them unable to be relatable to the people they serve. Instead it makes them distant, apathetic, unfeeling and out of touch with the people they are supposed to serve.
For this reason I say defund the US Supreme court’s budget and then start the process and movement to clean house by impeaching all the members on the bench. Or reform to immediately impose term limits on them and on senators in congress.

Greetings TUMBLR world from
jameslnugent-gracagent01!
I am new to this platform. I have avoided it but I am here now because I am "putting myself out there" in that I am intending to drop my 29-30 year old "art" project and this is my attempt to begin recommitting to it.
