Even more hilarious when you realise Jay is practically almost immune (s6 when he was struck by lightning x3), so that means he’s not afraid of the only dangerous aspect of it, he’s just afraid because it’s a chicken.

Rewatching the Oni trilogy and I love how Garmadon goes out of his way to scare Jay.

He sees this boy scared to propose to his girlfriend and goes:

“I’ll make it harder for him.”

I love how in skybound Jay accidentally wronged the team but when he had to face consequences he was just like:

“UGH, fake-ass friends!”

I reckon Jay kept the whole ‘I know I’m adopted’ thing, from Skybound, under wraps until PE when he started projecting his abandonment issues onto Unigami.

And after I think Ed & Edna just kinda sat him down and were like,

I bet he gaslighted them into thinking they told him bc he couldn’t be bothered to explain skybound.

How much money you betting that Jays biological mother is alive, I mean it’s not that far fetched considering Kai and Nya were orphans (genuinely believing their parents dead) before they found their parents alive in HOT.

Plus I think she was set to appear in PE as a sort of battery for the game but they cancelled it for some reason.

I bet my kidney she’s out there.

But if she is do you think she’s keeping track of her son like Jays bio dad did? (Did cause I think he died during skybound ) Yk the scene when Jay goes into his dead bio dads big house (he’s a Movie star) and there’s just a whole wall filled with Jay/blue ninja photos.-I think about that a lot.

Plus I doubt he ever died in the first place, have you seen Ninjago no one ever stays dead. Just ask Zane or Cole.

Also wouldn’t they have been worried abt Jays adoptive parents, I mean they’re pretty weird, far weirder than any of the other parents, I mean they live in a junkyard for gods sake, so surely they would’ve done, like, a background check on Ed & Edna or something to ensure their sons safety.

Idk the whole story is full of holes to me, let’s just hope they appear in a future season.
