Sun’s out, peanuts out!🐶🐶. Actually, we’re just out here overheating per usual (plus some flashbacks, lol), and then they went inside two seconds later.

Hope everyone got some sale hot dogs & ice cream and chips and is counting down to dinner (it’s literally 4:21pm, lol). Also, hope y’all don’t have to listen to commercials on your Spotify every other song!🤣

Also, for the next life, I’d just like to put in a request for an outdoor bbq situation, and an excellente outdoor speaker system, and maybe a deck that’s not collapsing!🤣

Hello.

It’s us.🙋🏻‍♀️🐶

it’s been a minute. A long minute.

Evacuations. Falling down stairs(🐶). Eye specialist visits, followed by doom spiraling and confusion. Specialist heart scans. And a few ugly public crying episodes. Making friends waiting in line for passport renewals. Losing 1700+ photos, aka your most important memories; some of which are long gone with no backups (insert more crying in public here).

There was one joyous period of five days in Feb in Wyoming, filled with snow and donuts and taco flavored Doritos (during which time my dog did not eat the whole time I was gone, and also another red terrifying blood bubble thing showed up in her eye).

That’s about it. If y’all need me, I’ll (mentally) be in Wyoming eating Doritos and making mini snowmen ☃️ with my nephew (but also does anyone really need me🤣, other than my soul dog? Yea nope, lol).

Yesterday, Thanksgiving.

Today, Christmas!

I’m not sure what’s going on with my head in the Thanksgiving photo, but that’s actually what I feel like right now. Why is time passing so quickly!? How!?

I’m on a one-woman mission to use up as much holiday wrapping paper, so that we’ll stop hoarding it like years past.

I also have a horrible attitude, everything is annoying me (maybe I’m actually The Grinch?💚), everyone is being theatrical, and all the things are falling apart, leaking and/or disintegrating (including me a little bit, ha).

Thank goodness for dogs.❤️

Happy Monday!

You know not what's not fun? There was water...spritzing out of the toilet..onto the laminate floor. *Special shoutout to whoever (whomever?) always chooses to cut corners and ‘upgrade’ things in homes that the next tenant will never be able to find or duplicate or repair.

Also, I returned (open) frozen recalled pumpkin waffles yesterday…it was embarrassing, lol.

Halloween is in 4 days, and I’ve been to 3 stores looking for one specific teeny tiny red dress to make a dog costume, and I still can’t find it, and the spritzing toilet stopped me from going to a 4th (maybe even 5th) store to look this morning.

That’s all for now. I hope you win the lotto & go straight to the Cayman Islands and stay in Gene Hackman’s room from the movie The Firm (and take us with you please/thank you).

Well, our holiday photo shoots have really gone downhill, lol. I took 266 (I just counted) photos today, and this was the ‘best’ one. Ha.

In our defense, it’s very hot out here. And the props kept falling off. And I kept losing my temper (at the heat/props falling off?), but I’m thankful we got something at least.

Happy Fourth of July! Chicken apple sausages, here we come (I couldn’t get the regular/questionable ingredient😂hot dogs this year, because I’m the only one who appreciates/eats them, lol).❤️🌭💙

Hello, it’s me. I think I’ve had some sort of psychotic break these past few weeks. I *think it’s a good thing. I blame the upcoming eclipse.

I’ve spent the last month cleaning out….Everything. My closet. The garage. Old TVs that don’t work. TV stands from the ‘90s (for the record, I like old everything but, I come from a culture of hoarding)...and something happened to my brain, and I just don't want to be that anymore, lol.

But what I do know is that life is short. And I have no space for things I don’t need, use, or have weird memories attached to them (or are literally disintegrating, like into powder🤦🏻‍♀️). I may have also had to sneak things out multiple times to drop them off at Goodwill, and/or dump them in the trash late at night because we are all hoarders here, and will literally argue over getting rid of stuff.

I even donated the dress I wore to my sister’s wedding (pic above), because I truly hate that color, and it’s not the one I wanted to wear, but I got mom-bullied into picking the ‘appropriate’ dress. I look like a middle-aged blob in all the professional photos...cool/great/perfect.

Did I mention life is short & I had some sort of mental break but in a good way, and you should get rid of all your stuff taking up space in your room and your soul because it will free you? Yup.

Also, there is something wrong with my dog's eye, and I am spiraling over that. But that's a whole other rant.

Well, here we are. On V-day, at 7:11pm. I may or may not have eaten a strawberry tamale🍓🫔in the Vallarta parking lot in honor of V-day. It was delicious. And I may or may not have taken pics of the puppers with someone’s beautiful tree (I hope they don’t have a ring camera, because I literally took 800 pics, lol).🌸

And I also may or may not have stuck my hand in that drain (again) to pull out mud & worms & roots (the worms were better behaved than those stubborn roots🪱).

Well, it’s the last day of January today..and the amount of times I’ve used the phrase ‘dumpster fire’ this past month has been in the double digits. Bad things happened. Adult things. And sinks flooded (btw, piece of life advice- don’t get laminate for a living room, it’s not waterproof and long term is not a good idea).

And I don’t know what this urge is to post & share parts of your life when literally no one (absolutely zero people) care about you or your photos, lol. But here we are, sharing again. In my defense, yes I did post 8 pics for January but there were puppies & babies & flowers & seagulls & vintage cars & more puppies & even a rosary.❤️

So in conclusion, I have no idea the point of this post, but I’d like to give a special shout-out to the two people who liked our photos. I hope y’all swiped all the way to the end cuz the car video also had good music (“buy dirt”🎶🧡).

I didn’t force the puppers to do a festive photo shoot this year, lol. But, the thing about crazy dog-ladies is that they would rather stay home with the furbabies at all times..and even if Oprah sent a helicopter to pick you up to take you back to her estate, you’d still be sad & sitting on the floor upset that the puppers can’t come with. So, that’s where I currently am, haha. Yesterday, we were cleaning rat poop out of store, today I’m waiting to put on crooked eye liner and wear outside clothes. And the outfit I’ve picked for today looks like a hybrid Freddie Kruger (spelling?) meets cowgirl meets black skinny jeans that aren’t even in style. Ha. Hope we all get to eat massive quantities of bread, and bring half a pie home asap back home to our puppies/soul mates/bffs.

November Rain…

Well, here we are. Working hard, or hardly working. Lol. It’s only Wednesday, and we’ve already waited an unnecessary amount of time at the DMV (not for myself, and not the friendly DMV of visits past, but the one where everyone’s in a bad mood, angry and slightly aggressive like in the movies). I’ve also called the IRS multiple times (it’s an absolute disaster, but who wants to hear about that, amiright), and waited on hold/for callbacks. We’ve also had a few meltdowns, 3am panic parties & currently chewing myself out because I didn’t get a chance to clear the little gutters on the floor outside, and they flood when it rains. And guess what!? It’s raining, woohoo (just kidding, not woohoo)! And do you know what’s a horrible game? The one I made up called, “Is that just the sound of rain or is that a leak?”. Oh yes, the winning guess ‘prizes’ are amazing (just kidding). Almost as ritzy as the prizes from my other favorite game, “There’s a snake outside, how do we get rid of it?”..first & second place winners get a lovely night of nightmares, 3rd prize wins a big jug of white cinnamon blend powder they get to sprinkle on every single thing out front. Lucky for me, I won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, yippeaa (not really yippeaa)! Lastly, my lovely assistant Ginger🐶🐾here, was on food strike and licking her feet (and blanket, and nonstop stretching?) all night so that was super fun (jk), and stressful. On the bright (and probably crazy) side, I went back to the market at 9pm last night to grab Dunkin’ Pumpkin Cinnamon Goldfish (yes, the kid’s snack) for .50cents so at least I have something to look forward to tonight, lol. Yay for snackie snacks!

Hello, it’s us! I have a constant urge to start all posts & conversations with the lyrics to “Hello, it’s me”, lol. I’ve also been in a permanent state of overheating for the past week; along with these two puppers.

I don’t know why we don’t turn on the air conditioner ‘til we get to the point where everyone is literally overheating, and feels ill. Maybe we’re all mad🤪here. Or maybe we’re not used to these things, because we all grew up in crappy apartments with zero air conditioning options, or maybe it’s some extension of those “this is why we can’t have nice things” memes (but with mental health undertones, lol but not really lol). In any case, I also hate when people complain about the weather; “it’s too hot!”..”it’s too cold”… yadayadayada (is that spelled correctly, idk). But that’s all I’ve been doing all week. Overheating, and talking about the heat. Whining- all day. Anxiety- “To infinity and beyond!”. Repetitive panic scenarios & zero sleep- all day & all night.

Maybe it’s because my birthday is coming, and most people my age have a complete breakdown and act like they’re 100 yrs old. Or maybe it’s because I’ve had a (poison oak? Ivy? I don’t even know anymore) rash on my arm for nearly a month. Or maybe we really are all mad here (like Alice in Wonderland style mad, not actually angry, haha). In any case, we are here…sweating, not sleeping & the occasional need for a baby diaper used for a dog. I may also have a new chips & salsa every night obsession, but it’s summer and why not, amiright?

Mentally, I’m here..

Monday, March 6th

I may or may not have used a filter to "juj" up this photo but, the clouds really did look like that when I snapped this shot. And I really do feel like those clouds currently, lol. Whoever said the sound of rain is soothing clearly does not have anxiety, and has never had to find a bucket at 4am ‘cuz somewhere up there, there’s a leak/drip sound. Also, clogged drains and water and mud, oh my.

Additionally, I’ve also decided to have a hyperfixation (is that one word?) issue with…Peanut Butter. Yes, I said it. Peanut Butter. Specifically, the two-pack Kirkland Costco peanut butter. Why is it so expensive? Is it good? Why can’t I stop thinking about peanut butter, I’ve silently judged it as not being as good as almond butter for the last I don’t know how many years. And you know what I’m currently doing? Having a peanut butter (not the Costco one) & banana milkshake. Also, do normal people sleep through the night, or do they have eight different dreams and/or nightmares simultaneously, while (whilst?) trying to find a sleep position that does not make their back ache? Also, do you calculate and recalculate bills & payments that are never-ending during previously mentioned nightmares, or are y’all normal? I think I most definitely have a case of the Mondays, that just continues through the rest of the week. Rinse & repeat, lol.

I’m going to be very sad when this rainbow unicorn balloon; that I bought last year the day after Vday for fifty cents even though I didn’t really want it, deflates. Lol.

The fur-babies have been sick since last week (an actual baby diaper was involved, ha), and our photo-shoots have definitely gone downhill (these two pics garnered 1 whole ‘Like’ online👍🏼🤣), but I still have some urge to do them. Maybe it’s the box ‘o props I have in the closet full of decorations I buy the day after a holiday when they get marked down that taunt me all year. Or, maybe it’s all the likes and sponsorships we get from these photos (hahaha, just kidding we literally get 1 like if we’re lucky). 🤣❤️💕🧡
