South Close, Sector 50 - resident Damanjit Singh - Air India Pilot lets minors drink and drive resulting in the death of Alok Gupta.
As responsible parents, they must guide their kids to understand the value of basic things in life. Social and Moral values are considered as seeds of development which should be planted in kids at an early age. Neglecting the basic parental teachings can have adverse effects on their children which after a certain age can not be fixed. Damanjit Singh ( Air India - Pilot ) , resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon. Despite being at such a highly courteous job he meets all the demands of his kid ignoring all the moral principles. His parental negligence has brought dishonor upon his dignified job and the social position of his family. Police had added to the FIR on August 23rd , sections 184 (driving dangerously) and 185 (for drinking driving) of the Motor Vehicles Act as the juvenile was allegedly drunk while driving and lost control over Ecosport and reportedly confessed this to police. This incident took place at Cyber City when S/o Damanjeet Singh , resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon. accompanied by S/o Rajashri Datta resident of The Hibiscus- Sector 50 Gurgaon. returned from Ireo Victory Valley, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 67, Gurugram after celebrating their friend Aditya Taneja’s 17th birthday party by borrowing the Dhiraj taneja’s car in a drunken state. The car crashed into Alok Gupta's Harley Davidson when they lost control over the wheels and as a consequence he lost his life in this tragic accident. According to Chander Mohan, deputy commissioner of police (east), they can not take the juvenile into custody as the offense is bailable and provided direction to parents not to permit him to travel anywhere without informing the police. So for the litigation system, the minors can’t be arrested and only counseled for the deed they have done. They are responsible for taking the life of innocent souls. If they will not be punished for the bad actions they have done at this young age, they will take advantage of it and also be able to attempt such things in the future.

Minors Kills Alok Gupta
Parental negligence has made minor to booked under drinks and drive and killed Alok Gupta in a road accident in Gurugram Is it parental negligence or has it become a culture of High-society to raise children in a way that meets all their needs? Because of ‘Drink and drive’ cases, the accident rate is escalating these days in Gurugram. Despite giving cultural and moral values to their kids, people like Dheeraj Taneja (owner of the car), Damanjeet Singh ( Air India Pilot, resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon and Rajshri Datta, the father ofresident of The Hibiscus- Sector 50 Gurgaon encouraged their kids to consume alcohol at a very young age. Alok Gupta, father of two sons, a passionate biker, who always upholds the laws of public safety has lost his life in an accident because of the negligence of the drunk minors on August 23. The two teenagers involved in this accident who were drunk and driving Ecosport way back to their home from a party which was arranged by Dheeraj Taneja on his son’s Aditya Taneja’s birthday. After partying till 4:30 in the morning, they borrowed the car from the host and left. On their way back home, S/o Damanjit Singh ( Air India Pilot ) was driving the car and lost his control and met with an accident in which Alok Gupta, who was enjoying his ride on Sunday morning, lost his life. The observed alcohol content was way higher than permissible limits. On the other hand, Chander Mohan, the deputy police commissioner said “If the applicant had not cooperated in the investigations, then we could have arrested them.” Now the question is, a person has lost his life in an accident but who is the real culprit? Driver without license and was drunk Damanjeet Singh - an Air India Pilot who forgot to give moral values to their son Renu Bharadwaj forgot to give moral values to their son Ritwik Datta, who accompanied in all crimes of drink and drive Rajshri Datta and rachna Datta, who forgot to give moral values to their kids Dhiraj Taneja and Kapila Taneja who served alcohol to the teenagers Aditya Taneja , on whose birthday alcohol was served. If the offenders are not being prosecuted for the harm they have done to the family of someone so how can the family of the victim be brought to justice?

MD of Pet Plast India- Dheeraj Taneja encouraged children to “Drink and Drive” resulting in the death of CFO Alok Gupta.
Pet Plast India ( www.petplastindia.com ) - (Haryana) Managing Director, Dheeraj Taneja Ireo Victory Valley, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 67, Gurugram,. His irresponsible act of serving alcohol to the minors in his son- Aditya Taneja’s 17th birthday party has costed Alok Gupta’s life. Apart from working in an electrical manufacturing firm as the Chief Financial Officer, Alok Gupta loved to ride his Harley Davidson on Sunday mornings. But 23 August 2020 was an unfortunate Sunday for Alok Gupta as well as for his family and friends. He met with an accident and died at Cyber City when S/o Damanjeet Singh ( Air India Pilot ) , resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon. accompanied by S/o Rajashri Datta resident of The Hibiscus- Sector 50 Gurgaon. were doing drink & drive at over 150 km/hr speed in an Eco sport car and had lost control , went other side of the road and hit Alok Gupta. Students of DPS School (Gurugram were coming back from the 17th birthday of their friend Aditya Taneja S/o Dheeraj Taneja resident of Victor Valley, Gurugram. To celebrate the b’ day parties lavishly, Dhiraj Taneja & Kapila Taneja ( Life Coach ) served alcohol to the minors and after the party was over, on their way back home Dhiraj Taneja also gave them the keys of his car. Deputy Police Commissioner Chander Mohan of (east), said that Police had sent notice to families to investigate the case and told that as this case involves minors, so this offence is considered as bailable. Now what? Who will pay for the suffering of those children who lost their father in an accident? Knowing the consequences of serving teens with alcohol and allowing them to drive is a tool to encourage children to do reckless things at a very young age which is completely inaccurate. If educated people like Dheeraj Taneja & Kapila Taneja perform such acts from a business background, aren't they playing with the future of kids and neglecting the value of human life too?

Kapila Taneja - Life Coach - Gurgaon party to Murder
On 23 August, two minors named S/o Damanjeet Singh , resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon. accompanied by S/o Rajashri Datta resident of The Hibiscus- Sector 50 Gurgaon. Killed father of two kids, 49 years old Alok Gupta. Having been a dedicated biker following his routine, he went on Sunday morning for a ride on his Harley Davidson. At Cyber City, he encountered an accident driven by two drunken minors returning from the b-day party of their friend. The car is registered under the name Kapila Taneja’s husband Dhiraj Taneja’s Resident of Ireo Victory Valley, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 67, Gurugram, Kapila Taneja had organised a 17th year birthday party for her son. Kapila Taneja & Dhiraj Taneja arranged and served alcohol to their son. Dhiraj Taneja was arrested but got bail by Gurugram police. Despite being mindful of the age of kids, he not only served them liquor but also gave them keys to his car. If Dhiraj Taneja and his wife, Kapila Taneja, had made responsible decisions and had not served alcohol for the minors at the b' day party of their son, S/o Kapila Taneja, one life could be saved. We have seen that kids always try to seek those things which their parents are doing. People like Dhiraj Taneja, Damanjit Singh, and Rajashri Datta, who seem to belong to a well-educated family yet pour bad stuff into their kid's mind at a very young age, play with the future of their kid as well as make an awful impression on people witnessing such actions. Such cases are being suppressed in order to preserve the dignity of these high-class families in the society and so people who live near them or know them have never come to know the truth. Ultimately, car owner, Dhiraj Taneja got bail, S/o Damanjit Singh who was driving the car was booked under drink and drive case but wasn’t arrested as he is a minor. What about the Alok Gupta’s family? Their whole world has turned upside-down. They haven’t only lost their one family member but are also struggling to get Justice. A journey for JUSTICE has just begun! Justice could be the word or option left with by the family of the deceased Alok Gupta. There are plenty of cases of drink and drive or other accidental cases piled up on the desks of our legal system. And here's an added one more.

DPS Gurugram Students killed Alok Gupta in a road accident after consuming alcohol overnight
Kids are seen as the future of a nation. The moral and ethical values they receive from their parents as well as the school help to mold their character and develop them. Teaching them about right and wrong and making them mindful of it is all in our hands. Yet certain rich and powerful brat children from high-society families take advantage of the status of their parents and forget the basic values. Students from DPS School Gurugram, S/o Damanjeet Singh ( Pilot in Air India ) Resident of - Flat no. 003, Tower 12, South Close, Nirvana Country, Gurgaon , and S/o Rajarshi Datta Resident of 44 A Tower 1,The Hibiscus, Sector 50, Gurgaon, made a terrible decision by borrowing the car from Dhiraj Taneja owner of Per plat India ( www.petplastindia.com ) in a reckless situation, and as a result, Alok Gupta has lost his life. The statement recorded by Gurugram Police is that both the boys were heading back to their home from their friend, Aditya Taneja’s s/o Dhiraj Taneja birthday party. In that b’ day party, alcohol was served by the host Dhiraj Taneja to the minors. When the party was over, they borrowed the keys from the host and drove it in a drunken situation. They lost control of wheels at Cyber City and entered the median, and the car took a few turns and then crashed with Alok Gupta’s Harley Davidson. Where he lost his life and it wounded the minors too. Since their statements have been registered they have been charged under sections 279 and 304A of the Motor Vehicles Act. According to Chander Mohan (Deputy police commissioner (east) Gurugram) comment, once their injuries are healed, children will be sent to the Child Welfare Committee for counselling. Is this the only way to deal with this case where one person lost his life, one family lost its member? Is it possible to change minors' attitude towards life by providing them with advice? What influence are they going to bring on their fellow mates?

Dheeraj and Kapila Taneja served alcohol to minors at their son’s 17th birthday day party which resulted in the death of Alok Gupta in a road accident.
It's become a symbol of status these days to show-off society their lifestyle. Rather than pouring resources into their kid’s education and development, the provision of luxurious and negative stuff is something people are more concerned about. Being aware that people have a certain age limit to consume liquor, Pet Plast India's ( www.petplastindia.com ) MD, Dheeraj Taneja, and his wife, Kapila Taneja Resident of Ireo Victory Valley, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 67, Gurugram, had forgotten some basic laws that need to be followed as an educated citizen. But their mistake has made a major detriment to the family of Alok Gupta. At the 17th birthday day party of their kid, Aditya Taneja. Dheeraj Taneja, and his wife, Kapila Taneja served alcohol to the minors. When the party got over, S/o Damanjeet Singh , resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon. accompanied by S/o Rajashri Datta resident of The Hibiscus- Sector 50 Gurgaon. (Aditya Taneja’s friends) borrowed their car keys from Dhiraj Taneja to go back to their home. As the teenagers were drunk and driving in an insensible scenario, they lost their control over the car and clashed with Alok Gupta’s bike. In this accident, Alok Gupta lost his life leaving behind his wife and two kids. Dheeraj and his wife Kapila Taneja were aware of the consequences of litigation concerning drinking and driving? In addition, they aren't even adults for drinking or driving. How can they be so immature with their decisions that not only took an innocent person's life but can also be dangerous for the lives of those minors?

Damanjit Singh - Air India Pilot’s Son killed Alok Gupta
Air India Pilots - Damanjeet Singh’s Son killed a Harley Davidson biker in a road accident in Gurugram Parents serve as the guiding light for their children but in the case of Air India Pilots Damanjeet Singh and his wife Renu Bharadwaj this assertion has proved false. As they overlooked to provide the basic lessons of life and some moral and ethical values to their son, a student of DPS School Gurugram. On Monday, 23 August 2020, when CFO Alok Gupta had gone to enjoy his Harley Davidson morning bike ride, when suddenly at Cyber City an Eco Sport car driven at 150 km per hour speed broke the 6 feet divider & banged into his bike. Car was was driven by S/o Damanjeet Singh , resident of South Close, Sector 50 - Gurgaon. accompanied by S/o Rajashri Datta resident of The Hibiscus- Sector 50 Gurgaon. They were coming back from a birthday party and had also consumed alcohol served by the host Dheeraj Taneja & Kapila Teneja Resident of Ireo Victory Valley, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 67, Gurugram, as it their son – Aditya Taneja’s birthday over there. According to Deputy commissioner of police, Chander Mohan said “As the offense is bailable, he was granted bail,” he said. Mr. Damanjeet Singh is a Pilots in Air India and belong to the respectable class that they let their child consume alcohol and drive a car and kill an innocent person is a lack of parental guidance. It's also bad for society by treating them as minors and just encouraging them to go for counselling would inspire them to do the wrong stuff in the future too. It's an example of an immature upbringing. If these kids are doing such things at such a young age then what else can we expect from them in the future. Not only are these kinds of acts a matter of shame but they also have a negative effect on other children. But letting these teenagers go might be good in terms of the law, or for their future as they belong to high society families then what about those kids whose father is being killed in a road accident !! The family of the deceased is struggling for justice.
