8th grade done! I worked very hard to maintain high honors straight thru middle school. My education is very important to me. Have you ever had this? My dads fav since he was a kid. It’s Green peas with ground meat (fake) over rice. Another quick dish to make about 10 minutes whether you use real meat or not. The sauce is simple oyster sauce base. (at East Village, Manhattan)

Sorry been real busy with school work lately and work on done some science 🔬 projects but this is not one of them 😂 my idea of fast food...it’s a simple shrimp with asparagus with garlic and olive oil over pasta. Scallion waffles! If you like scallion pancakes you gonna love my scallion waffles! Only served at my place! It’s my new thing now🤘 The way I came up with it was simple if you can have pancakes why not waffles? It took some time to figure out how to make em crispy And chewy and to have multiple layers but I think I got it right now! Using 3 different cooking techniques I am able to get it just right! 😋 What do you think? Raclette cheese 🧀 over hasselback potatoes 🥔 ! Cooking with cheese can sometimes be kinda a pain sometimes if you don’t have the right pan. So I have been playing with pan from @gotham_steel for about a month (actually my mom has been using it to cook eggs now because they slide right out of pan so she thinks she an eggspert now!😂🍳) I have to say it worked Cheese 🧀 just came right off all gooey on top of the potatoes🥔. This was the first time attempting this dish so I tested melting the cheese on top of the stove... kinda worked but it was better under the broiler. Life in a drop of water 💧 in nyc. It’s been 20 days now since I started using a microscope . Working on filming techniques For Best clarity. what you are seeing is us Tracking a Rototiller and paramecium's feeding on a copapod and seeing the vortex created by the cilia. These microorganism can fit multiple times on the head of a pin and are normally invisible to the naked eye. Another cool thing about rotifers is when they are stationery their head opens up like a transformer and what looks like 2 wheels with saw blades spinning pops out and creates a whirl pool vacuum of death towards its mouth.
