I have been through it all to hold a deep space of compassion and love for you… - Abused, broken hearted, violated by attacks of physical and sexual assaults - Overcame addictions to love and countless traumas and dark nights of the soul - The old paradigm of success-as the VP of a company I made great working 80 hr weeks miserably and walked away from leaving them at 4Million in sale per year and starting over my life from scratch - My best friend-soul mate dying at 29 – truly crushing me - A suicide attempt in 2011 where I met with Masters and committed to my Divine purpose and truth- here we are now - Beat a 10-year battle with life threatening illness-Lyme’s disease - I have been homeless, broke and shattered in so many ways so many times-and the truth-it was all FOR me and it doesn’t matter because it has all been healed and dissolved back into love. - What does matter-is I accepted it, healed it and chose to rise and embody my Truth and power. It did not come easy. It was really hard and now I am free-it was all well worth it. I now have the honored privilege of showing others their Divine truth and light because I was able to forgive myself and all others- because I chose it to be so. Happy Sunday Gorgeous! 
Today I gave a talk in Minneapolis on Embodying Your Sovereignty and I want to share with you the magic that unfolded. Over the next few days I will journey with you by sharing the elements of how to align your energy with what you want to create for 2018. Today we will dive into honesty and what you are identifying with. Your reality is what you perceive, identify with sovereignty for the light you seek is your own. Take a few sacred moments today and answer these two questions. 
What is your identity? 
You have to get really honest with yourself about what is working in your life and what is not and you have to take accountability. This is the not so fun stuff, trust me I know but you  have to do it to get to where you want to be. 
And with this level of accountability you must forgive yourself and all others to let it all go. Forgiveness allows you to rise and embody your power. 
You must tell the truth to yourself so you may be set free in unconditional love. (Write down the words, feelings or emotions your currently identifying with and how your life truly being expressed right now? Write down the truths that are present-the good, the bad and the ugly.) What may be distracting you from your Divine Purpose? What you identify with is what you get. 
This is why Honesty is step one in aligning your energy. After you write these down, speak out loud all of the ways you have not been honest with yourself  so you may process it out of your mind, body and soul. I will be holding space this week for you to transform and transcend these energies. 
This may not be comfortable because it rises within you what desires to be healed. I invite you to do it anyway-because it is the way through. When you allow space to be honest, you are able to break down all the barriers in the way of your Divine Life. 
Maybe you are identifying with… - fears of being seen or judged - feeling overwhelmed or under-qualified  in your purpose - burdensome or painful emotions like shame, grief or low self worth - negative thoughts in your head - not trusting yourself enough

I see and feel a lot of pain today in the world / with the me too... and all the other individual billions of pains and our collective pains. I also see and feel all the powerful love rising in each person and the collective files being raised. Your all doing amazing!
