Thelma en Louise, update. Bedankt voor de vele reacties, bedankt om mee te werken aan de naamgeving van Thelma en Louise. Ik heb 6 stemmen binnen gekregen, 4 voor Thelma met het blauwe kleedje (en dus Louise met het bruine kleedje) en 2 voor Thelma met het bruine kleedje en dus Louise blauw. Ik had eerst gedacht de onschuldige hand 1 naam te laten trekken en dan een kadootje te sturen naar die persoon. Maar gezien het grote aantal inzendingen denk ik dat ik 6 onschuldige handen ga zoeken. 😉 En zoals de Olympische spelen een gouden, een zilveren en een bronzen medaille ga verstrekken en uiteraard ook voor de 3 andere deelnemers. Dus de 6 deelnemende dames mogen hun adres via bp doorgeven en dan wordt het kado op gestuurd, ik probeer het tegen het einde van de week gemaakt en verstuurd te krijgen. Met grote trots stellen wij de (weder)geboorte voor van Maurice cyborg/robot, dit melden wij, de vader en creator Johan en de moeder en sympathisant Leontine die Maurice zijn naam gegeven heeft Maurice weegt 4,5 kg en is 72 cm groot, hij is in goede conditie al dienen er nog wat updates te gebeuren voor hij naar behoren kan funtioneren. Het was een hele uitdaging om de diverse technologieën en technieken te combineren en laten functioneren. De micro technologie van de Athela groep ging in het begin niet zo goed samen met Strepii inputpunten maar is uiteindelijk toch gelukt. De biotechnologische interface gaf kortsluiting en is bijna gesmolten voor ik de brand kon blussen en was daarna zeer moeilijk te verwijderen en is daarom gebleven maar niet meer aangesloten. Maurice is in al zijn glorie te bewonderen op de Global Art tentoonstelling 'Sensuality & More' in Tongeren en dit de hele maand augustus en natuurlijk ook na afspraak op het thuisadres van de creator. We zijn begonnen aan de schilderreis van de torso. Eerst 2 lagen zwarte gesso en dan 2 lagen ocidezwarte acrylverf en nu kan de fun echt beginnen, de lijnen en punten is gedaan met posca pennen en een heel klein beetje bijenwas. Word vervolgt.
