Departing The Black Temple

As Conjuring The Black Temple is utilized at the beginning of majority of Infernal Workings the Rite of Departing is  carried out at most of the Practices also. The purpose of the Rite is to release The Black Temple and return the self and the state of mind to the physical world and also to release and direct the power raised to its desired objective. The Departing commences with the Initiate standing before the Altar of Satan in silent meditation on the Workings that have been carried out before reciting the following:

“The Rites of the Black Temple are at an end once more . . . the seeds of desire and objective have been sewn once more in the subconscious spheres of the subconscious . . . woven into the darkened tapestry of Hell . . . seeds that will gestate and flourish within the black spheres of the Infernal and reap the harvest of our intentions upon the physical realm . . . the realms have merged once more in this dominion which lies between worlds . . . this domain where the Mortal and Demonic Kindred of the Infernal unite in allegiance . . . Ave Satanas!”

The Initiate dips their forefinger in the remainder of the Ritual Wine and traces the Inverted Cross upon their brow saying:

“The union with Satan has empowered me, I am at one with my Infernal Father!”

If others are present they too should receive the benediction of the Inverted Cross and also recite the above words ~ following this the Initiate raises their left hand in the Satanic Salute and recites the Pledge of Allegiance:

“My reverence, devotion and gratitude I proffer to you My Lord Satan and the Demons who have entered this dominion this night (Name Demons) . . . may the fruits of our Work here be rich and evolve that which has been proclaimed . . . always shall I stand dedicated and resolute as a Disciple of the Infernal . . . as a Practitioner of the Arts of Black Magick . . . and as a Son/Daughter of the Infernal Kindred that reside within mortal and spiritual spheres . . . even beyond the veil of death my Soul shall serve the Demons of Hell and Our Unholy Father Satan until again I am sent forth to Earth to claim a vessel of flesh as a temple in honour of Satan and His Infernal Legion here in the realm of mortality . . . Ave Satanas!”

The Initiate shall now take up the Pentacle of Satan and move to the center of the Working area where they place it upon the ground, following this the Initiate stands in silence concentrating their will on the drawing up of the circle of scarlet fire about the perimeter of the Black Temple into a flaming red orb which remains pulsating with power at the far side of the Working area facing the Altar of Satan. The Initiate now draws the orb of scarlet flame forth into the Pentacle of Satan through an act of visualized mental will, they witness in the mind’s eye the Pentacle of Satan engulfed in the Infernal crimson energy of the Satanic Current and then take up the Pentacle once more to return to its place at the center of the Altar of Satan empowering the Sacrosanct Implement once more. The Initiate now turns away from the Altar and concentrates in stoic silence upon the darkness about the Working area and when ready says:

“The Dark Veil of Hell has conjured and surrounded the Black Temple this night . . . it is now that this Temple must be released and the power that has been raised within it be released also . . . that it may journey to exact the intentions of the Rites performed here . . . bring transformation upon realms beyond this world and within this world also of which Satan is true Master . . . for the forces of Hell are beyond all laws, be they the laws of humakind or nature . . . and may shape what is so desired by those of the Infernal into physical manifestation . . . by the power of My Lord Satan . . . I release the Black Temple . . . and channel the power that it has harnessed to deliver the objectives of the Infernal Workings performed this night . . . Ave Satanas!”

With this the Initiate extinguishes the Altar Candles and declares:

“By the will of Satan may all desire be made manifest!”

Conjuring The Black Temple

We now move into the Satanic Occult Workings of The Ebon Book Of Satan, and the first of these Texts details the Rite known as Conjuring The Black Temple which is an opening Rite designated to be performed before most of the Rites and Arts in this Grimoire. The Rite is constructed to raise a Magickal Black Temple about the Working area and those Initiates who shall be working within it, it is not a protective Circle in the sense of what that usually means, it is a sphere to conjure, harness and direct Infernal energies although its fiery perimeter does ensure that adverse forces would not be made welcome or permitted. The Rite should start with the Initiate before the Altar of Satan, the Altar should be set up with all Infernal Implements that will be required for the Rites taking place, all illumination candles should be lit and any Oils or Incenses being used should be already be burning. The Initiate stands in silent meditation on the Workings that are to take place before raising their left hand in the Satanic Salute and reciting the following:

“Here this night before the Sacred Altar of Our Lord Satan . . . I seek to erect the Sacrosanct Realm of Communion . . . that Infernal Realm in which the Demon of Hell and the Satanic Initiate of the mortal sphere may meet . . . seek to Conjure the Black Temple . . . the secret dominion of union between the physical world and the Domain of Hell . . . by the power of Our Lord Satan I Conjure the Black Temple of Communion . . . by the Sacred Grail of Our Lady Lilith do I make manifest this Sphere of Union . . . through their Infernal Current and the ineffable powers of the Demonic do I summon forth the Black Temple in this abode!”

The Initiate now meditates upon the Black Temple forming around them, visualizes a darkness falling over the working area, a stygian veil of intense energy and manifest blackness in which shadowy figures seem to move and morph. The Initiate allows themselves to slip into a semi-state of meditation, feeling themselves merge with the ever encroaching darkness around them, losing themselves to its all encompassing embrace. They sense that they are no longer alone and that Beings not physical are abroad moving silently in the darkness about them and then when ready recite the following:

“The Black Temple is erected and none are welcome here but the Infernal Beings of Hell and the mortal Initiates who serve them . . . here within this sacred sphere the Demons of the Kingdom of Hell maybe be summoned . . . their power harnessed and channeled to make manifest the desires of the Legion of Hell and their Earthbound Acolytes . . . I seal this Black Temple with the Infernal Current of Our Lord Satan . . . that the Workings performed here within it shall sustain and gestate that which is the dictate of our will and of the Demons pleasure . . . by Satan’s power I summon the Flames of Hell!”

The Initiate raises their arms in supplication and visualizes a circle of scarlet flame erupt into life around the perimeter of the Ritual Area, feels the heat of the flames begin to generate through the Black Temple and at this point declares:

“The flames of Our Lord Satan’s majesty are alive!”

The Initiate now takes up the Ritual Chalice containing the Ritual Wine already Consecrated to Satan and places it upon the Pentacle of Satan, visualizing the power of the Pentacle energizing the contents within the Chalice, then when ready the Initiate makes the sign of the Satanic Salute and delivers the Call to Satan:

“Satan . . . Lord of Hell . . . Infernal Majesty . . . Black Goat of the Sabbat . . . Devil of the Ancient Myths . . . Lord of Illusions . . . Primordial Architect of Chaos . . . the Thorn . . . the Spear . . . the Ram Headed God of the Night . . . Father of Darkness . . . I Call upon you Lord Satan to empower and offer Infernal Benedictions upon the Satanic Workings that shall be performed this night . . . Diabolus . . . King of the Demonic Legion . . . Weaver of Mysteries . . . bringer of Evolution . . . journey forth this night from the Realms of Hell and oversee my Workings as you have long overseen the Mysteries of the Satanic Witch and Black Magician!”

The Initiate now takes up the Chalice and drinks of the Communion Wine before continuing:

”This Chalice is the symbol of Our Lord Satan’s Sacred Cup of Knowledge of which we may drink once Initiated into His Sacrosanct Legion here upon Earth . . . the contents of this Unholy Grail are Consecrated by the Infernal Power of the Pentacle of Satan and forged as the Bloodline of He who is True Master of this World . . . and by this Bloodline am I imbued with His ineffable power and wisdom and ordained to oversee the Infernal Workings that shall unfold within the Black Temple this night . . . Ave Satanas!”

Placing the Chalice back upon the Altar the Initiate concludes by saying:

“May the Rites and Workings of Our Lord now commence . . . Ave Satanas!”

The Ritual Tools And Apparel Of The Satanic Initiate

Whenever I am asked the most important tool in Magick I always say there are two ~ concentrated will and pure desire, for despite the Ritual Tools and their importance in Magickal Operations they will be to no avail should these two inner Magickal weapons be missing. Magick simply does not work if the desire is not pure, by this I mean true, intense, primal . . . that kind of desire which burns within when there is something you must attain or achieve, Magick is also unlikely to work without the Initiate having the ability to concentrate their will on one single intention above all else. However know that I am in no degrading the power and purpose of Ritual Implements which have their own role to play in Magickal Practices including aiding the psychological setting of the Ritual arena, acting as triggers and conduits for energy raised and also as symbolic representations which harness certain aspects of a specific Magickal system. It is necessary then at this point to briefly outline the Ritual Tools that are most used during the Workings of The Ebon Book Of Satan (there are others used much less and for specific operations and these will be detailed at appropriate points in the Grimoire), those that are considered the foundational requirements of the Initiates Infernal stock. 

THE MAIN RITUAL IMPLEMENTS OF SATANIC MAGICK

THE PENTACLE OF SATAN ~ The Power Centre of virtually all of the Black Magick Workings in The Ebon Book Of Satan, the Pentacle which raises and harnesses Infernal Energy growing in power through every each Rite it is involved in. CHALICE/GRAIL ~ Ritual Container for Consecrated Wine and other important elixirs, also representative of the Black Womb of Lilith and used as a form of Communion Chalice with Satan in certain Workings. BLANK LEAVED BOOK ~ To utilize as a Magickal Satanic Tome and keep your handwritten copy of The Ebon Tome Of Satan as is the tradition within the Cabals of Traditional Theistic Satanism and Devil Worship. RITUAL DAGGER ~ Most Satanists will possess a Ritual Dagger, it is a symbol of Magickal Power and also a perfect conduit for harnessing and channeling raised Infernal Currents. INCENSE/OIL BURNER ~ For the burning of Incenses or Oils conducive to the Infernal Workings taking place, not actually a necessity but I have found it does aid the transformation of the area of practice into the desired Ritual setting and aid in Meditation and the opening of the inner gate of the subconscious mind. BLACK ALTAR CLOTH ~ Covering for the Ritual Altar, always Black in colour it may be emblazoned with the Inverted Pentagram, the Sulfur Cross of Theistic Satanism or the Inverted Cross symbolic of Traditional Satanism and Devil Worship. CANDLE SNUFFER ~ It is tradition in most Magickal Paths that Candles should never be blown out but extinguished by the use of a Candle Snuffer. THE BLACK MIRROR ~ Important Ritual implement used in Scrying practices, Necromantic, Evocation, Communion and Invocation Rites ~ without doubt the most important of Ritual Implements in this Grimoires Workings after The Pentacle Of Satan. INFERNAL PENDULUM ~ For use in Scrying, Remote Viewing and Magickal Workings, the Crystal Pendulum should be of Black Tourmaline, Jet, Onyx or Apache Tear, failing these Clear Quartz will suffice. WOODEN/METAL BOWLS ~ A number of small wooden and metal bowls will be needed for certain Rites and Workings, also useful for containing Incense or other ingredients required in Infernal Operations. CANDLE HOLDERS/SCONCES ~ For holding Ritual Candles and candles of illumination around the Ritual area. RITUAL CANDLES ~ Candles of black and red should be stocked at all time for use as Candles of Illumination and Devotion as well as in Magickal Workings. CRYSTALS ~ A stock of Crystals will be useful for various Workings - Clear Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Hematite and Jet will be the most frequently used, not necessary immediately but important to have available for any involved in Occult practices. INCENSE/OIL ~ To be used in Ritual - Sulfur Sandalwood, Patchoouli, Tobacco, Cinnamon and Jasmine are the best for Infernal Workings. PARCHMENT CARD/PAPER ~ For use in the making of Sigils, Seals, Pacts and Talismans and also for the Oaths needed in Initiations. BLACK MATERIAL POUCHES ~ Required for containing Ritual implements that will be kept after Workings such as Effigies, Talismans, Candles remains, Crystals etc.

Besides these Ritual Implements the Satanic Initiate must also consider Ritual Vestments, the Traditional Satanic Apparel of the Theistic Satanist is The Black Hooded Robe although I have been a part of Cabals where Red, Purple and Gold Robes have been worn by higher Initiates to denote the Positions and Grades. In other Cabals cord belts of varying colours are utilized to represent Grades within a Practicing Order. The Initiate should also procure a Pendant worn only in Ritual and this should be acquired for the Initiation Rite of those not already Initiated and may be Consecrated by the new Initiate as their first Ritual act then placed upon them at the end of the Rite. Pendants are usually the Inverted Cross, Inverted Pentagram, the Baphomet or the Sulfur Cross symbol of Theistic Satanism.

The Foundations Of Infernal Black Magick And The Journey Into Hell

The system of Infernal Black Magick put forth within The Ebon Book Of Satan is of a raw, primal and Unholy nature ~ it merges the power of Demonic Conjuration with the Inversion of Abrahamic Religion, the darkest practices of Infernal Alchemy with what can best be described as Satantric Sex Magick, the powerful Rites of the creation of Magickal Beings with Destruction Magick to bring catastrophe to the Religions of the Light and their pale Servants. In short the Black Arts of The Ebon Book Of Satan are not for the weak willed, moralistic, individual ridden with guilt and doubt nor the person not willing to surpass recognized boundaries to attain the true of Satan’s Dark Mysteries. One point I shall make here and now is that some of the practices within this Grimoire do make use of the inversion of Christian/Catholic symbolism and blasphemy ~ some may well have stopped reading for those with a more open mind who have not let me explain why! Whether you believe in the God of Orthodox Religion or that these Religions have any truth to their foundations and history is of not matter, the point is that over centuries copious amounts of energy have been poured into such symbols/archetypes as the Crucifix, the Virgin Mary, the Eucharist etc . . . energy forged from total belief, ultimate faith and endless indoctrination, therefore the energy attached to such symbols and archetypes is very real. Anyone who has witnessed a Catholic Mass will have felt the power raised within it, you do not have to share the religious beliefs or even accept their validity for that . . . the Catholic Mass when attended generates a power which will be instantly recognizable to the Practitioner of Ritual Magick and this is because both are founded on belief and contact with supernatural forces beyond our immediate comprehension. When the Satanist or Devil Worshipper reverses the Cross of Christ or desecrates the wafer of the Eucharist representing the body of Christ they are not instigating knee jerk reactions against Christianity, they are tapping into intense channeled power which has been fed for centuries and reversing it to empower their own Workings. I have for a long time employed such practices and I say without doubt or hesitation that this form of practice works ~ it is founded on the same beliefs which prompt Image Magick or Sympathetic Magick where physical representations of people, symbols, animals or emotions are tapped into using the physical item as a conduit to direct the stored energy associated with it. For the Atheistic Satanist or Christian hater who cannot get passed their narrow minded viewpoint to assess, digest and harness this type of Magickal power I have no words other than their loss and that with such a narrow view their Occult aspirations shall diminish quickly. The main focus of the Workings of The Ebon Book Of Satan is the union and Communion with Demonic Beings . . . all practices within the Grimoire whether they are intended to aid the Practitioner in realizing personal goals or directed to aiding the Work of Our Lord Satan all carry the purpose of drawing the Initiate deeper and deeper into the realms of Hell which lie outside of the physical world and also within the depths of the subconscious mind as yet not explored fully or understood. Satan is the Subconscious mind of the Creative Abyss from which primal and carnal forces gestate and in turn the subconscious of all humans are a microcosmic reflection of that Abyss. Theistic Satanists and Diabolists who play host to a true Dark Soul (I use this term to describe a Soul/Spirit gestated by Satan rather than God) have a close connection to this unexplored region of the human subconscious and an instinctive - if sometimes dormant - understanding of it which enables them to delve deep into their own dark nature, the darkness of elemental nature and the Spiritual realms of Hell with ease. The reason why humans housing a Light Soul (a Soul/Spirit created by God) - in particular those indoctrinated by the teachings of conformist social structures and Orthodox Religion - often malfunction when coming into contact with their darker elements, the shadow side of their brain, the subconscious is that their Souls nor their conscious minds are not able to accept these elements of the self or the outer spheres that exist outside of them. They try to isolate them, alienate and quantify them as evil until this natural element of their own psyche becomes their own inner Demon, the dark feared side of the self which the brilliant Psychologist C G Jung called “The Shadow!” The core importance of Black Magick and the path of Satanism is to connect with that inner realm within our subconscious, that internal Hell where the truth of our Dark Soul is mirrored in that Shadow which is our Higher Dark Spirit self guiding us through the Gateway to Hell in our own mind and on into the external Hell of Our Lord Satan. Such connections and journeys tear the human housing the Light Soul apart resulting in split personality problems or their realized dark desires manifesting in murder, rape and other such deviation, this is often the core of the foul acts of sexual perversion carried out by those Priests of Orthodox Religion who have castrated the darkened side of their mind allowing it to fester and grow apart from themselves and manifest as something which they cannot accept, integrate or control. Through the practices of The Ebon Book Of Satan the Initiate shall undertake a journey that brings them union and a full merging with the Demonic both within and without themselves and through this the Satanic Practitioner shall grow in the mastery of their Arts as they come to embrace the Dark Soul within themselves and the Demons who are as Kindred to it!

The Ruling Hierarchy Of Hell

Below is given the Ruling Hierarchy Of Hell as worked with within The Ebon Book Of Satan, there have been varying Demonic Hierarchies put forth over the centuries by the likes of Wierus, Dukante and many others ~ but from many years of Communions with Satan and other Demons I am as certain as I can be that the one put forth here is one of great authenticity devoid of certain Spirits which I believe have been misunderstood and wrongly classified throughout history mostly due to the constant mistake of writers loyal to Abrahamic Religions considering anything not connected to their God being Demonic. Many will notice that the below Hierarchy does not contain Names of Spirits known well from the Texts of the Goetia, the reason for this is that I have a firm belief (one I know is shared by others) that the Goetic Spirits are not actually Demons but Djinn, Spirits of Smokeless Flame. Also omitted are Beings often included in Demonic Hierarchies such as Azazel, Azaziel, Raniel, Gadreel, Heramael etc . . . it will be noted that the Names of these Spirits all end in ‘el’ as do the Names of Angels such as Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael and Michael. In Hebrew the ‘el’ means ‘of God’ and denotes that those Spirits bearing these Names are connected to or created by the Abrahamic God of Monotheistic Religions. While it is widely perceived that Demons were once Angels - now Fallen Angels - I refute this belief wholeheartedly offering forth the belief that Satan nor the Demons of Classical Demonology were never Fallen Angels but ancient primal forces in their own right adverse to the forces of God and the Angelic Hierarchy. Satan is the Anti-Thesis of God, the Anti-Force of the Abrahamic Deity representing chaos, creative will, liberation  and primal carnal evolution ~ the adverse of the confining, orthodox orderly stagnation of the creative current of God . . . the Demons are emanations and creations of Satan as the Angels are of Abrahamic Tyrant. Spirits such as Azazel, Raniel and Heramael are Angels, but Angels who have fallen from God’s favour due to an instinct to seek beyond the confines of the order in which they find themselves, but they are not Demons, merely Fallen Angels suffering castigation and punishment by a tyrannical God! The below Hierarchy has been forged from Communions with Satan and the Demons Agaliarept, Asmodeus and Sargatanas and is to my mind one of pure Unholy Darkness gestated from the primal sea of Chaos the current of which is the Leviathanic current. The Names of the Demons are given of this Hierarchy along with notification of their gender and areas of command concerning spheres of power.

Brother Lucifuge ~ An Introduction

Before descending into the Magickal Texts of The Ebon Book Of Satan I shall give a brief introduction to myself and my Work within Satanism which has lead to the birth of this Grimoire. I began my journey into Satanism in 1979 - at least in the sense of studying and a growing interest - but it was a decade later that I truly delved into the Infernal in a practical sense, gaining Initiation into an underground Satanic Cabal, enhancing my practices, concentrating the development of Seership skills and instigating regular Communions with Demons. That first decade was not wasted though, I was hungry for knowledge and consumed it at a rapid rate reading books on many diverse Occult subjects including Satanism, Goetia, Planetary Magick, Witchcraft, Kabbalah, Egyptian Magick, Celtic Paganism and LHP Tantrism. From 1989 my path into darkness truly escalated . . . Initiated as a Satanist I rose to the rank of High Priest within the Cabal, delved deeper into my fascination with LHP Tantrism and obtained much Infernal knowledge from my Mentor in the Cabal - Magister Boullan. The knowledge I was obtaining was not that which one finds in published books, it was darker, deeper, more insidious and Unholy and it awakened in me a thirst for further knowledge which could not be satiated. Hence the constant sojourn to delve deeper and deeper into methods of Communing with Demons on all levels to further understand the knowledge I had obtained and gain new wisdom into the Black Arts. I was still seeking new books to devour and stumbled upon new volumes which lead me to explore aspects of Dark Witchcraft and Elemental Alchemy and the ancient ways of Devil Worship. After presiding over three Satanic Groups and becoming a Teacher of the Black Magickal Arts of Satanism, Goetia and LHP Tantric Practices I once more returned to the lone path of Satanism which for me is most inspiring of journeys. In 2010 I began to reach out to others once more this time as a personal one to one Tutor in the Arts of Satanism and eventually began putting down the knowledge I had obtained over the years onto paper, beginning what would eventually manifest into The Ebon Book Of Satan which you are now reading. At this point in time and with health matters which offer bleak prospects on my lifespan expectancy it has been decided to dedicate my time to the pursuit of unveiling this Grimoire to all who would wish to explore it (knowledge is of no use laid to the rest with its owner in the grave) and forge the small Satanic Cabal called The Satanic Order Of The Ebon Cross which will to a great extent be an Infernal Coven of Custodians for The Ebon Book Of Satan formed to sustain and evolve its Mysteries. For now I shall say farewell and offer most sincere Infernal Benedictions upon those who come to know of and work from the Texts of The Ebon Book Of Satan . . . may your path lead you into the ineffable majesty of Hell . . . Ave Satanas!

The Ebon Book Of Satan ~ An Introduction

The Ebon Book Of Satan is a unique and powerful Satanic Grimoire unlike any other ever made available to public viewing, while covering more basic Infernal Workings such as Initiation, Evocation, Invocation and Sex Magick. There are a small number of Workings within this Grimoire which involve practices which are wholly against the moral and ethical values of the Abrahamic Religions, as a Satanist this is of no consequence to me ~ I am an Adversary of such paths and seek to end their reign - however some of these Workings involve practices which fall the wrong side of legal and therefore I make no statement to condone these practices nor admission to having carried them out myself. I can say with little doubt however that it is highly probable that there have been over the years those who have delved into these forbidden and dark Rites and carried out the unlawful practices which are required to complete them. This Grimoire is one of great power . . . to the Seeker who can approach it with full belief in the existence of Satan and the Demons as real Spiritual Beings, who may enter into the practices of this Tome without fear and free from the moral and oppressive shackles of Abrahamic tenets and social conditioning The Ebon Book Of Satan is a key to attaining your desires, obtaining your objectives and merging the self deep within the Infernal current of Hell itself. What lies within the Texts of The Ebon Book Of Satan is a journey through the Lesser Mysteries of Satanic Rites, through the deeper Workings of the Infernal Sanctum and eventually into the spheres of Satanic Occult Operations that few have ever been able to locate and embrace before now. There will be many among the Adversaries of Satanism, particularly the Lighbearers of the Abrahamic Religions that will not be pleased with the release of such deep Infernal material concerning the forbidden Workings of Satanic Magick . . . even within the Satanic Fraternity there will no doubt be those who feel that such Workings should be kept alone for the elite of the Satanic Cabals. However I remain unmoved on my decision to put forth these Mysteries and Arts that those who are true Traditional Satanists of dedication and sincerity who may never have the good fortune - as I did myself - to come across one of the rare underground clandestine Infernal Cabals who possess such knowledge may at last find an avenue to study, explore, practice and evolve the darkest of Satan’s Arcane Mysteries.
