Joohyun first started theorizing about disbanding on that one afternoon in October. It feels like forever ago now, but she remembers sitting in her living room, legs curled underneath her and her phone turned face down to avoid all the notifications that kept lighting the screen up.

She had twirled a finger around the edge of her glass of water mindlessly until the crystal smudged into blurry gray, thinking about what would happen if she caused Red Velvet to disband. 

“Sooyoung will be an actress, of course,” she said to no one in particular. “Seungwan… she’ll keep singing. Once she recovers.”

Joohyun’s eyes wandered to the picture framed on her wall of the six of you. “Seulgi might go solo of the company allows her to. Yerim could act if she wanted, but she’s young. She can do anything she wants. And Y/N…”

🥺 A/N: hey guys :( I am so sorry for just disappearing like this but work and life in general has been crazy and I just couldn’t find the time to write.  I still don’t tbh heh but I got this request earlier today and I thought I’d show a small sign of me still living. As soon as I have more me-time again I promise I will work through all of your requests!!  PS: I did it in kind of a headcanon/reaction format and I hope that’s okay with you my dear anon. 

Irene

• When Irene saw you for the first time she was a little taken aback.  • Growing up in a still somewhat conservative country like korea she wasn’t used to people having that many bigger and visible tattoos and her knowledge of piercings kinda stop at earrings/earpiercings since wendy has a lot of them. •  I know yeri has a tattoo and I can totally see Irene going like YERI what is THAT when she saw it for the first time lmao • Subconsciously she might even think of you as someone she shouldn’t talk to or be seen with but oop • Here you are dating because you have such a pretty face and your personality???? damn. • Through you she learns that prejudices can’t be trusted because as far as she learned from common society? • You should be someone bad, a “criminal” or whatever but here you are being the goddamn light of her life.  • I can’t see her being totally into tattoos after you two started dating but more like into YOUR tattoos if that makes sense? • Like oh there’s someone walking down the street and this person has a lot of tattoos and piercings you can see • Irene’s just like...straight face. • But then she see’s you in your full glory and she’s like tiny gasp oh my god.

Seulgi

• Seulgi has an artistic soul we all know that • so I wouldn’t see her mind at all that you took your artistic soul and literally put it on your body!! • she loves it • seriously she does • but that soft little bear doesn’t know how to express it properly • like- she loves all of you so much and want’s to show it but?? how?? • her favorite thing to do is tracing your tattoos. she does it subconsciously but it doesn’t fail to bring literally all the butterflies to your stomach • and if you have a tongue piercing and you kiss her? seulgi can’t even express how much that foreign feeling attracts her  • when she first saw your tattoos and piercings she asked you all about their meanings • or if it hurt • she’d totally be someone to accompany you to an appointment and go like ʷᵒᵃʰ when she see’s the tattoo artist putting even more art on your body! • if you were up to it she would draw you something for your next tattoo but she would be too shy to suggest it

Wendy

• Wendy is someone who would never judge you for your physical appearance • She has experience with being bodyshamed so when you first showed her all of your tattoos and piercings that weren’t visible?? • She was SO interested • That girl even took it slightly personal that you hid suCH BEAUTY from her • She want’s to know all of you  • And she will prove every single day that she loves and supports what you do with your body • Because to her? It doesn’t really matter • Might drop some a lot of cheesy comments about how you are art that belongs into a museum • you hit her for that multiple times but it doesn’t stop her • she want’s you to feel valid and beautiful • and makes it her daily mission to accomplish that • your artist of choice specificially asked you not to  bring her anymore because of her terrible jokes

Joy

• Joy...oh Joy. • She is a little bit of rebel at heart right? • So when she saw you being a rebel on the outside she was like • I WANT THAT ONE • no but seriously she would be so attracted to all of you • it would make you flustered 20 times a day • it doesn’t even have to do with something she says  • it’s just the way she looks at your arms when you have a t-shirt on • or how she traces your back  • carefully pinches your nose incase your have a septum • Joy is usually affectionate •  so she just takes that affection and showers you in it to show you just how hot you are in her eyes • not that you would mind one tiny bit 

• Oh reveluvs baby  🥺 • Yeri has tattoos • You have tattoos • AND WHEN I TELL YOU SHE’D BE SO EXCITED • when I said Irene would be shook learning about Yeri’s tattoos just imagine her face when yeri talks about her girlfriends tattoos and piercings • Yeri would definitely be your number 1 supporter • She’d never shut up about it • If you have something new on your mind don’t even try to hide it from her • She would want to know all about your ideas • I can see her as someone who would want a partner tattoo • only if you were up to it • something small you know?? • doesn’t have to mean something to the outside world but both of you know the true meaning behind it • and she would be so hyped to show it off

Rainy Day

Pairing: Irene x shy fem reader.

A/N: Just a lil idea that I had. I did this at 2 am, if there is any error, my apologies.

Summary: Seems like Joohyun is a very insistent person.

There is something that y/n hated more than anything in this life and that thing is certainly school, y/n hated waking up early and spending most of her day in a noisy and disturbing environment. She finds comfort on rainy days where many students prefer to stay at home, making school more enjoyable.

On those days, she insisted on being freer, and even spending a little more time at school, to read books in the library.

Exactly in the library was where she met an intriguing person. Because there were so many empty chairs and tables and she decided to sit right next to y/n, introducing herself in a respectful and friendly way, which y/n just said hello and tried to pay attention back to her fiction book, this was not possible as the girl kept looking at her, she seemed to be in conflict with her curiosity, wanting to ask something at the same time not wanting to be disrespectful or invasive.

" Just ask what you want to know."

Y/n speaks in a calm tone, not really too interested in having someone present so close.

"Why are you always alone?"

It was a low, very sweet voice, looking intently at the table now.

Y/n sighs and turns to answer the girl, a little surprised to see the girl's face and recognize that she is Bae Joohyun, one of the most popular and powerful girls in high school, walked with 4 other girls normally, independently, y/n didn't care one bit for her, and she didn't even make a point of making sure that Joohyun's friends were hiding and watching the whole scene.

"And why would I be surrounded by people when I can enjoy my own company?"

Y/n didn't understand why she came to talk to her in the first place or why she's interested in her social life.

"Well, it's just that I always saw you alone and I was curious to know why, I want to know if you are interested in going out and getting to know an artistic center that has opened in the city, together with my friends, they would love to meet you..."

Joohyun offers shyly, this time Y/n can't keep up the surprise and lets an amused smile stamp her face.

"I wonder what Bae Joohyun wants with me, would you like to explain this to me before I give an answer to your offer?"

"I'm just wanting to meet you and be friends, I feel like we would get along"

Y/n couldn't lie, her words left her satisfied, still full of questions to know what exactly intrigued and piqued Joohyun's curiosity in her.

"I'm sorry Joohyun but I will refuse, I have some other things to do after this."

Y/N said and saw the sadness and disappointment in Bae Joohyun's eyes, who soon tried to offer something else.

"How about tomorrow you eat your lunch with me? This will be interesting, and I promise to be quiet if that's your wish!"

Joohyun exclaimed, trying in every way to find some slop to get to know Y/N better.

"Alright then, we'll just do this tomorrow, understood? And then everything will be back to normal"

"OK!"

Joohyun's smile was beaming, she couldn't even hide her slightly pink cheeks and was absolutely sure Sooyoung would make fun of her later. Who cares, right? she finally managed to get the courage to come talk to the girl she always had a huge crush on.

Surelyt she never wanted so much for a day to come as at that moment, prepared to let the girls know about her achievement and ask for their help to make her look prettier tomorrow.

She couldn't wait for the day to come
