#i don't actually think i'm that difficult to be friends with in the end i think i have undeveloped taste in other people#...to be fair as my therapist put it: 'have you actually ever felt unconditional love from another person?' (he asked that gently)#we are learning that i somehow skipped most of the emotional social development general human beings go through#so despite having a pretty big capacity and ability for love AND trust for and in others#...i lack discernment and will glom onto anything i perceive as 'affectionate committed interest' whether it ACTUALLY is or not#oh the joys of being seen as little more than a terminal for information and useful tips for the bulk of ones existence

#the 2010s revival was Not the first nyc production since the 80s of the normal heart#it's not that hard to find info on the 04 production lol#the whole recording is ONLINE#IMMEDIATE GRIMACE#lol i stopped listening. I wouldn't take schulman's word as god on the guy#she isn't unproblematic either.
